The subject of this diploma thesis is the elaboration of the revitalization of a multifunctional building in Uherský Brod. The assignment was the elaboration of the project documentation for the issue of the building permit. This building has four floors and one basement. The supporting system of the building is reinforced concrete frame with brickwork. Ceiling structures are from reinforced concrete primary and secondary beams with slabs. Roofs of the building are designed as pitched roof, warm flat roof and double–skinned roof.

This diploma thesis deals with the proposal of a construction technological project of the tipping Plant in Vítkovice. The work consists of a technological report, transport routes proposal, study of the realization of the main technological stages, time and financial plan of all main objects, construction site project, design of main construction machines and mechanisms. The project also includes itemized budget of the main building structure together with a detailed timetable, financial plan and schedule deployment of construction machinery and workers. The content of this thesis also includes a technological project for the implementation of semi-assembled ceiling structures with a plan for securing material resources and a technological project for the execution of remediation works of concrete structural elements, for which an inspection and test plan with the description of inspection was prepared. The health and safety plan was also created from the perspective of the health and safety coordinator.

The goal of the project is a static provision design of Drnovice castle. This castle (today a municipal office and a restaurant) is violated by vertical cracks. There is a significant horizontal displacement vector. That’s why horizontal prestress redevelopment (using prestressed cables) was chosen. A drawing documentation is an integral part of the project.

This thesis deals with the exploration and evaluation of the existing bridge carried him on the highway D2. The work is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part focuses on the technical surveys, diagnosis of building structures and some methods of investigation and testing of building structures. In the practical part the visual inspection and diagnosis of disorders of the highway bridge substructures ev. No. D2-058, to determine material characteristics substructure and evaluate the state of the bridge. This thesis on specifics of financial management construction company in a time of economic instability is accompanied by the issue of management companies in times of crisis. It is divided into two parts: a theoretical and practical. The theoretical part is focused on explaining concepts such as crisis and the company, which is followed by the very notion of crisis management. It describes how to recognize the crisis in the company and what tools can be used to solve it. The practical part looks at this from the perspective of management small and large companies, both have very similar content activities. In terms of big companies is being explored as a joint stock company Strabag, which is part of the Austrian multinational corporations. At the level of small business is focused on a limited liability company, which is active in smaler district. The main source of investigation in this thesis is the financial analysis applied to both companies. At the end of the work, the results of both companies compared.

The theoretical part of the thesis is devoted to the issue thermal insulation plasters which can be applied in the remediation of buildings. The practical part deals with optimizing the composition of thermal insulation plaster-based lightweight aggregate of the foam glass and with possible substitution of cement for other binders with latent hydraulic properties. The resultant plaster should meet the best ratio of mechanical and thermal insulating properties.

This dissertation deals with the study of durability and degradation repair mortars for reinforced concrete structures. In its theoretical part, there are the research findings on the behavior of repair mortars exposed to corrosive environments with different exposure time and selected high temperatures. Processes occurring in repair mortars during their loading at high temperatures or when exposed to chemically aggressive environments are described, We can find recipes designed for cementitious binder based with a specific replacement using slag or fly ash in its practical part. The object of the research was to determine the durability of the proposed repair mortars, and determine their suitability for use on concrete structures, which may be exposed to a synergistic effect of chemically aggressive environments with high temperatures simulating fire.

Subject of this diploma thesis is construction technology project of reconstruction of object A1, faculty of mechanical engineering, BUT in Brno. This diploma thesis contains technical report of construction site, construction site equipment project, time and financial plan, budget of one building object, technological study of the major technology stages, design of mechanical equipment, technological specifications and quality controlling inspections.

The subject of this final thesis is prepared detailed project documentation for the reconstruction of apartment building on Karáskovo Square in Brno - Židenice. The existing building is rectangular and is a part of a apartment terraced buildings. Residential building has a basement and three floors and an attic. The main entrance is oriented to the southwest. Foundation structures are concrete, vertical support system is a brick wall, roof structure is wooden roof standing stool with pleated ceramic tiles.

The main construction work is subject to technological reconstruction project Pavilion "A" hospital Havlickuv Brod.
