This thesis deals with the elaboration of the documentation for the relatization timbered building. Timbered building was designed as a single-storey one object with residential attic. For the construction of the walls was used the composition of two frame walls of the BSH prisms, filled with thermal insulation. There was used thermo-technical analysis for roof, floor and timbered wall. The work was focused on the present and historical ways of the construction of timbered buildings. The work contains drawings of architectural-building solution supplemented with production drawings and technical descriptions of the timbered wall and the structural parts of the timbered construction.

The diploma thesis deals with the virtual world Second Life and in particular with its economic environment. The work describes and suggests business opportunities in the virtual world. It is concerned with education possibilities and proposes its realization. These suggestions also contain an actual enumeration of individual costs and their height.

Práce se věnuje analýze a souvislostem důchodového systému České republiky. Důraz je kladen na demografickou analýzu, která uvozuje čtenáře do celé problematiky. Vyvrací mnoho pesimistických scénářů o budoucím vývoji ekonomické struktury obyvatel a upozorňuje na hlavní nedostatky při dlouhodobých (50ti a víceletých) predikcích budoucího demografického i ekonomického vývoje. Na základě analýzy a predikce průběžného důchodového systému je explicitně ukázáno, že jej lze konformně ?reformovat? a zachovat jej jako základní pilíř českého důchodového systému.

This thesis is devoted to the choice of materials suitable for construction building envelope and its influence on the price of the works. It evaluates the thermal insulating characteristics of the selected structures and monitors their impact on operating costs of the object.

The aim of this diploma thesis is to closely investigate and describe selected phonetic properties of Czech oral plosives [p t ť k b d ď g] in normal speech. The re- search focuses mostly on temporal characteristics in various contexts; moreover, we deal with the possible manners of plosive articulation in Czech, including non-canonical realizations. Another important part of the present study is a comparison with earlier studies. In the domain of temporal characteristics we examine the influence of various contexts on phone duration. The contexts include: phonetic context, speaker gender, the position of the plosive in the stress unit or articulation rate. We also examine a possible connection between the duration of the plosive and its realization. In the part that deals with the manner of articulation we focus on the individual phonetic properties, for which we investigate especially the conditions and degree of their stability. Furthermore we describe the specific plosive articulations in certain pho- netic contexts and some alternative realizations of certain plosives. The speech material used is mostly spontaneous. The aim of the diploma thesis is to design a new office building with client operation. The building is designed with requirements for buildings with almost zero energy consumption. The project also includes a complete fire safety solution for the building and a certificate of the building's energy performance. The diploma thesis is processed in the form of documentation for execution of the project.

The aim of the master´s thesis is to analyze the current state of software products used in construction. The thesis is specifically focused on software products to support the preparation and realization of building object. Specifically, the thesis deals with software: KROS plus, BUILDpower, GALA. Analyzed and compared to their complexity, functionality, and that the resulting strengths and weaknesses.

The thesis is focused on building technology solutions for the construction department store. The front of the main entrance, designed for base personnel has two floors; the rest designed for the sale is single-storey. The building is designed as a reinforced concrete skeleton hall. Roofing is solved by a flat roof consisting of sales of reinforced concrete beams with a slope of 3 %, with the roofing sheet ALKORPLAN. The two-storey part of the roof is again dealt with a flat roof, consisting of ceiling panels and concrete catchment slope of 2 %, the roofing sheet ALKORPLAN. External walls are designed sandwich panels KINGSPAN. Walls and ceilings are dealt with plasterboard. The floors are made of linoleum and ceramic tiles. The building is equipped with aluminum windows, interior doors are made of wood. Outdoor and entrance doors are made from aluminum. This thesis addresses the implementation of technology, organization of construction, time demands, costs to implement the object, control over the implementation – KZP, coordination situation, and instructions for use of the building after its handover to the owner.
