Master's Thesis: The risk management proposal of a chosen business entity is focused on managing risks in a company Adient Czech Republic k.s. which is mainly a producer of car seats. The thesis is divided into three parts: theoretical, analysis of a current state and personal suggestion for solution. Theoretical knowledge of risk management is described in the theoretical part of the thesis. It is followed by a performed analysis of the company, suggestion of suitable solutions, actions for risk reduction and also economical evaluations of these proposals.

The Master´s thesis, which i worked on the topic "Risk management in a selected business entity" analyzes situation of the company in the internal and external surroundings and evaluates the identified risks, proposes measures and recommendations for the selected business entity. The theoretical part describes basic concepts and methods of risk management, strategic analyzes identifying the company on the market as well as information system and business processes. The practical part follows the theoretical knowledge and identifies the weakest part of the business where risk management is needed which are subsequently applied. The output of the thesis is the draft of measures and recommendations for the selected business entity.

The diploma thesis focuses on the risk assessment in area of Occupational Health and Safety (OSH), concrete ergonomic risks in a workplace. Analysis of the current state evaluation OSH area, ergonomics and methods for the identification and risk management. The main task of this thesis is to analyze current state, evaluate ergonomic risks and find measures to eliminate risks proposed by financial evaluate on a model company.

This thesis is focused on analysis of business entity with selected strategic and economic methods. The current status of the business entity is evaluated based on analysing external and internal environment. Concepts to improve the current state of the business entity are based on identified risks and opportunities.

Master's thesis deals with the assessment of the BENU pharmacy information system and proposes the necessary changes to increase the efficiency and effectiveness that will help the companyin their internal processes. The introductory part is focused on the theoretical basis of the work, where the basic concepts are explained. The second part is devoted to the company and the analysis of the information system, its features, characteristics and requirements. The last part, which is based on the analysis of the current state, containts suggestions for improvement, benefits and economic evaluation.

The diploma thesis deals with the risks related to team building and management in company Profi FP, which offers financial advisory within its activities. The thesis is divided into three parts. The theoretical part is devoted to the professional description of selected topics related to the topic of the thesis. The following section focuses on the general characteristics of the company, the analysis of the current status of assembling and leading the teams, and analyzing the risks associated with leading and setting up the teams in the company. The last part deals with proposals for measures and team activities, which would eliminate or minimize the most risky factors and processes in leading and setting up teams, thus improving these processes in the selected company.

The dissertation "Risks Related to Marketing Tools Management" deals with analysis of marketing tools in the company Sonnentor s. r. o. The main target of this dissertation is to propose changes in marketing tools of a particular business entity that will lead to a reduction of risks and to the improvement of marketing in the company. First part of the dissertation, which contains theoretical knowledge, is followed by second part, which is focused on analysis of the current state. Last part of this dissertation contains risk analysis and suggestions and recommendations, which should lead to overall improvement in marketing of the business and minimalization of determined risks.

This diploma thesis deals with marketing communication topics of particular hairdresser’s and related risks. The work consists of theoretical background, problems analysis and current situation, description of the research itself and risk analysis. The analysis results are utilized to propose solutions which should lead to change of communication mix. The risk analysis is also applied on proposals of solutions.

The diploma thesis is focused on the analysis and assessment of current condition of information system in small company. The thesis is divided into three parts. The first part is focused on the theoretical basis. The second part analyses the current situation in the company, assesses quality of its information system and identifies possible risks. The content of the last part are suggestions for improving the current situation and their economic evaluation.

The main object of this thesis is a design of the project with the utilization of project management principles in the chosen company. Company SynopsIS Technologies, a.s. is developing and selling a software solution for advocacy and law offices. The starting point of the entire process of designing is the strategic analysis of the current state of the company, analysis of the external environment and business field of the company. The main object is a designed project of the change, which will be used for project management in order to successfully reach set goals and minimize the risks of the project. A designed solution is using the support of Microsoft Project Professional 2016 software.
