TITLE: Hypertext and its didactic process for productive skills practise SUMMARY: The Master thesis deals with usage of the hypertext in the foreign language teaching. There was a didactic plan of the e-larning proposed in the realized pedagogic research, which was tested in use through the internet social network Facebook. The subject of the pedagogic research is the practise of the productive skills by students of german language at the A1 CEFR level. The intension of the research was the evaluation of the e-learning contribution at the area of the skills practise. This was evaluated on the basis of the didactical analysis of the authentical language material in hypertext, by pedagogical observation of the involved group and by further questionnaire. This thesis is focused on the suggestions for the application of maintenance department optimization concept -- Total productive maintenance, in the context of wider concept of lean manufacturing, in the BAEST company. The content of the thesis is to get acquainted with the theoretical background of the lean manufacturing and maintenance, analysis of the current state at the company's maintenance department reflecting the described theoretical background, identification of the potential for improvements by comparing the current state with the theoretically ideal state and coming up with individual recommendations for improvements of the maintenance department in order to make it better and more effective and efficient.

This thesis deals with the productivity of enterprise, the possibilities of its measurement and increasing productivity through the total productive maintenance. The theoretical part firstly focuses on the measuring total productivity in homogeneous and heterogeneous production and calculation of partial productivities of each production factor. Secondly, it deals with the concept of a total productive maintenance as one of the possible approaches to increasing productivity. In the practical part the analysis of productivity for the years 2004 to 2010 is made and evaluated the use of approaches and tools of total productive maintenance in specific enterprise.

This master thesis concerns modern method of TPM used in the production companies for maintenance of machinery. In the theoretical part, general maintenance is first described, as well as the TPM method. There is also described the technical diagnostics, which was emphasized in the practical part in terms of the use of vibrodiagnostics in predictive maintenance. In the practical part there is presented the proposal for introduction of the TPM method at the SMC Industrial Automation s.r.o. in Vyškov.

This diploma thesis is focused on a productive machining of titanium alloys. At the beginning it deals about titanium and its alloys. It describes chip generation mechanism, tool blunting and surface quality. Further it contains modern strategies of efficient titanium alloys machining. Then it analyzes contemporary manufacturing technology of hinge made of titanium alloy Ti-6Al-4V in Frentech Aerospace s.r.o. company, and at the end finds possibility of savings by inovation of roughing process.

The aim of the thesis is to analyze the production costs and optimize cutting conditions for high-feed face milling of titanium alloy Ti6Al4V. In the experiment were changed cutting conditions, such as cutting speed vc and feed speed vf. During the experiment were checked cutting forces by dynamometr. Furthermore, surface roughness and tool wear is observed.

This thesis deals with the optimisation of the selected manufacturing process. The aim is to analyse the effectiveness of the selected welding and assembly lines. Another objective is to do a detailed analysis for the line with the lowest efficiency in terms of cycle time and the Overall Equipment Effectiveness and calculate the lost production time due to availability, performance and defects. The third objective is to identify possible measures leading to higher utilization of manufacturing line and to propose a possible implementation. The theoretical part is based on the literature examining the term standardization, the norms of labour intensity, the cycle time, the Total Productive Maintenance and the calculation of the Overall Equipment Effectiveness. In the practical part the profile of Car manufacturing is being presented, the analysis of secondary data to calculate the Overall Equipment Effectiveness is being done and the appropriate manufacturing line for the innovative plan is being selected. Furthermore, the analysis of secondary data regarding the effectiveness of the using time of the manufacturing line is being done, the calculation of the Overall Equipment Effectiveness and the collection of primary data is being carried out. Subsequently, the problematic spots of the manufacturing line are being found and the possible measures leading to higher efficiency of manufacturing line are being proposed.

This master thesis deals with position of the maintenance in the company structure and with modern management approaches. One of the highest levels of maintenance is the proactive maintenance, which is using the technical diagnostics to find out the causes of failures. The most inportant in case of machines are vibrodiagnostics and thermodiagnostics, which are going to be applied on the motors in company Bosch Diesel s.r.o.

The diploma work deals with measurement of Production Overall Equipment Effectiveness in manufacturing company Alfa. Firstly, is processed the theoretical part concerning general production, TPM, lean manufacturing and OEE. After than is described the company, monitored device and technology used by the device. In the final section is evaluated the OEE for January, February and March; analyze downtimes, mistakes and losses and their solutions are proposed. The last chapter is devoted to the economic evaluation of the proposal.

This master’s thesis is focused on an analysis and data evaluation of effectiveness of tool machines and their maintenance. There is a description of a technical production handling in the first part of the theoretical section. In the second part one of the most productive options to increase the productivity of the machine maintenance is described, and so it is the TPM (total productive maintenance). The practical part consists of an analysis of given dates and their evaluation for company needs. Recommendations and suggestions for the improvement are presented at the end of the thesis.
