This thesis compares the force load of two kinds of cutting tool inserts while milling. The thesis is devided into two main parts – research and experiment. The research part is focused on the theory of the force load measuring, cutting tools and cutting tool inserts and their coating. 14 grooves were made with each cutting insert while the force load was measured. Constant cutting conditions were applied. The experiment was repeated four times for each kind of cutting insert. The aim of the thesis is to determine if both kinds of inserts mill with the same force load. The results reveal that one kind of cutting tool inserts mill with the force load higher up to 85 %.

This thesis compares the properties of four types of replaceable cutting tool inserts from different suppliers during milling. The comparative factors are cutting force, material loss of the insert and the roughness of the resulting surface. The thesis is divided into two parts - a comprehensive overview of the current state of knowledge and an experiment. The first part analyzes the load, the possibility of its measurement, surface treatment of tools, milling cutters and replaceable inserts. The experiment took the form of measuring the load during face milling, measuring the surface roughness of the machined material and measuring the material loss of the inserts on an optical strain gauge. The replaceable cutting tool inserts were compared based on the performed measurements.

Diploma thesis on Machining hardened steels is focused on the analysis of longitudinal turning of hardened steel 14 109 by using a tool from PKNB in terms of measuring the force load using a dynamometer and then evaluating the surface quality. The theoretical part deals with the issue of turning technology, cutting materials and heat treatment of steel. In the practical part, the influence of cutting conditions on the resulting values was assessed during the experiment. Twelve samples with different combinations of cutting conditions were tested, then was selected a sample that met the criterion of combining minimum cutting forces values and surface quality. The experiment shows that force load values can be achieved twice less by combining cutting conditions with an appropriate combination.

This thesis deals with the possibilities for realization of the crankshaft-cylinder four-stroke gasoline engine is flat, usable in the urban vehicle. In the work described stresses exerted on the crank mechanism can balance the crankshaft, torsional stress and strength calculation method of control. In the final part of this work is outlined proposal for implementation of the crankshaft.

Title The effect of the winter preparation period torwards the explosive power in amateur football players Objectives To find out what efect has preparation period on explosive power of lower limbs at football players of the regional championship level. Methods Quantitative research was held as a motorical testing of football team Sokol Kolovraty (n = 20) during winter preparation period. To determine the development of explosive power of the lower limbs was selected 5 motoric tests: High jump from the spot, Four jump from foot to foot, Long jump from the spot, Triple jump on the left (right) leg, Deep forward bend in standing position. This study was so-called "cross over" study, or as crossover study in which the team was divided by randomization info two groups, group A and a group B. The first half of the study (4 weeks) the group A performer strength intervention and the group B a different running intervention. In the middle of the research, after control measurements, the group exchanged their intervetnions. Results Based on the Mix-design ANOVA I can state the results showed the statistical significance of strength intervention compared to running intervention without strength exercise. This dissertation thesis focuses on the evaluation of modern machine tools, especially tools for finishing operations, with which the effect of the passive force components on the machining process is evaluated. The thesis will examine the analysis of creating chips and circumstances that accompany this process and substantially involve the formation of a new surface. The analysis of the process of the recording of the power load of the MT3 tool takes place in the experimental part of the thesis. MT3 is a reaming head intended for finishing holes at high cutting speeds (100-200 m.min-1) with removal of small cross section AD (0.024 mm2) chips. Particular attention is paid to the newly created profile from the surface after machining and evaluation of changes in geometry and loading of the cutting edge, which is significantly reflected in the establishment and the development of passive forces.

This master thesis analyzes the question, how norm authority constitutes itself in the context of school education. It is based on firsthand data from several adio- and audiovisual recordings of classes in two German schools (trade school and high school). The project provides a description of the mechanism by which the teacher establishes himself as the norm-authority and how he is able to assert this authority towards the student, the norm subject. At the same time, the reaction of the norm subjects towards the intervention of the norm authority into their language production is analyzed. Theoretically, the essay is embedded in the social force field of a standard-variety ("soziales Kräftefeld einer Standardvarietät") by Ulrich Ammon and the language management theory. By following the steps of the language management process, the handling of the language norm is described and an analysis is made of how language norms are actively adopted into the learning process. The analysis and evaluation of the class recordings underline the dynamic character of language norms and show the procedural nature of norm formation and their adoption.
