Návrh řešení pro efektivní analýzu bezpečnostních dat / Design of a Solution for Effective Analysis of Security Data

Podlesný, Šimon January 2021 (has links)
The goal of this thesis is to design architecture capable of processing big data with focus on data leaks. For this purpose multiple data storage systems were described a and compared. The proposed architecture can load, process, store and access data for analytic purposes while taking into account authentication and authorisation of users and principles of modern agile infrastructure.

Processing design: reflexões sobre design gerativo

Valério, José Henrique 18 June 2013 (has links)
Made available in DSpace on 2016-03-15T19:42:30Z (GMT). No. of bitstreams: 1 Jose Henrique Valerio.pdf: 6043900 bytes, checksum: 180a04e1603076d2e5d38913b36c912f (MD5) Previous issue date: 2013-06-18 / The Processing language programming can be considered a pluralistic language. It is used in works ranging from design to their association with the use of the logic board Arduino, with which it is possible to control systems with applications in the field of 3D printing, robotics, transportation engineering, and others. All of them this vastness applications, this research focuses on Processing language programming while design. It seeks to understand, from a historical and conceptual as well as the analysis of the works of some contemporary artists from Brazil and abroad, the existence of the unpredictability of this type of design, purposing to study the processing design and their applications. The generative structure will be faced with the cultural design tradition propagated today in schools and by designers. Therefore, this project It starts with the practical-theoretical reflection: presents a series of examples of processing design developed by professionals based on questions and clarifications raised throughout the research process, contributing to the understanding and suggesting new avenues for research on processing design and new technologies.

An object-oriented component-based approach to building real-time software systems

Baas, Andre 06 June 2016 (has links)
A project report submitted to the Faculty of Erlglncerlng, University of Witwatersrand, Johannesburg, In partial fulfilment of the requirements for the degree of Master of Science In Engineering Johannesburg 1993 / This Project Repolt r ''"lorts on the study of an approach to building integrated real-time software systems based on re-usable object-oriented components. The basis of the approach is the development of a a-layered structure of components, where each layer is built on the underlying layer of components, The lower layer of components consists of generic re-usable building blocks that may be re-used for building and integrating other real-time applications. The middle layer consists of components that are generic to the application domain, and the top layer consists of components that are specific to each application of that application domain. The Report includes researching and developing methods of communicating between these building blocks using an OSI/CMIP-conformant 'software highway" and in this regard particular attention is given to the formal and de facto industry standards. With this approach, it is argued that the application engineer can effectively build new applications using the re-usable components. This is demonstrated by reporting on the implementation of a large real-world Telecommunications Network Management application. The Project Report contains a critical analysis of the technical, organisational and project management issues of this Object-oriented component approach as compared to the traditional development approach. The Report concludes that despite certain technical and organisational concerns, the object-oriented approach does indeed yield several worthwhile benefits for developing real-time software systems. These benefits include genuine re-usability, and l"1proved productivity, testability and maintainability.

Minimisation of energy consumption via optimisation of a simple hybrid system of multi effect distillation and permeate reprocessing reverse osmosis processes for seawater desalination

Al-hotmani, Omer M.A., Al-Obaidi, Mudhar A.A.R., John, Yakubu M., Patel, Rajnikant, Manenti, F., Mujtaba, Iqbal M. 25 March 2022 (has links)
No / Multi Effect Distillation (MED) and Reverse Osmosis (RO) processes have been extensively used to produce freshwater from seawater resources. amongst many performance indicators, energy consumption of different configuration of hybrid system of MED and RO processes have been analysed in the past. Hybrid MED-RO system is energy intensive and use of fossil fuel can significantly increase the carbon footprint, unless stable renewable energy sources are used. In this work specific energy consumption of a simple hybrid MED-RO system with permeate reprocessing is minimised while optimising a number of operating decision variables using model based optimisation technique. A detailed process model developed earlier by the authors is embedded in the optimisation framework resulting in a constrained Non-linear Programming (NLP) problem. The minimum specific energy consumption achieved in this work is about 18% lower than what is reported in the literature resulting in a significant energy saving and thus carbon footprint.

Návrh a implementace funkčních celků aplikace pro demonstrování metod zpracování obrazu / Design and Implementation of Functional Units of an Application for Demonstration of Image Processing Methods

Fadrhonc, Pavel January 2011 (has links)
The thesis is dealing with implementation of IMPRODEMO image processing application. Author has used existing image processing libraries and has implemented complex application with modern user interface. In order to develop the application, he used framework WPF, method for developing application using tests called Test Driven Development, design pattern MVVM and MEF tool for easy integrating of extensions. Chapter two deals with these technologies and methodologies and describes them. Third chapter describes design of application and presents class diagrams. Fourth chapter describes test driven development and particular pitfalls that emerged from using this methodology. Fifth chapter presents the mean of integrating code written in C++ language into .NET framework and into C# language. At the end, whole work is summarized, resuls are defined and possibilities of resuming and extending the work are proposed.
