Kaděra, Vladimír January 2011 (has links)
This thesis is dealing with using of simulation modeling as a support for decision making in different control level. Theoretic analysis of that problem covers and summarized information about modeling and simulation as well as importance of knowledge of simulation models and systems for decision making provision. Case study which illustrates possibilities using of Arena simulation software for needs decision making on operative control level and a software product Powersim Studio for needs higher control levels is a part of this thesis. Simulations were performed with particular software models and their results were summarized and evaluated by a selecting method of specific variant of solution.

Využití simulace jako komplementární metody pro interpretaci experimentálních dat ve výzkumu fluorescence jednotlivých molekul

CARDA, Zdeněk January 2017 (has links)
Fluorescence single-molecule methods represent mighty tools for researchers in the field of structural and molecular biology. These methods are bringing in many advantages when compared to the statistical data processing of multi-molecular species. We can directly compare true statistical distributions and their kinetics. Here belongs fluorescence correlation spectroscopy, FRET and burst variance analysis. As the research advances, new methods are being developed which at the very beginning do not have proper analytical relations for data interpretation and which experimental limits we can't tell. That is the moment when the computer simulations can be used to our advantage. They can help us to specify the right direction of the future research, which is a great money-saver, while opening new perspectives and insights into the explored matter. Correct interpretation of the simulations results is key for the consequent defining of new theoretical models.

Využití simulačních metod pro podporu procesního řízení v systémech integrovaného managementu

Šenkýř, Pavel January 2011 (has links)
The main subject of this thesis consists of analyse aimed on the mapping, modelling and simulation tools for the use in integrated systems of management. The theoretical part of thesis analyses actual subject situation based on the literature research. This part describes mainly used standards and trends, methodology of process mapping, process evaluation, improoving and optimizing. The practical part of thesis includes a model of real manufacturing process and a simulation of its behaviour in the simulation environment Allcelar 2010. The real system is optimized by the use of economic criteria. The thesis employs methods of simulation, modeling and optimization, which are together with the decision making, systems approach, operations research and queuing systems content of the theoretical part. The goal of the submitted thesis is to apply and check gained knowledge for mapping and analyzing of specific business processes followed by the evaluation of its effectiveness and suggestion of its optimization. The area of business processes and process management is described in the theoretical part. Additionally the methodology of business process modeling and methods of process evaluation and process improvement is also described. The practical part is focused on identification of the company's processes, analysis of the innovative processes and evaluation of their effectiveness. The following optimization of the processes is based on the facts found out by the previous research.

Stochastická rekonstrukce bodových vzorků / Stochastic reconstruction of random point patterns

Koňasová, Kateřina January 2018 (has links)
Point procesess serve as stochastic models for locations of objects that are ran- domly placed in space, e.g. the locations of trees of a given species in a forest stand, earthquake epicenters or defect positions in industrial materials. Stochas- tic reconstruction is an algorithmic procedure providing independent replicates of point process data which may be used for various purposes, e.g. testing sta- tistical hypothesis. The main advantage of this technique is that we do not need to specify any theoretical model for the observed data, only the estimates of se- lected summary characteristics are employed. Main aim of this work is to discuss the possibility of extension of the stochastic reconstruction algorithm for inho- mogeneous point patterns. 1

Počítačové modelování difúze v polymerních roztocích / Computational modeling of diffusion in polymer solutions

Kubečka, Jakub January 2017 (has links)
We performed coarse-grained molecular dynamics simulations of fully dissociated polyelectrolytes in the presence of monovalent and multivalent counterions and charged oligomers. The dynamics of these systems has been studied to follow internal dynamics of polyelectrolyte and counterions. The dynamics is presented via the mean square displacement which we obtain from the simulation trajectory and, moreover, via curves of Fluorescence Correlation Spectroscopy (FCS) obtained also from the simulation trajectory. FCS is an experimental technique which can be used to study condensation of counterions on polyelectrolytes. Therefore, we analyze the FCS curves and investigate applicability of various analytical models to fit these FCS curves. The aim of this work is a discussion about the fitting of the FCS curves and presentation of our observations for dynamics of counterions during condensation on the polyelectrolyte.

Simulace burzy cenných papírů multiagentním systémem

Smutný, Karel January 2007 (has links)
