Diploma thesis deals with the design of a family house of wooden buildings for 5–6 persons. It is a non-cellular object. The building will be multi-level. The two-storey building will be roofed with a low-slope vegetation roof, and two terraces with roof green are designed above the single-storey section. The work contains design of structures for individual types of roofs. There are described the methods of technical calculations and design of the construction. It contains an extensive overview of green roofs. There are presented technical parameters of the vegetation formation, proposals of individual compositions, links to the surrounding terrain and functions of the green roof. The main part of the work is the design and assessment of roof structures. The accompanying drawing documentation of the selected family house solution is included.

Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou harmonizace pracovního a rodinného života z pohledu českých žen na mateřské resp. rodičovské dovolené, které zároveň vykonávají placenou práci, a možností využití flexibilních forem práce. V teoretické části jsou představena tři hlavní témata: postavení žen v domácnosti a na trhu práce, role státu, flexibilní formy práce. Empirická část práce je věnována výsledkům kvalitativního výzkumu, který byl proveden se vzorkem deseti rodin s malými dětmi, resp. s deseti ženami a jejich partnery. Hlavním cílem bylo zjistit motivaci těchto žen a o jaké formy práce se jedná, resp. jedná-li se o flexibilní formy práce. Výzkum byl realizován pomocí hloubkových rozhovorů a následně zpracován metodou obsahové analýzy.

Since the end of World War II, intellectuals not only in the West but also in Japan itself have been looking for the answer to the question which conditions and ideological mechanisms convinced regular Japanese to support the militaristic government and to be willing to give their lives in service of their country. This apex of ultranationalism in the 1930s and 1940s is interesting also because less than a hundred years before the conclusion of the tragedy of the Pacific war, it is impossible to speak of a feeling of national affilliation among the people of Japan, much less so of nationalism. Therefore this diploma thesis will be commenced by a description of the historical origin and development of national consciousness from the late Tokugawa period and the gradual formation of various types of nationalism in the Meiji period, which originated from this consciousness. This thesis focuses on the reconciliation of work and family responsibilities of women. The aim is to find out how women manage to balance work and family, how much time per week they dedicate to housework and family care and how is their partner involved in the responsibilities. Interviews and questionnaires are used for these purposes. The idea of gender roles is reflected not only in the work area, but also in the personal one. The man expects that the woman will take care of household and children. It is appropriate for the partners to have an equal part of the responsibilities that arise from living together and starting a family. It is also necessary to solve who of the partners stays on parental leave. It always depends on the individual case and the mutual agreement of the partners.

The diploma thesis deals with modeling of the design of construction. The model will include technical, cost and cost information about the building. The model object is a family house. The thesis is composed of a theoretical part, which presents basic knowledge from the field of designing, budgeting, valuation and operation of building work. The practical part is designed by a building with all the requisites and with information.

The employment status of persons caring for a child Abstract The content of this thesis is the employment status of persons caring for a child. It is a topic that affects most people, mainly women, as it is a very current issue with a high social importance. Parenthood and childcare have a significant impact on an employee's working life, as the position of these persons under labor law is considerably more difficult and their protection is therefore absolutely essential in this area. The thesis deals in a comprehensive way with individual areas of labor law that are affected by child care. The thesis is concentrating on all phases of child care and according to this the thesis is divided systematically into five chapters. The first chapter analyzes the current legislation not only on national but also international level as well as it analyzes the European Union law. The second chapter is devoted to the working conditions of women during their pregnancy, the third chapter deals with the time after childbirth, such as maternity, the institution of maternity leave and the corresponding benefit of social security law. In this thesis I deal with the passportization of the building-technical condition of the family house in Vyškov, the creation of its new project documentation and the proposal of repairs including appraisal cost. In the theoretical part I describe possible faults and defects of buildings, also their lifetime and the possibilities of finding their construction-technical condition. I also discuss the theory and usefulness of pasportizations. In the practical part, I evaluate the construction and technical condition of the selected house and make a finding of faults and defects of the structures, including the proposal for their repair and the appraisal cost with the item budget.

This work aims to apply changes to a finished structure of a family house. These changes shall include adding an extension to the upper floor, installment of supporting constructs necessary for the extension, the attic and the roof. The main goal of this project is to determine the costs of these works and to compare them with the actual value of the real estate and also to show the diference in it‘s value before and after the aforesaid reconstruction.

1 ABSTRACT The current European family is based on the ideal of gender equality and considers the interest of the child to be fundamental. The European Union strategy is to involve as many women as possible in the labour market and encourages national governments to adopt measures to enable women to reconcile their work and care for children. Developed countries also promote both parents being equally involved in the care of children, including preschool children. Czech legislation conforms to European standards and creates the preconditions for reconciling family and work life. In practice, the conservative attitude of both parents and employers persists. The mother usually stays at home with a child under the age of three and employers are not very accommodating to flexible forms of work that enable mothers of young children to get involved in the work process. The way to change the situation is to increase corporate social responsibility and family friendliness and to change the attitudes of parents themselves, increasing the involvement of fathers in care of children in particular. Lamař, Filip. The influence of sundry factors on the price of insurance products in the Czech Republic. Diploma thesis. Brno: Mendel University, 2019. This thesis examines factors which affect pricing of accident insurance of Kooperativa insurance company and Česká Pojišťovna and of house/flat insurance of Kooperativa insurance company. The thesis is divided into three comprehensive parts: literary research, methodises and the main part. In the theoretical section, both current state of world-wide and Czech insurance market are analysed. Moreover, the insurance products listed above are examined. The middle part of the thesis concerns the methodical approach to data collection. With the help of findings from the literary research, it also determines factors which can hav effect on prices of chosen insurance products. In the final parts of the thesis, regression models for the insurance products in question are composed. The result of the thesis is the identification of influences on the prices of insurance products listed above and recommendations for subjects acting on the insurance market.
