A orientação teórico-metodológica adotada garante o desvelamento dos meandros culturais e políticos que alimentam a estratégia dos moradores e os rebatimentos oposicionistas. O conceito de contradição é fundante para a compreensão da ação dos homens, que na sua materialidade se orienta pelos objetivos específicos que sâo coletivamente definidos e perseguidos na ação política implementada e defendida como alternativa,não de acesso a direitos sociais, mas também alternativa de inclusão no processo decisório de definição, implantação e implementação de políticas sociais. / It is the critical analysis of the importance and dynamics of the movement for the fight for the dwelling in Uberaba-MG.
