Cílem diplomové práce je zhodnotit možnosti využití faktoringu českými podniky. Vysvětluje podstatu faktoringu, rozebírá jednotlivé náležitosti faktoringové operace a snaží se identifikovat jeho silné a slabé stránky. Dále provádí srovnání mezi bankovními a nebankovními faktoringovými společnostmi a jejich klienty. V závěru se zabývá postavením faktoringu v mezinárodním měřítku a současnou situací na českém trhu.

Goal of the thesis is to explore, evaluate and, if it is possible, suggest new tools or improve the ones, being used at the moment, for operating analysis, which is used as one of the bases for traffic optimalization of public transport. One of the elements of the thesis is exploring standards of quality and finding out, if they standards are being met on the ground of collected data. At first i will describe and evaluate tools of operating analysis. After identifying possible shortcomings, i will create new outcomes or new tools, or just slightly correct the existing ones, if it is needed. Everything is created on a real data collected from traffic surveys from years 2008 and 2012 in specific cities. After that, i focus on standards of quality and if the standards are being met. For that I'm using graphs, written text and pictures for better understanding. Again everything is based on real data either from chosen transport companies or traffic surveys.

During cooperation with the Bender Robotics company a need for operational safety assessment of an autonomous mobile robot (AMR) emerged. Operational safety evaluation is a step towards mass production of the studied robot. Market entry of a product requires a string of various actions and safety assessment is one of them. For risk identification and severity rating were used legal requirements, best practice given by standards, FMEA method, experiment and RIPRAN method. Threats, possible scenarios and risks analysis is systematically discussed through all areas of operation of the robot, from design and construction to control software. All the steps are described in logical order. Starting with information research, going on with series of analysis and ending with suggestions for increased operational safety of autonomous mobile robots.

The diploma thesis The determination and analysis of the structure of the cost of wine production in selected winery company has two basic parts. The literature research introduces the issue of winemaking with a focus on individual technological operations of wine production. The thesis itself consists a description of technological machines and equipment of monitored companies, calculating of costs and cost structure analysis. The analysis of the costs of wine production in both cases showed that the most important component is the raw material (grapes). Another important item for the medium-sized company was the operation of machines, while for the smaller company the wage costs were the larger component because of the lower level of automation and efficiency of machines. The analysis of the cost of bottled wine shows that the most important items are the input raw material (produced wine) and the material (bottle with other elements).

Cílem této disertační práce je navrhnout metodiku, která podpoří realizaci několika vzájemně provázaných ICT provozních projektů. Na základě tzv. dobrých praktik v odvětví, principů projektového a programového řízení, vlastních znalostí a zkušeností, vytvořil autor návrh metodiky kompetenčního centra ICT provozních projektů jako virtuálního útvaru společnosti, které má za cíl dodat takový typ projektů.
