Diploma work deals with possibility purposeful exploitation leisure time subjects with optic handicap. First, inclose optic handicap, his classification or etiology, advert to possibilities digestion leisure time in different free time activities. The aim of this diploma thesis is The teaching of region-general science on the Klatovsko example. In the first part of the work is the theoretical introduction composed from special literature which describes Klatovsko in many views. The region is characterized, defined and divided to the sub regions; either physical-geographical and socio-economical data as well as environment-conservation are reviewed in the theoretical part of this thesis. The work is not focused only on range of general science but also logical attaches it with information from regional geography. This data together gives allover review on the resolved region. The necessary part of this diploma these is own resolving which is based on seeking for knowledge about the region in 4th and 5th classes of elementary schools. The little spread method of mental mapping was used for research and the method was extended with questionary investigation. The results of own resolving are discussed and interpreted by suitable graphs. The teaching-utilities for either region-general science and geography were created on base of obtained results. The learning texts are prepared for direct-teaching of pupils and connected working sheets for reviewing their knowledge and quality-control of teaching were attached. As an alternative learning-method the funny projects are provided with this work. These projects are useful for teaching of Klatovy region.

This thesis aims to analyse the impacts of the entry of the direct foreign investment of Futaba Czech s. r. o. on Havlíčkův Brod region. The introductory part contains a list of the sources reporting on the company{\crq}s investment decisions. Various aspects concerning the localization factors are included as well. Next part focuses on examining Futaba Czech s. r. o. in particular but also partly on Sklo Bohemi, a. s. and Pleas, a. s. They represent the three largest companies in Havlíčkův Brod region. The main aim of the author of the work was to find out how these three companies influence each other, even though each of them is interested in a different branch of industry. The following hypotheses are examined in the thesis: 1) Funding of FCZ by short-term credits indicates an existence of the significant insecurity, which can cause some doubts about company{\crq}s ability to continue to work according to principle based on continuation unlimited by time. 2) Benefit of the direct foreign investment of Futaba for the region is substantial at the present time and the impacts on the social environment are considerable as well. 3) Termination of operations of the company Sklo Bohemia, a. s. has influenced the social conditions of Havlíčkův Brod region significantly and it has had an influence on the operation of the companies Futaba Czech s. r. o. and Pleas, a. s. All three hypotheses have been verified in the thesis. The last part of the work gives the report of the evaluation of the hypotheses in question and a supposition, that the examined company might leave Czech market, because the results of its management are getting worse, is expressed.

My thesis will serve as a monitoring tool for the management of an educational division in company BooK s.r.o.. This monitoring will consist in setting up a new form of monitoring feedback mechanism with help of a made-to-measure web application created by me. The feedback check will reflect the customer’s satisfaction with services provided by this company as well as the evaluation of employees concerned. Creation of this new form of feedback was requested directly by the company management of BooK s.r.o. and the implementation and using itself will bring benefits the company primarily in automatization of the monitoring process and time factor. At the same time this application will serve as a tool for evaluation of satisfaction of the customers whose opinions are crucial for the company’s success and improvement of the standard of the provided services which will result in increasing the company’s competitiveness.

This thesis concerns methods of research, user's satisfaction and methods and tools for measuring quality and performance in the libraries of the Czech Republic and the Nordic countries, especially the library institutions of Norway, Sweden and Finland. The theoretical part focuses on the basic concepts related to research in general. Furthermore, the thesis clarifies specific tools and methods for measuring the quality and performance in an environment of the Czech and Nordic libraries and it also comments on the research methods of the user's satisfaction in the libraries of the Czech Republic. The practical part is composed of an exploration in the Czech libraries by using different kinds of research methods.

in English Thesis will consist of three parts. In the first part, author will describe, based on chosen media sources (movie, television, theater, radio, CD, internet, social media), how is Božena Němcová presented. Furthermore, based on specialized literature, the author will create a profile of generation Z. In the second part, she will conduct questionnaire research amongst generation Z members, as well as pen and paper interview. Lastly, she will analyze and interpret results of previous parts and will try to answer the question: "How is Božena Němcová perceived by generation Z." Thesis includes a large annex available electronically.

The thesis ``Activising methods in education and their influence on the climate in class{\crqq} is based on activising methods and their influence on the climate in class. The purpose of this work is measuring the climate on class, using of activising methods and then a consequent measuring of the climate in class. The results have been compared, the hypothesis analyzed and so found the influence on the climate in class. In the theoretical part are explained the basic terms connected with the subject (education method, activising education methods, environment, atmosphere, climate in class). Then is the problematic of researching the climate characterized, other methods of observation etc. The practical part offers a review of methods of investigating the climate, subscription of some chosen methods and the process of the research. The obtained entries are utilized, analyzed and enlisted in charts and graphs, which provide better evaluation of the whole climate in class and the particular parameters of the climate in class (concern of the student for school work, relationships between the schoolmates, teacher{\crq}s help to the students, orientation of the students on homework, arrangement and organization, clearness of the rules). The object of exploration have been especially the finding and comparing of the whole climate in class before and after using of the activising methods in education.

As a theme for my diploma thesis I chose „Suggestion of a Model of a successful Manager" for company Unicorn Inc. This model can be used by Unicorn´s owner not only for existing employees but also for hiring new managers and for opening new branches as well. Thanks to my model he will be able to compare existing soft skills of managers who are already on board and he will also know which characteristics, knowledge, experience and processes he should focus on when selecting candidates for managerial positions and posts. The research results, that will be carried out on employed managers, will show which soft skills are neccessary to be focused on when internal empoloyee trainings are carried out. Consequently I will suggest steps that will increase managers´ efficiency which will lead to an increase of efficiency in the whole company.
