Využití bioakumulačních schopností vodních rostlin a mechů k posouzení znečištění vodárenského toku horní Malše vybranými rizikovými prvky. / The use of bioaccumulation capabilities aquatic plants and moss for monitoring some risk elements in the Malše river.

BEDĚRKOVÁ, Ivana January 2009 (has links)
The aim of the graduation theses was the using bioaccumulation efficiency of plants, especially water mosses, for the monitoring of the occurence of risk elements in surface waters. The graduation theses assess the content of risk elements in this bioindicators in relation to quality of water supply river Malše. Water mosses susceptibly reflect the statement of water environment and they confirm very good quality of water in river Malše and its usability as water supply river in term of content of monitored risk elements (chrome, arsenic, zinc, lead, cadmium, mercury and uranium).

Zhodnocení vlivu aplikace vytěžených sedimentů z vodního díla Luhačovice na obsah rizikových prvků v orné půdě / Assessment the impact of the application of excavated sediments from the dam Luhačovice on the content of risk elements in arable soil

Kratěnová, Pavla January 2013 (has links)
This diploma thesis focuses on an issue concerning an excavated sediment application on an arable soil and its impact on the soil quality based on a particular case of a deposition of the sediment from the dam Luhačovice on an adjacent agricultural area. The theoretical part of this thesis is focused on a soil and sediment characteristics and functions, contained risk elements, sampling methods, determination possibilities of particular risk elements and a description of conditions which emerged from a need for the deposition of sediment obtained during scavenging of the dam Luhačovice. In the experimental part was described the process of sampling, samples processing and determining of concentration values for chosen risk elements (Cd, Cu, Hg, Ni, Pb) using flame or electrothermal atomic absorption spectrometry methods. This part also contains an evaluation of obtained results and a validation of an approval for the sediment deposition.

Optimizing enterprise risk management: a literature review and critical analysis of the work of Wu and Olson

Choi, Y., Ye, Xiaoxia, Zhao, L., Luo, A.C. 02 October 2015 (has links)
No / Risks exist in all aspects of our lives. Using data in both Scopus and ISI Web of Science, this review paper identifies pioneer work and pioneer scholars in enterprise risk management (ERM). Being ranked the first based on the review data, Desheng Wu has been active in this area by serving as a good academic network manager on the global research network, His global efforts with diverse networking have enabled him to publish outstanding papers in the field of ERM. Therefore, this paper also conducts a literature review of his papers and critical analysis of the work of Wu and Olson, from the perspective of the ERM, to glean implications and suggestions for the optimization and customization of the ERM. / NFSC grant (Grant # 71471055), the 100-Talents plan Program at Chinese Academy of Sciences and 1000-Talents plan Program for the Young Scientists.

Syndrom vyhoření a pracovník NZDM / The Burnout Syndrome and the Worker of the Lowthreshold Establishment for Children and Youth

PLEVOVÁ, Zuzana January 2007 (has links)

The first part characterizes lowthreshold, the lowtreshold establishment for children and youth. It is followed by characteristics of workers of the lowtreshold establishment for children and youth, burnout syndrome description and its impact on workers of the lowtreshold establishment for children and youth. In the second part particular risk elements of work in the lowtreshold establishments are specified. From the discussion with the workers of the lowtreshlod establishment emerged a few risk factors, which could evoke the burnout syndrome. The important reasons for leaving the job are: lack of team communication, psychical immunity, art of compensation, vision meaningful work, finance, evaluation and newness of the field.
