We will determine the class of ringed spaces (X;OX), so that the category of locally free sheaves of bounded rank over a topological space X is equivalent to the category of (X;OX)-modules nitely generated projective. / No presente trabalho estudaremos uma generalização dos teoremas clássicos de Serre e de Swan. Determinaremos a classe dos espaços anelados (X;OX), de modo que a categoria dos feixes localmente livres de posto limitado sobre um espaço topológico X seja equivalente a categoria dos (X;OX)-módulos projetivos nitamente gerados.
