ABSTRACT Recognising that governance is the key to South Africa's future as a global player in the property market, this study explores the protection of shareholders' interests in listed property funds in South Africa. The views of property managers, asset managers and analysts involved in the listed property sector were obtained through in-depth, semi-structured interviews. The main themes highlighted in the data are transparency and disclosure which are a major factor in corporate governance being successful.

Diploma work consists of two parts. Teoretical parts is based on characteristic of non-profit organizations, their specific finance and budgeting, their system of accounting and problematics of funds creation and usage.

Diploma thesis is resume representing actaul residential situation in area of city Brno. It deals by comparing of ordinary chartered surveyor in individual part sof the city and view ganges of rent by looking on lacation, equipment and size of apartment. Gathered data are separated for apartments size of 1+1, 1+kk, 2+1, 2+kk, 3+1, 3+kk and bigger. Maping of market and its prices of rents is made by texts and graphics.

The thesis has the purpose of reviewing the problem of the use of historical buildings for the requirements of the tourism in the Prague Heritage Reservation. The heritage property fund is one of the principal parts of our national cultural heritage. The existence of preserved and maintained monuments is the basic requirement for the development of the tourism in city reservations. The theoretical part is dedicated to specify the current issues through the analysis of Prague tourism, heritage law, heritage institutions and cultural tourism. In the practical part the use of historical buildings for the requirements of the tourism, primarily commercial and cultural & educational, is crucial. Based on the confrontation of these two building functions and questionnaire analysis within the amateur and specialist public, the work tries to demonstrate the benefit of these types of use including the sustainability to the heritage property fund of the Prague Heritage Reservation.
