Využití simulačních modelů k analýze výrobního procesu / The use of simulation models to analyse the production process

Ficová, Pavla January 2012 (has links)
The use of simulation increasingly becomes part of business planning and analysis. Using a computer program a model that faithfully mimics reality can be easily created and used to analyze the situation in the company. In this diploma thesis simulation is used to accurately determine utilization of shields manufacturing machines. Further simulation is used to analyze the entire production process, which begins with the arrival of the material and ends with finished product. The main focus is placed on the practical part, but of course there some theory necessary for a deeper understanding the issue is also mentioned. Editing input information, means experimenting with the data is searching for the optimal utilization of machines, number of shifts and employees. Based on the results of the analysis number of produced shields and production process could be modified. The aim is to determine the current state of utilization and to find the ceiling for possible future expansion of production.

Využití protokolu TCP v simulačním prostředí OPNET Modeler / Application of TCP in OPNET Modeler simulation environment

Tirinda, Viktor January 2008 (has links)
This diploma thesis describes a possibility of application protocol implementation in OPNET Modeler simulation environment. It presumes that this application protocol is going to use TCP protocol for their communication on transport layer. The first part of thesis is focused on a description of TCP. It is a connection oriented, reliable and confirmed protocol which maintains sequence of transmitted data. This data is after receiving positively confirmed. In the second chapter are described the main functions of OPNET Modeler simulation environment. OPNET is hierarchical divided into four editors. Each editor has a specific function by creating a network and setting his behavior. There is also focused on the two lowest layers of OPNET Modeler and their components in detail, which are participating at usage TCP on transport layer to communication. Implemented applications communicate by sockets, which are created and destroyed on request. Communication is controlled by manager process, whose function is maintenance particular connections and redirect dataflow into relevant process. This manager put in action as well a process, which simulates a single TCP. In the practical part I made two applications: one is a client type and a second one is a server type. Both applications are using TCP on transport layer. The establishment of connection initiates a client, who is sending a request to the server for a data. Then server sends back data in desired quantity. After sending the entire data, client terminates the connection. The result of simulation is statistics, where we pictured the size of the transferred data, a number of transferred packets and other parameters typical for TCP.

Simulátor mobilních robotů v prostředí Matlab/Simulink / Simulator of mobile robots in Matlab/Simulink

Havlát, Petr January 2009 (has links)
The main goal is the programming scene MATLAB/Simulink creation of graphic user interface (GUI), which allows the simulation of mobile robots movement. The work covers two types of these robots – first one is the robot with differentially controlled truck and second one auto robot (car-like robot). As a part of this draft GUI, there are also possibilities of showing all trajectory or only actual position, selection of step after which the robot can delineate and possibility of layout between the positions by using the button back and forwards.

Optimalizace procesů výrobní linky / Process Optimization of the Production Line

Prokop, Aleš January 2008 (has links)
This thesis presents simulation method and simulation software Witness as a decision management instrument of a company, applied in STEKO spol. s r.o. The goal of this thesis is to create a model of real business process in the simulation program and following optimalization.

Inverzní kyvadlo / Inverted pendulum

Kalla, Libor January 2010 (has links)
The thesis deals with the planar problem regarding balancing of an inverted pendulum whose real model is situated in the laboratory A1/731a. The goal of this thesis is to build up the simulation model in the program Matlab Simulink and compare the attributes of the model with the real pendulum. The next step is to prove a regulation of the model in Matlab Simulink and find the way of controlling the real model by PLC on the basis of results found within the simulation.

Numerická simulace navařování rotoru turbíny / Numeric simulation of the turbine rotor surfacing

Durajová, Věra January 2010 (has links)
The project elaborated in frame of engineering studies, solves the problem of restoration of the damaged hinge groove blades, and the surfacing of cylindrical faces of the SAW method, using additional material TOPCORE 838 B. The turbine rotor is made from steel with high resistance temperature 30CrMoNiV5-11. Based on literature studies and issues surfacing calculation, it was established that will preheat the material. The issue was solved by using simulation program SYSWELD.

Simulační modelování vřeten obráběcích strojů / Simulation modeling of machine tool spindles

Burian, Radek January 2014 (has links)
The aim of this work was to propose an analytical spindle lathe and perform simulations to verify that the spindle is designed correctly. After calculations and modeling of the whole assembly, I began to make the first simulation in ADAMS. I proceeded from simple models over difficult to the final version of the entire assembly. I examined whether they match the values of power, speed, strength and other values with the values obtained analytically. The results of my works are virtual models of spindle, which can simulate various stressful conditions under which we can decide whether the spindle is satisfactory or not.

Algoritmy pro řízení pohybu dvounohého robota / Algorithms for Movement Control of Bipedal Robot

Pokorný, Jan January 2010 (has links)
This thesis is focused on using softcomputing method for learning bipedal robot to walk. Robot is represented by virtual model. At the beginning are the motivation and reasons for processing this theme. Next is devised shape of the robot which will be used. Then are selected libraries used by simulation. Further is devised system of robot learning algorithms. The most important of them is SOMA which is therefore described more. Due to assumed computational complexity is part of thesis focused on optimalization and simplification. One chapter focuses on measurement of quality of solution approximation. At the end there is an evaluation of thesis results.

Termodynamický model Wankelova motoru o výkonu 11 kW / Thermodynamic model of Wankel engine with output power 11 kW

Drbal, Milan Unknown Date (has links)
The master’s thesis deals with the Wankel rotary engines and their 1D simulations using a thermodynamic simulation software for the piston engines. The necessary steps for creation of the equivalent model of the four-stroke three-cylinder combustion engine are provided. The engine used for the validation model was Aixro XR 50. The data measured on this engine during testing were used to validate the created thermodynamic model. The discharge coefficient calculation of the intake and the exhaust ports is shown. The 11kW engine design is created using validated thermodynamic model.
