This master´s thesis is deal with desing of steel structure of exhibition gallery. According to the task have been design of new structures in accordance with applicable standards. The desing of building came frome several studies.

No. of bitstreams: 0 / Neste trabalho, cristais de TlBr foram crescidos e purificados pelo método de Bridgman Repetido, a partir de sais comerciais de TlBr, e caracterizados para serem usados como detectores de radiação à temperatura ambiente. Para avaliar a eficiência de purificação, estudos da diminuição da concentração de impurezas foram feitos após cada crescimento, analisando as impurezas traço por Espectrometria de Massas com Plasma (ICP-MS). Um decréscimo significativo da concentração de impurezas em função do número de purificações foi observado. Os cristais crescidos apresentaram boa qualidade cristalina de acordo com os resultados de análise por Difração de Raios X (DRX), boa qualidade morfológica e estequiometria adequada de acordo com os resultados de análise por MEV(SE) e MEV(EDS). Um modelo matemático definido por equações diferenciais foi desenvolvido para avaliar as concentrações de impurezas no cristal de TlBr e suas segregações em função do número de crescimentos pelo método de Bridgman. Este modelo pode ser usado para calcular o coeficiente de migração das impurezas e mostrou ser útil para prever o número necessário de repetições de crescimento Bridgman para atingir nível de pureza adequado para assegurar a qualidade do cristal como detector de radiação. Os coeficientes se segregação obtidos são parâmetros importantes para análise microestrutural e análise de transporte de cargas nos cristais detectores. Para avaliar os cristais a serem usados como detectores de radiação, medidas de suas resistividades e resposta à incidência de radiação gama das fontes de 241Am (59,5keV) e 133Ba (81 keV) foram realizadas. Essa resposta foi dependente da pureza do cristal. The aim of this diploma´s thesis is to design steel-concrete structure of the office building and steel structure of production hall situated in Moravské Budějovice. The dimensions of the office building are 48,0 x 60,0 meters and height is 17,0 meters. The main constructional material is S 255 steel and C30/37 concrete. The load bearing structure of the hall consists of the columns, primary and secondary beams. The axial distance of columns is 6 meters (5 meters). The dimensions of the production hall are 24,0 x 60,0 meters and height is 12,0 meters. Inside the production hall is craneway. An analysis of two solutions of the supporting structure was performed. The first variant is consists of rigid frames. Truss girder in the second variant is an alternative solution. Both variants were compared and the amount of steel was found. The selected option was developed in greater details with static calculation, drawings and material report. The static analysis of the main load bearing parts of the structure is processed. The calcuation were made in accordance with the European design codes.

The master´s thesis concerns with the design of the construction of the testing centre. The hall is divided in two parts, in one of those parts the office rooms are located. The precast concrete frame of the hall is composed by foundation pads, columns, secondary beams and crane beams, precast slabs, and prestressed girders. The thesis contains report, structural design, drawings of floor plans and sections, drawings of formwork and reinforcement, visualization and steps of construction.

The aim of this thesis was to develop assessments of existing supporting structure of a rectangular object and design of new options for rectangular and cylindrical object administrative center in the Jihomoravská plynárenská, a.s. in Brno. According to the task have been recalculated construction and design of new structures in accordance with applicable standards. New design of both buildings (rectangular and cylindrical) came from several studies.
