Criminal Aspects of Pornography Summary The main purpose of this thesis is to introduce the phenomenon of pornography in terms of criminal law, to point out flaws in the current relevant criminal legislation in the Czech Republic and to propose a possible solution in a form of potential legislative changes. The thesis is composed of five chapters. The first chapter deals with definition issue of vague legal term of "pornography" and other related terms ("child pornography", "hardcore pornography"). Furthermore, it briefly describes attitudes to the term of pornography in the legal systems of Slovakia and the United States of America and examines the issue of so called virtual pornography. The second chapter provides an overview of the related most important international instruments such as anti-pornography treaties concluded in the early 20th century as well as modern United Nations and Council of Europe treaties and European Union legal documents aiming at combat sexual exploitation of children and child pornography. The third chapter outlines historical development of the Czechoslovak and Czech criminal regulation of pornography in the former Austro-Hungarian criminal codes, recodification draft bills from the era of the First Czechoslovak Republic, socialist criminal codes of 1950 and 1961 and later...

This work is focused on classifying photos which are uploaded on dating service Lidé.cz. Pictures are classified into two categories based on whether they contain pornographic content or not. Convolutional neural networks are used for classification and these neural networks are taught by using Caffe framework. The results of this work fulfilled all requirements from Seznam.cz, a.s. company. Classification accuracy of the best model on created testing dataset with 5643 photos was 93,64 % and the time for classification of photography is low enough to perform classification in real time. The first part contains an analysis of the current approaches for image classification. The second part focuses on the analysis and draft of the solution and the third part describes the implementation of the solution and the testing of neural networks models.

A comparement of art and pornography from a theoretical and philosofical point of view.

The aim of the work is the analysis of gay pornography from a gender perspective, which examines the anchoring process of gender and sexual stereotypes and the present opportunity and space for subversion or alternative reading. Particular attention is paid to the question of what role in the design and interpretation of these potentially subversive or affirmative moments plays a transgression of gender stereotypes and norms and related pornographic conventions based on heterosexist sexual dynamics and hierarchies. Furthermore, this work focuses on examining the role as a potential affirmative or parody pornography plays in relation to gay activism and emancipation movement, that focuses on the representation of collective identity and subculture and the structural transformation of these representations in commercially oriented pornography industry across time. For this purpose, the empirical part analysis of randomly selected gay pornographic images of Czech provenance of certain development stages of this genre in our country with a special emphasis on politics displaying protected and / or unprotected sex, and discursive compliance of these policies and their visual representations.

Aims: to explore if the consumption of pornography have influence on a relationship, if the consumption of pornography have a negative impact on a first intercourse and on a initial masturbation behavior, to find out if it is a difference between younger and older women in the frequency of pornography consumption, explore if religiosity have some impact on frequency of pornography consumption and one of the aims is to disrupt the myth about primary pornography consumption by men. Method: the representative data vere collected from 413 Slovak women, the data were based on a quota sampling by agency 2muse according to three categories (age, education and address), the sample age was from 18 to 77 years old and average age was 40 years old (SD±14,62). Results: average age of first pornography consumption is 20,01 years old (SD±7,56), the most interesting age of pornography consumption is 23,44 (SD±9,12). The frequency of pornography consummation is couple of times per year for 107 (25,9%) respondents and most often is watching less than 5 minutes per day. Religiosity has a protective factor of frequency of pornography consumption depending of strengths of religious beliefs and the frequency of implementation of religious requirements. RESUME V ANGLICKÉM JAZYCE The topic of this thesis is commercial sexual exploitation of children, which is defined in international documents as sexual abuse by an adult and remuneration in money or non- monetary benefits to the child or to a third party. The thesis is divided into five parts. The first chapter is dedicated to theoretical introduction to the phenomenon of commercial sexual exploitation of children. For each form of commercial sexual exploitation of children are given the historical aspects of the origin, causes and forms of their existence and examples from practice. The second chapter focuses on international cooperation in the field of protection of children against commercial sexual exploitation. It mentions three most important international congresses that took place since 1996 - World Congress in Stockholm, Yokohama and in Rio de Janeiro. There were accepted soft law documents. In the third chapter is incorporated international legislation of the fight against sexual violence against children. There are presented and analyzed major international documents. Der Beitrag beschäftigt sich mit einem der gewinnbringendsten Zweige der Internetbranche, der Mainstream- Internetpornografie und ihren Rahmenbedingungen im Kontext der Politik der Europäischen Union zu illegalen und schädigenden Internetinhalten. Basierend auf dem Framing-Ansatz wird der Politikprozess zum "Mehrjährigen Aktionsplan zur sichereren Nutzung des Internets" aus grundrechtlicher und feministischer Perspektive untersucht. Dabei wird das Policy Framing der beteiligten EU-AkteurInnen insbesondere hinsichtlich geschlechtersensibler Herangehensweisen und den ihnen zugrunde liegenden theoretischen Zugängen analysiert. Die dominanten Policy Frames der AkteurInnen werden aus unterschiedlichen Schwerpunkten in der Zielsetzung und Definition illegaler und schädigender Internetinhalte und deren grundrechtlichen Implikationen sowie der strategischen Positionierung der AkteurInnen zwischen "möglichen Grundrechtseingriffen" oder der "Betonung liberaler Abwehrrechte" abgeleitet.
