MRI potkanů - kvantifikace T1 myokardu / MRI of Rats - Quantification of T1 in Myocardium

Vitouš, Jiří January 2021 (has links)
This thesis focuses on cardiac imaging and quantification of T1 relaxation time in rat hearts. Its main focus is to investigate available methods for such quantification and their application in the development of quantification tools. The large impact is given to methods of acquisition synchronization, mainly with respect to cardiac motion and breathing using retrospective gating, where the navigator signal is obtained solely from the acquired data, so without any external equipment such as the ECG or respiratory sensors. This paper takes into account situations where steady-state has been reached and also those where it has not, by means of contrast agent injection or by inversion pulses.

Retrospektivní analýza a identifikace možností ovlivnění limitní sportovní výkonnosti / Retrospective analysis and identification of options for limiting sports performance

Semerád, Miroslav January 2018 (has links)
Subject: The knowledge of the sport performance structure with individual identification of the sport training model is a prerequisite for the effective management of sport training. Achieving the sports top limit performance in sport is possible by adapting the training plan to the athlete's individuality by his physiological and psychological prerequisites. To achieve the highest sports performance, sports training analysis is an indispensable tool for international competitiveness. This case study deals with the description of sports training models identified by the composition and dynamics of the training load predictors. A retrospective longitudinal study provides with insights into the possibilities of influencing sports training, which made national, Czech, records on the course of 800 m men and 3,000 m of women's steeplechase. Probandé (n=2) at the age of 21 (runner 1) and 28 resp. 29 years old (runner 2) reached limiting sports performances. The track record dates originates from 1995 to 2012. Runners were participants or medalists from top world or European athletic competitions. Objectiv: The aim of the thesis is to identify retrospectively through the found predictors, by whom were reached limit sports performance and sporting performance in the middle distances run. Methods: The...

East and West Germany after the Unification: The Wage Gap Analysis / Východní a západní Německo po sjednocení: Analýza mzdových rodílů

Groero, Jaroslav January 2014 (has links)
Under socialism workers had their wages set by the central planners.. In my thesis I use panel data from SHARLIFE questionnaire in order to analyze how returns to East German human capital variables changed after the reunification in 1990.I also compare these returns to West German returns to human capital variables. Before 1990 the returns to experience and education were lower in East Germany than in West Germany. After the reunification East German returns to experience obtained before 1990 and to education decreased. I find a significant decrease of returns to high educated workers who spent in the East German educational system 15 and more years. East German returns to both human capital variables are smaller than West German ones before the reunification and the difference is more pronounced after the reunification.

Subjektivní vnímání času se zaměřením na krátkodobé činnosti / Subjective perception of time focusing on short-term activities

Kafková, Lucie January 2019 (has links)
The diploma thesis investigates the subjective perception of time, especially the exactness of the interval length estimation, subjective passage of time, in relation to the time perspective, the level of difficulty in emotion regulation and age. Furthermore, the thesis investigates differences in retrospective and prospective paradigm in interval length estimate. Research was conducted online, with a total number of 180 respondents. Data collection had occurred during a 4 month period. Main instruments were the Czech versions of the ZTPI - Zimbardo's time perspective inventory and the DERS-SF-CZ - Difficulty in emotion regulation scale; moreover, for the declaration of subjective passage of time was employed a method of verbal estimation. Subjective interval length was registered after finishing rewriting of two short texts. The results have showed statistically significant relationships between subjective passage of time and age; between the level of difficulty in emotion regulation and subjective passage of time. Amongst the persons orientated onto positive and negative past, there was found a significant relationship between the subjective passage of time and the difficulty in emotion regulation. Results have also shown that the interval length is overestimated in both, prospective and...

Financování rozvojové strategie města / Financing of development strategy of the town

BÍZKOVÁ, Marie January 2012 (has links)
The goal of presented gradual thesis is to propose financing of development strategy of the town. Thesis is divided into chapters and subsequently into subchapters for better orientation. It consists of two main parts, Review of Literature and Solution and Results chapters. The Review of Literature Chapter includes the list of literature of various authors, on which is based the practical part of thesis. Terms as municipality, sorts of municipalities and their effectiveness, as well as development strategy, strategic management, investment strategy, budget, town budget process and especially classification of income and expenditure are defined in this part. Possible resources of financing of development strategies were specified there too. Following practical part Solution and Results applies rules and knowledge described in Review of Literature Chapter to chosen municipality, in this case local government Bor. The town Bor is introduced by most important statistics, location etc. This chapter presents the Strategic Development Town Plan (SDTP), build-up process, processing and describes coherence to land use plan. SDTP includes investment actions intended to be implemented. Of course it depends on town budget and its development. In order to better visualize town money management, Bor was compared to 39 other towns of similar size by method of financial and property analysis or retrospective analysis. The appreciation of relative index was defined to every index. At the end proposal of financing was sorted. Thesis describes the process of approval of investment by local government and which factors are more or less important for final decision. The most important factor is source of financing, own or outsourcing, and its effect to financial health of municipality. Financial sources were compared in terms of advantages and disadvantages and difficulties of processing them. Selected resources were evaluated using a prospective analysis, which shows us the future form of the budget including financing of investment project. As optimal on the grounds of financing proposals resulted a combination of subsidies and self-financing.

Základy právního vědomí u žáků jako východisko pro výuku výchovy k občanství / Legal awareness among pupils as a starting point for civic education

Dousková, Pavla January 2021 (has links)
The diploma thesis is focused on the basics of legal awareness of pupils. Its aim is to examine children's conceptions of responsibility and the processes associated with it in pupils at the beginning of the secondary school, to identify gaps and misconceptions with which pupils come to teaching and to propose recommendations for teaching. The theoretical part introduces the concept of responsibility, especially from the point of view of law, the psychological foundations of children's concepts and research devoted to children's concepts in the field of law. The practical part consists of a probe into children's conceptions of responsibility. The probe is implemented on pupils before the transition to the secondary school and on pupils in the 6th grade. The probe is based on two situations, which pupils can meet in their daily lives. The situations take place in two familiar environments - school and park. We focused on these situations in semi-structured interviews, which were then qualitatively evaluated. Based on the probe, it was found that students at the beginning of the 2nd grade understand responsibility, but have difficulty identifying the rules according to which it is attributed and do not understand the relationships and powers of the institutions associated with responsibility.
