Vnímání reprezentací prostoru zprostředkovaných výpočetní technikou / Perception of Computer Mediated Representations of Space

Dvořák, Petr January 2006 (has links)
There was and is written a big amount of literatuře with the topič of three-dimensional imagery, this literatuře afflicts almost all areas connected with this problematic. But just a few places are given to the possibility ofusing information technology for development of three-dimensional imagery. Simultaneously the children grow into the world of computers and we can not neglect this fact. Children approach to computers with a quite commonplace and without fear (in contrast to adults). They are moving in virtual environments, which simulate a real world more and more punctually and also with its physical rules. Every of these experiences can influence their three-dimensional imagery. Also the ability of transformation of the surrounding three-dimensional world into the picture-two- dimensional form (and of course contrariwise) - it closely bears on the three-dimensional imagination. Mainly the ability to read the planar pictures and to use the gained information in the creation of three- dimensional conceptions. This ability is at school knowingly evolved, for example through channelling the body in free parallel projection. Emphasis insists on the work with real models and their pictures. In my work I try to refer to the advantages and crags of using computer programmes, which simulate to us real models...

Srovnání programových produktů pro simulaci a možnosti jejich využití / Comparison of Simulation Software and Areas of Its Application

Hora, Pavel January 2009 (has links)
This diploma thesis deals with computer simulation. In the opening, there are descriptions of theoretical aspect of computer simulation, simulation model structure and individual phases of simulation process. After that follow areas of application, characteristic features of each area and classification of simulation models, that are used in those areas. In this thesis only 4 areas of application were chosen: automotive industry, logistics and transportation systems, healthcare and military simulation. Each application area contains descriptions of a few chosen simulation software products that are used in this area. At the close there is a price comparison of described simulation products, their usage in Czech Republic and their development evaluation.

Simulace vstřelování pískových směsí do jaderníků / Numerical simulation of core blowing

Abraham, Martin January 2010 (has links)
This work focuses on simulation of core blowing into the core boxes. Mechanical production of cores is now a normal part of any foundry. But can never predict whether core can make right the first time. This situation can be used as a helper QuikCAST simulation program that is able to handle the issue and deal with and can find the optimal basis.

Penzijní systémy ve světě se stagnující populací a tržními nedokonalostmi: srovnání / Pension Systems in a World with Stagnant Population and Market Inefficiencies: A Comparison

Štěpánek, Martin January 2014 (has links)
Financial unsustainability of pension systems in developed economies looms large on the horizon due to increasing life expectancy and continuous drop in fertility. In spite of a broad discussion, there has been but a little consensus on appropriate remedy. Besides, the theoretical arguments supporting funded pension systems often build upon the unrealistic assumption of stable financial markets and fair transformation of saved funds into retirement benefits. This work provides an insight into performance of various pension systems in real- world conditions using large-scale simulations of an overlapping generations model based on existing pension schemes in the Czech Republic, Sweden, and Chile. Specifically, my model assumes adverse demographics, individual un- certainty, volatile financial markets' returns, and administrative costs to affect social security systems and estimates magnitude of the effects. According to the results, each pension system seems to be partially advantageous - in pro- motion of economic growth, level of retirement benefits, or protection against market risks - but no scheme is dominant or dominated overall. Návrh systému e-shopu pro podporu distribuce segmentu malovýrobců českého skla. / Project of E-shop system for support of small producers bohemian glass segment distribution.

Kocina, Ondřej January 2008 (has links)
Essay analyses problems of bohemian glass small producers segment and in the scope of the real firm strategy suggests their concrete solution. Analysis finds causes of the segment problems in inappropriate combination of product, market and distribution channels. Author finds possible solution in the oligopoly price leader market model. Results of the problems analysis are together with firm and its environment analysis used for SWOT analysis. Management of the firm chose S-O strategy, which aims sustainable development of the firm, differentiation of the product and enlargement and diversification of the market space. Results of the analysis are used for creation of partial strategies and plans: marketing mix and information strategy. Information strategy includes concept of the new information and communication system suggestion. Suggested system is based on hosted web e-shop application and internet communication software component. System enables to flexible react on the changes of firm strategy and plans, and enables to create individualized and individual services. Chosen architecture is ideal for the rise of virtual teams System should help to emerge integration and synergic effects.
