Cílem práce je navrhnout vhodný postup k sestavení struktury programu rozvoje měst a obcí ČR. Uplatněna je zde metoda strategického plánování. Hlavní část práce obsahují kapitoly věnující se komparativní analýze struktur programů rozvoje vybraných měst ČR. Na základě této analýzy dojde k navržení postupu k sestavení struktury programu rozvoje a jeho následné aplikaci na konkrétní program města Benešov.

This thesis deals with the topic of trainee programs in the Czech Republic and focuses on a case study of selected organization, which is FARMTEC a.s. The aim of the work is to provide an overview of trainee programs in the Czech Republic and to evaluate the newly introduced trainee program in FARMTEC a. s. The first part defines the concepts and personnel activities associated with trainee programs. The thesis has two parts. In the first part, on the selected sample of companies and on the basis of the selected criteria, a trainee program analysis is carried out which provides an overview of the current situation in the field of trainee programs. The second part describes and evaluates the newly introduced trainee program at FARMTEC a.s. Based on its evaluation, suggestions for improvements are made, which relate to the promotion, the length and content of the program, the evaluation of the success of the program and its participants.

Práce objasňuje problematiku čerpání strukturálních fondů v programovacím období 2007 - 2013 a především na vybraném operačním programu popisuje proces vzniku tohoto programu a jeho jednotlivých částí. Jsou zde také rozebrány související evropské a národní dokumenty včetně Lisabonské strategie a jejich návaznost na OPPI a je zde také analýza socioekonomického prostředí ČR se zaměřením na průmysl a podnikání a výstupy SWOT analýzy provázané s charakteristikou jednotlivých programů podpory OPPI.

This thesis focuses on the topic of program management, its functioning and the emergence in the context of project management. The goal is to process standards and methodologies for working with programs to reveal their differences and the reasons that lead to their formation. Particular attention is given to compare the life cycles of the program two major commercial standards and subsequently with the approach of government. The differences in the functioning government and the private sector are one of the main axes of the whole work, and every part of this work pays attention to them. The work seeks to illuminate the principles of the program management and on selected examples demonstrate the functioning of different approaches. In the final section, on the basis of these differences defines the strengths and weaknesses of different approaches and tries to suggest the possibility of taking advantage by sharing of approach to strengthening of the opposite one.

Manta Flow is a tool for analyzing data flow in enterprise environment. It features Java scanner, a module using static analysis to determine the flows through Java applications. To analyze an application using some framework, the scanner requires a dedicated plugin. Although Java scanner provides plugins for several frameworks, to be usable for real applications, it is essential that the scanner supports as many frameworks as possible, which requires implementation of new plugins. Application using Apache Spark, a framework for cluster computing, are increasingly popular. Therefore we designed and implemented Java scanner plugin that allows the scanner to analyze Spark applications. As Spark focuses on data processing, this presented several challenges that were not encountered in other frameworks. In particular it was necessary to resolve the data schema in various scenarios and track the schema changes throughout any operations invoked on the data. Of the multiple APIs Spark provides for data processing, we focused on Spark SQL module, notably on Dataset, omitting the legacy RDD. Práce je zaměřena na rozpoznávání specifického chování pomocí generického zpětného překladu. Generický zpětný překlad je proces, který transformuje spustitelné soubory z různých architektur a formátů objektových souborů na stejný jazyk na vysoké úrovni. Tento proces se vztahuje k nástroji Lissom Decompiler. Pro účely rozpoznání chování práce zavádí Language for Decompilation -- LfD. LfD představuje jednoduchý imperativní jazyk, který je vhodný pro srovnávaní. Konkrétní chování je dáno známým spustitelným souborem (např. malware) a rozpoznání se provádí jako najítí poměru podobnosti s jiným neznámým spustitelným souborem. Tento poměr podobnosti je vypočítán nástrojem LfDComparator, který zpracovává dva vstupy v LfD a rozhoduje o jejich podobnosti.

The thesis offers a comprehensive look at the work of the Coordinator of the school educational programme, his professional and personal prerequisites for the performance of specialized function. In the theoretical part of the work is defined the role of the Coordinator, described the content of his activity and characterized his managerial skills needed to management of creating of the school educational programmes. One part of the work is a description of the activities of the Coordinator in the preparation, formation and implementation of the school educational programme. The empirical part of the thesis includes an analysis of the educational programme entitled: The Coordinator of the school educational programme. By means of interviews with the coordinators of school educational programmes, they were inquired about their experience with the authors of educational programmes and the utilization of knowledge from a preparatory course in real activity. Questionnaire survey was the basis for finding out opinions of the educational programmes creators themselves on the activity of the coordinators. The thesis Multimedia educational program for teaching about local region on 1st grade of the primary school (Sedlčany area) is divided into two parts. The theoretical part of the thesis is complete home study characteristics of the researched area. It contains definition and location of the researched place, its physical {--} geographic and social {--} geographic characteristics, historical developement and home study curiosities. The practical part concurs on the acquired information and findings. It is composed by multimedia projects, aimed for 4th grade of the primary schools, applied on interactive boards. A part of the thesis is the methodical guide, containing themes and ideas suggesting how to work with the projects. The final thesis deals with computerized book-keeping and accounting software evaluation. The thesis is devided into 5 chapters. The initial four chapters are focused on history of book-keeping, legal regulation of computerized book-keeping, ICT impact on book-keeping and accounting software selection criteria.
