Many schools, normally, are concerned about accomplishing the school year planning at the expense of searching and improvement of the teaching and learning process. The English Language teaching has suffered huge changes through the years and currently; it still has presenting some deficiencies that damage the acquisition before the real function of it: communicability. Therefore, many tools, besides textbooks, may be applied to accelerate, achieve and deepen applicability of the English Language teaching. Starting from the necessity of new ways to contribute to the real learning, this paper was idealized. It intends to have the students developing their own programetes, which is a video from 3 to 5 minutes that is broadcast on TV, radio channel or social media. Students were required to use the English Language structures studied through the school year and create the video discussing themes that were relevant and interesting for them. Concerning this aim, students applied digital medias to communicate in the foreign language. The teacher’s pedagogical practice must also be related to the language acquisition in order to make students see the factual reason of learning a foreign language. Finally, the research considers the effectiveness of applying new tools to enhance foreign language teaching. / O ensino efetivo de línguas estrangeiras na Educação Básica sempre foi um grande desafio para educadores e gestores de escolas. Normalmente, muitas escolas se preocupam em cumprir o planejamento escolar em detrimento da busca e do aperfeiçoamento do processo de ensino-aprendizagem. O ensino da Língua Inglesa sofreu grandes mudanças ao longo dos últimos anos e, hoje, ainda, possui deficiências que comprometem a aquisição da língua diante de sua real função: a comunicação. Entretanto, muitos instrumentos, além do livro didático, podem ser utilizados para acelerar, concretizar e aprofundar a aplicabilidade do ensino da língua estrangeira em questão. Foi a partir dessa necessidade de busca por novos caminhos para contribuir com a real aprendizagem de nossos alunos, que este trabalho foi idealizado. Trata-se, portanto, de uma proposta de criação de um programete, uma transmissão de 3 a 5 minutos inserida no decorrer de uma programação de uma emissora de TV, canal de rádio ou redes sociais, utilizando estruturas da Língua Inglesa estudadas pelos alunos durante o ano letivo e discutindo assuntos relevantes e interessantes a eles. A propósito, os alunos recorreram às mídias digitais para a aplicação da língua a serviço da comunicabilidade da língua estrangeira em questão. A prática pedagógica dos docentes também deve estar a favor da aquisição da língua estrangeira para que os educandos visualizem o sentido verdadeiro de se aprender um segundo idioma.
