Abstract: Aim of this work is to map and evaluate possibilities of interoperability of existing e-commerce systems with external systems, find out positives and negatives of existing solutions and on the basis of these information to propose a model of universal interoperability framework of general e-commerce product with general external system. Main goal of this framework is to get the most general solution such as it is possible to create connection to new external system with as less effort as possible but not against its generality. This work will also contain concept of implementation of designed model and verification of its usability while implementing connection to several existing external systems. At the end it will contain evaluation of proposed model in context of experience acquired while implementing sample connections. Keywords: e-commerce, interoperability

This diploma thesis “System Creation of Pedestrian Connections of the City of Pardubice” is based on the architectural study in Pardubice. The thesis deals with the conceptual proposal of the city area around the railway line which is focused on the level of an architectural study. Representative parts are elaborated on a detailed scale. The literal research describes the issues of this thesis, primarily the creation of pedestrian connections with an emphasis on the definition and greenway typology in the city environment. The basis for solutions to the design is the result of analytic research. The practical part is concerned with the creation of the city greenway on its own. First of all, the designed concept of a wider area was created within the purview of all the bases and evaluated solutions, and then the design of public space in the system of city greenway followed. This diploma thesis aims to create a green line in the city, which will be connected with an easily memorable railway corridor. This option helps to create a simple pedestrian city permeability.

The diploma thesis describe the past, examine the prresent and proposes the future of Kraví hora (Cow hill), Brno hill, which has retained its panorama undeveloped until now. It seeks to develop the potential of the place without suppression of the genius loci. It endeavours to remove barriers and make the space more penetrable by using a dense network of roads and foothpaths. It unites the area with a variety of features in a large city park. It offers a new sollution of the conflict - a city park versus a garden colony - by their interconnection and taking advantage of this symbiosis.

Pro eurasijský světadíl, např. větší část Ruska, západní a centrální část Číny, státy Centrální Asie, Západní a Východní Evropu vzájemný obchod účinněji může být realizován prostřednictvím pozemních komunikací. Transkontinentální železniční spojení je bezpečnější, dvakrát levnější a kratší než námořní přeprava. Díky své geografické poloze, politické stabilitě, ekonomickému růstu, technickým a technologickým předpokladům Kazachstán má obrovský tranzitní potenciál a může sloužit mostem mezi Evropou a Asií v systému transkontinentálních železničních koridorů. Není náhodou, že existovala Velká Hedvábná cesta, jejíž podstatná část procházela územím Kazachstánu. Obsahem práce je analýza ?eurokazašských? vztahů, charakteristika železniční dopravy Kazachstánu, popis transkazašských a transevropských železničních koridorů a návrhy jejich propojení.

The aim of the thesis was to design the urban town house in blank space on Krizova street. The blank space is situated on the edge of the Mendel's square, an important transportation node of the city Brno. Spatial and conceptual solutions of the house is based on urban studies of Mendlel's square and its surroundings. The house is designed on a long parcel, which in the urban environment is equivalent to about four houses. Therefore, the house is divided vertically to keep the urban scale. At the same time at both ends it is directly connected to the existing buildings, therefore, different height levels of each mass are designed. Parterre of the house is commercial, as is the same for neighboring houses, in the other floors modern large single deck and maisonettes are designed.

The purpose of this thesis is a description of communication and its connection in the syntactical area, analysis and subsequent comparison of approach of particular didaktics, grammarbooks and schoolbooks to the connection. The work is conceived as two parts, this is a teoretical part with definition of communication and ist represatation in didaktics and the practical part with the analysis of selected schoolbooks. The output is the analysis and makeing of exercises, which will be connected communicationaly-style with an area of syntactical.

Mirror neurons are a specific kind of visuomotor neurons that are involved in action execution and also in action perception. The mirror mechanism is linked to a variety of complex psychological functions such as social-cognitive functions and language. People with schizophrenia have often difficulties both in mirror neuron system and in language skills. In the first part of our research we studied the connectivity of mirror neuron areas (such as IFG, STG, PMC, SMC and so on) by fMRI in resting state and the differences between a group of patients during first episode psychosis and a group of healthy controls. The second part of our research was dedicated to language: if there are specific activations in certain parts of the cortex (such as SMC, Broca's and Wernicke's areas) along with a specific meaning of the word stimuli and if these activations are disrupted in patients with schizophrenia. The first part of the research showed a significant difference in the mirror neuron system connectivity between these two groups. The patients had stronger connections between the thalamus (which mediates sensory information) and the cortical areas while the controls had the cortical areas more interconnected. This labor discusses with the possibilities of using a network connection devices in measurement technology from Agilent. It deals with the theoretical description of the different ways of measuring devices connected to computer networks and their use in laboratory teaching. Practical work is focused on creating automated utilities for selected tasks in the laboratory diagnosis of electrical materials in the software Agilent VEE Pro. The work is a detailed description of the labs in terms of setting and controlling the basic parameters created by the application. Installation and configuration of software and hardware communication tools are summarized in the brochure "How to handle a remote connection of measuring instruments over the Internet."

This work deals with silicon chip interconnection with a view to high current up to 10A. A wire bonding method is used for interconnection. The first part of investigation is focused on the modeling and simulation by the help of program ANSYS. Thermo mechanical stressing and current density is important parts of this research. Stress and current density distribution are results of the first part. The experimental part describes transition resistance, electro migration and thermal process in the connection of wire and chip pad. A controlled current source (0 – 10A) is used for measurement. The current source makes it possible to 4-point method measurement with sampling rate 1,5MHz.

The aim of diploma thesis is design of new connection in Havlickuv Brod. New connection will enable passage without setting-back between Brno and Jihlava in Havlickuv Brod.
