The aim of the thesis is the energy rating of buildings. The introduction included the issues of the topic, including normative and legislative regulations, process energy performance certificates along with energy audits for residential building. The object is evaluated in terms of energy, economic and environmental. Within the energy audit was designed and evaluated austerity measures.

For many companies, energy efficiency starts with production. For this reason, special consideration must be given to the production operation as a whole as well as its sub-areas. The strict legal requirements, as well as the companies`green policies which are defined as a result of these, create complex challenges, which SMC meets with expertise and passion as a manufacturer, partner and solution provider in electric and pneumatic automation technology. On the basis of an actual customer requirement, SMC Germany has developed an innovation in the field of pneumatic energy efficiency: The Air Saving Circuit for double acting pneumatic cylinders , under the working title of Air Saving Box . The underlying idea and focus of the solution was to make good use of the compressed air generated in existing cylinders, instead of simply allowing it to go to waste. The Air Saving Box enables significant energy savings in production. Based on this customised solution, SMC has also developed an industry-independent concept that can also be integrated into existing applications.

This thesis sloves assessment and project insulation of a firehouse, on the expenses related to its operation.Firehouse is situated in Hruba Vrbka nr.138. The building is partly basement, has free floors and is based on concrete foundation girders. Roofing is by the tent roof. In the first part of the thesis is a theoretical introduction in the legislature, energy prices and the posibility of insulation. In the practical part of the thesis is an assessment coefficient of firehouse, evaluation of individual variants insulation and calculated simple payback period.

The diploma thesis deals with elaboration of project solar thermal and photovoltaic solar systems for all-season service. The theoretical part focuses on the general description of the solar thermal and photovoltaic systems, legislation of renewable sources in the Czech Republic and the status of photovoltaics in the Czech Republic. The experimental part deals with the design of measures for energy saving by using solar energy systems. These measures are proposed for construction of houses in Podolí u Brna, especially on extra-family house. The aim of the work is to make a proportioning, choosing the right parts and calculating the economic and ecologic balance. Finally, thesis gives recommendations for further action in saving energy in houses in Podolí u Brna.

The main objective of the master’s thesis is elaboration of energy audit within the theme of energy rating of buildings. Work consists of the beginning to the given theme including the actual legislative regulations. Another part is elaboration of the energy audit of building municipality with design and rating the measures of reduction of energy consumptions. In experimental part work deals with evaluation of building thermal envelope with use of thermograph measurement, also with quality of indoor environment within the use of building by measurement of concentration of CO2 and with heat and humidity balance.

The thesis solves the construction of the pension and deals with the assessment of the impact of the thermal insulation on expenses related to the operation of the property. The pension is situated on the street Valtická in Mikulov. The building has one floor and is founded on strip foundations. Roofing of the house is solved with irregular gable roof. In the first part of the thesis is a theoretical introduction mentions the possibility of building insulation and insulation methods. In the practical part of the thesis is an assessment of the heat transfer coefficient of the pension and costs associated with heating. There is also a proposal for modifications of the envelope construction with assessment of the heat factor and there are also proposed modifications to reduce the costs of operating the property.

This thesis evaluates the influence of a administrative building on the expenses associated with its operation. The administrative building is situated on the street Kloboucká in Brumov-Bylnice. The building has two floor and is founded on strip foundations. Roofing of the house is solved. In the first part of the thesis is a theoretical introduction in the legislature, energy prices and the possibility of insulation. In the practical part of the thesis is an assessment coefficient of heat administrative buildings, evaluation of individual variants insulation and calculated simple payback period.

The master thesis deals with measures to reduce energy performance of grocery store building. Model of the grocery store is evaluated according to a recommended energy values specified by Czech standards and according to the real values of the actual consumption. These values are compared. Final building analysis for a proposal measures to reduce energy consumption is based on the invoices of the real consumption and on the experimental assignments. Experimental measurements are the Blower door test of the tightness of the building envelope, the measures with the thermovision camera and the measuring of the illumination intensity. The most efficient proposal is extended to the whole model network of the food shops in the Czech Republic.
