The thesis deals with precision analysis, process optimization and repeatibility of GNSS-RTK measurements for surveying aplication. Measuring procedure, that enables determination of a spatial position with a permissible deviation less than 10mm, was tested based on previous published findings. The test procedure was tested on two sets of test measurements obtained during 27 h and 26 h observations in connection with CZEPOS. The results were later analyzed. The first set of measurements was measured by the RTK3-GG method (9 m and 60 km vectors) and computed by a network solution VRS3-MAX-GG. Both were in ideal conditions – ideal, not obstructed observational horizon and good availability of differential corrections. The second set was measured by RTK3-GG method (22 km and 62 km vectors) and computed by network solution VRS3-MAX-GG. Both were in adverse conditions - obstructed observational horizon and adverse availability of differential corrections. Precision analysis and design of appropriate filtering method and optimal measurement procedure were done based on the results obtained from the test measurements. Optimal measurement procedure was then tested by measurements in a three point network.

1 Abstract Protection against improper conduct of a contracting authority in a public tender The aim of this thesis is to analyze the system of protection against improper conduct of a contracting authority in a public tender in the Czech Republic. This is a hot topic since the public eye at present focuses on corruption in public administration and public procurement is often mentioned in this context. The work consists of four chapters. The first chapter discusses the basic principles of public procurement, and highlights their importance for protection against improper conduct of a contracting authority. The second chapter of the thesis deals with the sources of legislation of protection against improper conduct and defines the term review procedures as a generic term. The third chapter provides an introduction of the authorities providing protection against improper conduct of contracting authorities and their responsibilities in overseeing public procurement. The fourth chapter contains individual means of protection, which can be used by a supplier to correct errors of the contracting authority. Research-oriented teaching is a constructivist form of teaching, where the student is not only passed on the material passively, but the student is actively involved in solving the problem. In the role of researcher, he makes hypotheses, conducts experiments and draws conclusions. The main goal of this work was to find out the development of students' skills to plan the research process in science research at the 2nd Dobříš Primary School. The work was divided into three parts. In the introduction to the theoretical part, the aim was to introduce readers to research- oriented teaching in biology lessons at the second level and the characteristics of concepts. The practical part was focused mainly on observing and evaluating the development of the ability to plan progress on already created topics for BOV. It was found that more than half of the students are able to formulate the procedure correctly for a given task and the rest are able to create a partial procedure or none at all. It would therefore be appropriate to focus on deepening knowledge and practical skills in research- oriented teaching. KEYWORDS Research-oriented teaching, research, process development, biology

This master‘s thesis describes the occurrence of lean manufacturing elements with the optimization of material flows when using the workplace. The work captures the procedure for determining the current state of lean manufacturing and design solutions to increase productivity and fluidity of material flows while adhering to the principles of lean manufacturing.

The diploma thesis deals with constructivism and how best to employ it in teaching communication and text classes at elementary schools. It also explores possibilities of using constructivism when new text types are being implemented into the educational process. The thesis consists of a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part focuses on the constructivist way of teaching in general and it's basis for teaching the Czech language in particular. It also contains an analysis of the available teaching materials and a view of the specialised literature on teaching communication and text classes. The practical part presents a research into the pupils' preconcepts about selected text types. The two text types selected for this research are letter and instruction manual. The research is followed by an analysis and an interpretation, which might be useful in teaching about the selected text types. The conclusion provides recommendations for implementing the selected text types into Czech language classes.

This work deals with the creation and implementation of standard nursing practice in a specific environment prehospital emergency care in the Medical Emergency Service Královéhradecký region. Study work is close to the case study. Author in the theoretical part defines the quality of health care from different perspectives and expectations of individual actors within the system of health services, reflects on the historical development of quality management and standards as its principal tool in the general form and applied. In detail, the author tries to define the pre-hospital emergency care (PNP) as a specific field and describe its evolution in diverse global and domestic formats. In conclusion, the author attempts to define the quality of the PNP under the criteria drawn from published materials and their own perspective of the provider. The practical part describes the author of various articles making process and implementation of standard nursing practice for paramedical crews rapid medical assistance (EPA) in the Working Group on Education and Standardization EMS Královéhradecký region. The purpose of this master’s thesis is a design of the robotic cell for spot welding followed by manipulation with parts assigned for automotive industry. The cell should consist of a rotary table operated by a process operator and set of six-axis robots for spot welding and manipulation with parts. The thesis also describes the design of the end effectors of all robots, the design of rotary table with regard to welding technology and configuration of the cell to obtain maximal efficiency. The output of the thesis is 3D model, workflow simulation, evaluation of the production times and operator work conditions.

The topic o thlis thesis is design of the structure of a bridge. The beam structure is chosen from three variants of the solution, the structure is formed by a bracket above the pillars and prepared prestressed beams. Various construction procedures have been verified and assessed for the serviceability and load-bearing limit states according to the applicable standards and regulations. Drawing documentation and static calculation are processed.

The aim of this thesis is the development project of the firm TREFAL, Spol. s.r.o. The object SOO2 - Administrative building - that is a constituent of the area of TREFAL, Spol. s.r.o. is discussed topic of this thesis. The main focus is the construction development of the monolithic supporting construction objects. The thesis further depicts and investigates accompanying and overall technical report, an implementation study of the main technological stages, situational designs, a solution of the broader traffic relations including a proposal for the supplementation of the construction development, BOZP plan, budget and timeline, a proposal for the new local communication and following textual and design documentation according to the thesis assignments.
