Architectural and technological project to construct a new multipurpose facility. The work includes: a technical report explaining the construction technology of the project, a construction site plan, time and financial plan of the construction, an implementation study of the major technological stages of the building, a project of site equipment, a design of main construction machines and mechanisms, a work schedule of the main building structure, a technological specification and a plan of control and quality assurance.

This thesis is elaborated for the preparation and organization of the construction of multi-functional home for hospital in Breclav. It is a complex of three buildings of which the first two are terraced houses and a third garage. Individual objects are divided into units according to the expansion section. My job is processed for the object SO02 - section 4.5. The supporting system consists of reinforced concrete columns and ceilings filled with bricks Porotherm. The roof is designed as a horizontal single casing.

My thesis deals with a project documentation processing of a new building “ Low Floor Apartment Complex – Horoměřice”. All requirements strictly follow effective legal regulations. The complex is comprised of three objects arranged as the U-shape. The two-floor object A is a combination of masonry from reinforced concrete and a wooden structure. The object B is a single-storey wooden structure and the object C is a two-floor wooden structure. All these objects are covered by a two-coating counter roof. My thesis is a construction technical arrangement, which contains a fire safety report, a heat treatment, a layout plan, a proposal and a calculation of a strip foundation as well.

The content of the master thesis is processing of design documentation for the newly-built detached building of guest house with wine cellar. The cappacity of guest's accommodation is 24 people. The house is placed on a sloping plot in the village of Žeravice (696 47). It is a two-floor building with partial basement. In the basement there are technical facilities, storage spaces and wine cellar. The structure is based on concrete strip foundations. Loadbearing masonry is from clay blocks. floor structure is from filigran panel, the roof is sadddle with a slope of 25°.
