Diplomová práce se zabývá nejznámějšími úlohami celočíselného programování a typickými úlohami z teorie grafů. Zahrnuje formulace matematických modelů, pojednává o metodách řešení těchto úloh a uvádí přehled v současné době nejpoužívanějšího software určeného k jejich optimalizaci. Těžiště práce spočívá v aplikaci vytvořené v prostředí MS Excel a napojené na optimalizační prostředí systému MPL for Windows. Tento celek umožňuje řešit typové celočíselné úlohy a představuje praktickou ukázku způsobu vnoření matematických modelů do vlastních aplikací.

This diploma thesis deals with the opportunities of using optimization methods as a decision-making tool for the structure of crop rotation. The aim of this thesis is to consider the possibilities of using the methods of the operation research in crop planning and suggest appropriate optimization tools. The suitable model will be applied to a chosen agricultural company. The important terms of the farmland, crop rotation and optimization methods using in agriculture are described in this thesis. Subsequently, the structure of agricultural production in ZD Třebelovice is analyzed and appropriate optimization model suggested. The problem is solved by using the MS Excel software. The example of ZD Třebelovice is used for the generalization in the agricultural sector.

This diploma thesis deals with finding the optimal structure of plant producti-on in agriculture company Rakovec, a. s. The thesis consists of two main parts. The theoretical part describes the operations research includes linear programming and in the practical part there is optimized concrete crop rotation with the assistance of MS Excel programme. This dissertation deals with processes how to work with applications of office package by Microsoft Office from the ambience of NET Framework through the programming language Visual Basic.NET. These processes are used to develop the application for calibration of balance. The result of this application is a calibration sheet as a document of Microsoft Word text editor and a workbook of spreadsheet Microsoft Excel comparing calculations in the application with formulas of spreadsheet Excel.

The theme of this graduation theses is geometry on the primary school, suported by programming language Imagine. This work is divided into two parts. The first one, theoretic part, wants to show a connection between mathematics and programming language Imagine Logo. Mathematics is closely associated with programming. I would like to show, that we can obtain a lot of knowledges from a different subject by practising specific acitivities. There are also mentioned the advantages, which brings the programming in Imagine Logo. This program provides a various sight into a well-known difficulties of geometry. The computer magnetism for a target group makes easier this work. However, it isn´t only this aspect making the computer usage in education as an advantageous. Expanding and indispensableness of computers is still increases in many fields, whereby this education becomes essential. The second part, a practical part includes an elaborate manual. Right this guide book is a principal aim of my work. By the way, I also make a reference to my own experiences, which I get by education according to this manual. So, this one is connected with my methodical advices and procedures.
