This work is focused on an analysis of current programming period 2007 -- 2013. The objective is to provide an operational programme overview, both their specifics and survey. Special attention is paid to Regional Operational Programme NUTS 2 Central Bohemia. In the practical part there are summarised (following the research) the results of the absorption capacity of the region and the function of euromanagers. In conclusion there is an analysis of a succesful project in Central Bohemia, carried out through Common Regional Operational Programme from the last programming period.

This thesis deals with the benchmarking and profiling of CloverETL Data Processing system. The aim of this thesis is to design a way of measuring performance and profiling in different runtime environments. The problem was solved by designing and implementing an application, which is based on measured data and its analysis, detects maximum system perpetuity and monitor performance changes in system performance. The advantage is the ability to compare environments on which the CloverETL System is running and application usage in automated testing in company. Created ETL Graphs have been tested during development and they are part of the result of this thesis.

This thesis contains information about fast measuring card design for data processing from NQR measuring probe. The overall purpose is to create functional prototype of measuring card. Thesis describes suitable design of PCB having regard to EMC. There are information abou digital signal processing, using algorithms DFT and FFT. The thesis describes part of IVEP corporation development. Due to the beginning of a long-term development it is premature to come into conclusions within this master thesis. The first chapter deals with PLC and other components. The second chapter consists of matters about high voltage devices. The following chapter describes the programme part. The fourth and concluding chapter deals with the realization of the communication itself. A brief evaluation with prospects for the future is included in the conclusion.

Master’s thesis deals with numerical finding the global minimum. A theoretical part of project presents a problem of global optimization, her basic division and shows basic examples the specific problems of global optimization. Further, the reader is familiar with the basics of some numerical methods and with description of their strengths and weaknesses. A practical part shows concrete algorithm of global optimization, its use on data of specified function. Data refer to the issue of radiative heat transfer.

The goal of the thesis is to consider various ways how to finance education of personal staff of company Best Buy Investments a.s. with the focus on possibilities of financing project from the European Union funds. In the theoretical part are characterized individual forms of financing from source of the European Union and the practical part is attended to the company and possibility of financing from the EU. On the grounds of SWOT analyses are identified the project and the ways of its implementation considering financing from the European Union funds.

The purpose of this MSc thesis is to create design and implementation of program for translation of x86 binary code to a high-level programming language. There is described PE file format for executables used in MS Windows operating systems in the first part of work. This document contains general information about instruction set IA-32, especially a way of decoding binary code to assembly language. There are described typical program constructions, which are being used in compilers. Design of creation high-level programming language was inspired by existing programming languages. Conclusion is made about advantages and disadvantages of approach used in this thesis.

The presented thesis deals with the design of the product for intelligent control system for GILD. The first part of the diploma thesis contains a brief summary of the intelligent control system.
