"Jag känner mig varm, nervös, glad, bra" : Förskollärares, barnskötares och barns upplevelser i mötet med fysisk aktivitet

Svensson, Julia, Nilsson, Jonna January 2017 (has links)
In our study we chose to focus on physical activity in the preschool. The aim of this study was to study preschool teachers and children’s experiences in the meeting with physical activity but also see possible examples of positive/negative experiences of physical activity.   The question formulations we have assumed are: How do preschool teachers experience the physical experience for themselves, private and in their professional role? How do preschool teachers experience the physical experience from the children´s perspective? How do kids experience the physical activity?   Our study was done in a preschool named “Björken” who has 28 children of which 11 children are 4-5 years old. These children were included in the study. The children got to fulfill an obstacle course that lasted during five weeks’ time along with two preschool teachers. We got our result by observations that were made with the help of filming and by interviews. Four of the children were interviewed and also the two preschool teachers who held the activity. We also interviewed two other preschool teachers who work in the pre-school. Our background will illuminate different experiences of physical activity as well as children´s and adults´ attitudes to the physical activity. The theoretical perspective we used is the hermeneutics, this to be able to interpret the observations and interviews that were made. The result showed to main factors. These factors were the attitude a person takes when it comes to physical activity and how the childhood can affect the approach on physical activity.  .   Keywords Physical activity, positive/negative experiences and attitudes.
