Program management in the field of project management presents relatively new management method that links the correspondence of the particular projects with an organization strategy. Formation of the optimal portfolio projects for program results from the company goals, desired benefits, from the limitation of available resources, relations and connections among particular projects, and last but not least, from expectations of stakeholders. Its application in the organization can expressively improve the efficiency and the transparency over transmission the vision of the company to project level. The first, theoretical part, compares project, program and portfolio and their lifecycles. Rest of work contains a methods used to implementation of program management. Main goal of this thesis is to provide overview information on this area and introduce basic practices how to implement program management to a reader's organization.

The current trend in project management is the ability to use the talent of project manager without the need to hold the position long term in the organization. In analogy to model anything as a service the concept of project management as a service was created. Since this concept is relatively new the definition is not yet formally introduced in specialized methodologies standards and norms. Mentions of Project Management as a Service are mainly in analytical articles, interviews and trends of expert web portals and magazines. The objective of this work is to introduce the topic of project management including related terms and identify possible definition of Project Management as a Service. Another objective is to define project management services, which can be converted into a model Project Management as a Service. Constructed theoretical definitions and designed services are presented to respondents engaged in project management in multiproject environment of large companies in the practical part of work. The semi-structured interviews with the aim of validation of the accuracy and suitability of these theories are conducted subsequently.

The aim of this thesis is to suggest optimizations for Triola Plc. loyalty program based on theoretical understanding of loyalty and its role in success of a company, as well as numer-ous practical analyses. The thesis is divided into two main parts. The first part overviews the theoretical knowledge about consumer loyalty and how loyalty program can be an ef-fective tool in building said loyalty. The second part is formed of variety of practical anal-yses, including analysis of Triola sales data, data mining analysis using MML-TGI data ana-lyser, consumer survey and lastly benchmarking analysis. The last chapter is a synthesis of the theoretical and practical parts and suggest recommendations for Triola loyalty program based on the insights gathered throughout the whole thesis.

This master’s thesis deals with automation of Seasonal Coefficient of Performance (SCOP) testing process of heat pumps. The thesis includes explanation of testing procedure according to EN 14 825 and flowcharts of its logic. Next there is description of laboratory test model made in LabView and its functionality verifying.

Large information systems are typically implemented using frameworks and libraries. An important property of such systems is data lineage - the flow of data loaded from one system (e.g. database), through the program code, and back to another system. We implemented the Java Resolver tool for data lineage analysis of Java programs based on the Symbolic analysis library for computing data lineage of simple Java applications. The library supports only JDBC and I/O APIs to identify the sources and sinks of data flow. We proposed some archi- tecture changes to the library to make easily extensible by plugins that can add support for new data processing frameworks. We implemented such plugins for few frameworks with different approach for accessing the data, including Spring JDBC, MyBatis and Kafka. Our tests show that this approach works and can be usable in practice. 1

The thesis examines the process of implementation of an accredited study program into practice. The theoretical part provides a brief excursion into the history of teacher education, which highlights the difficult journey in search of a suitable model of teacher education. The formation processes of teacher education are characterized by constant changes, which were not always properly thought out. These tendencies unfortunately do continue to the present day. Currently, the Czech education policy is largely influenced by European educational policy, which is aiming at unification. One of the unifying elements is the accreditation process, which should improve the quality of the study programs offered by European universities. Question is whether such standardization process leads to the improvement of teacher education or not, which is discussed in the second part of my theses where. I examined how two university departments implement Accreditation-Commission-approved program of study in practice. Based on the collected data I can state that the accreditation documents give the schools a framework, but the actual implementation depends largely on the strength of the management of the department and modus operandi of the individual members of the department. The thesis deals with the human resources development and education of employees in an international company, preparation and conduct of a particular educational program and especially its evaluation. Thesis consists of theoretical, methodological and practical part. The theoretical part focuses on the benefits of employees' training for the company. It shows the system of business education and his creation. Furthermore, it analyzes all 4 phases of development of the educational system and concentrates mainly on the last stage of the system, the evaluation. Evaluating the effectiveness of education in the company can be accomplished by using a variety of methods. These are the supporting points for the analytical part and the actual evaluation. Methodological section describes the methods which were used for research, the survey sample and data collection. Moreover, the hypotheses are set here. Their validity is verified by analyzing outcomes of the investigation at the end of the thesis. The practical part introduces Komerční banka a.s. as a company and the Human resources department as a major creative element of educational system in the organization. It gives an idea of the process of creating specific training in the KB, its progress and participant's feed-back on it. In the analytical part, here comes the rare evaluation of outputs gained from mystery shopping method and on-line questionnaire. Based on the previous results, the validity of hypotheses is determined and positive and negative aspects of the educational events identified. Following stand the recommendations and suggestions raised by the author.

Graduation theses will research the actual attitudes towards problems of drugs, drug dependences and the antidrug preventive programs at schools of teachers {--} the school metodist of primary prevention and teachers of whom the primary prevention is not special part of their work.

In my dissertation I look into different possibilities of an electrotechnical construction set RC Didactic. The thesis is primarily focused on demonstration of posibilities of the construction set on created tasks. During the processing of these tasks both hardware and software equipment of the construction set are used. Another topic which this thesis is dealing with are issues of application of existing tasks which are provided along with the construction set, than its parameters and projections of the construction set for aplication during classes and also didactical aspects of the construction set.

This thesis focuses on bookkeeping on the computer and evaluation of accounting programs of their choice for outsourcing accounting. In the individual chapters the thesis deals with the issue of outsourcing, legislative regulation relating to the bookkeeping on the computer and the criteria and basis for evaluation in the selection of appropriate accounting program. The theoretical knowledge is applied in practical part in the evaluation of specific accounting programs, POHODA and DUEL. The main aim of the thesis is to point to a possible procedure for the selection of appropriate accounting program for specific conditions.
