Návrh techologie výroby plechového dílce karoserie automobilu / Proposal technology of production scheet-metal part of car body

Sviták, Martin January 2009 (has links)
The Master’s Thesis is focused on stamping of sheet metal parts. The analyzed part is a structural part of an automobile body. The part is made of DC04 (cold rolled mild steel) material. The annual pruduction volume is 10.000 pieces. Theoretical background research is a knowledge base for design of tooling that can produce parts which meet quality requirements. There are three technological processes proposed in the Thesis. An economic analysis identifies the optimal technological process for the production volume. The thesis contains a complex analysis that confirmes material formability. Computer simulation verifies the part design, material and technological parameters of the forming process.

Modelování a tlumení vynucených pulzací / Simulation and damping of the excited pulsation

Kubis, Aleš January 2009 (has links)
The aim of diploma thesis is design math and numeric system, which simulate these features: model of threeplunger piston pump, system of piping and damping elements. This thesis also contains chapters, which describing numeric models of particular’s elements of system with charts of function dependencies from computation’s program. The last chapter contains numeric model of treeplunger piston pump without damping elements. Continuation of my diploma thesis should be a harmonized of damping elements and designed pump.

Studie vlivu procesních parametrů při dopředném protlačování na namáhání průtlačnice / Influence of process parameters in forward extrusion on the die loading

Pokorná, Jana January 2009 (has links)
One of the decisive factors of effective using of forward extrusion technology is lifetime of forming tools. Die is very loaded forming tool which loading and therewith related lifetime can be significantly affected by its construction. Construction also affected quality of extruded material. Finete element method allows to simulate this process and assess force which is needed to extrusion and state of stress in die and extruded material. Numerical simulation was realized in program ANSYS 11.0. Influence of reduction, angle of reduction, lenght of extruded material, rounding transition of die parts, extruded material and friction coefficient on die loading and emergence of cracks in extruded material was set in this diploma thesis. Results can be used to die construction optimalization.

Optimalizace technologie výroby Al odlitku litého metodou vytavitelného modelu / Optimizing the technology of Al casting manufactured by the "lost wax process"

Mikulka, Vít January 2010 (has links)
This diploma theses deals with possibilities of using numerical simulation for optimizing production of highly demanding thin-section casting produced by investment casting process. The casting made of aluminium alloy in which the manufacturing process was very problematic (occurrence of macro and micro shrinkages) has been chosen. By numerical simulation the existing technology has been analysed and based on this the possible reasons for defects found. This was later confirmed also by metallographic examinations. Following to this several options for a new technology were proposed and again by simulation checked their suitability. By comparing all above mentioned options two versions have been chosen in the end which was later tested in production with satisfactory results.

Studie vlivu procesních parametrů při dopředném protlačování na vznik centrálních trhlin v průtlačku / Influence of process parameters in forward extrusion on the initiation of chevron cracks in material

Musil, Zbyněk January 2010 (has links)
This Master’s thesis deals with the influence of process parameters in forward extrusion on the initiation of chevron cracks in material by numerical simulation. Solution was executed by ANSYS 11 and the influence of fiction, angle of reduction, reduction and numbers of extrusion operations was solved for the 12 050.3 steel by the chosen conditions.

Řízení výkonu spalovacích motorů / Power control of combustion engines

Slavík, Tomáš January 2010 (has links)
The main subject of this dissertation is a comparison between different methods of controlling the output in compression and spark ignition engines in light of economic- ecological parameters, effects on engine functioning as well as vibrations. Main types of power control, their principle, advantages and disadvantages are presented in the text. There are several comparative simulations described and presented at the end of this work that were created by using a multi-body system. Calculation of parameters and simulations were selected to approximate resulting values to real values as much as possible.

Numerická simulace svařování lopatky a rotoru turbíny. / Numeric simulation welding of the turbine vane and rotor

Dohnal, Ivo January 2010 (has links)
Numeric simulation welding of the turbine vane and rotor - master’s thesis is ordered by the Siemens Industrial Turbomachinery ltd. company. Simulation welding is done in program SYSWELD. Used welding materials are X22CrMoV12-1 (turbine vane), 30CrMoNiV5-11 (rotor), TOPCORE 838 B (additional material). These are temperature-resistant and fire-resistant welding materials. The SYSWELD program works on the principle of finite elements method. By SYSWELD is done the evaluation of temperature and stress fields and material structure after welding. Here is a part , which deals with computations of welding crevices.

CFD simulace proudění rozváděcím mechanismem turbodmychadla / CFD Simulation of Turbocharger Regulating Mechanism

Drdla, Adam January 2010 (has links)
The aim of this thesis is to provide research into turbocharger regulation, and analyze the force load of vanes in the VNT mechanism of Garrett turbocharger by CFD simulation. In the thesis there is one model with two different mesh densities. It describes the relevance of supercharging vehicle engines and the kinds of supercharging aggregates in the introduction. Then, the thesis is divided into two chapters. The first chapter provides research, describing primary principle of supercharging, turbocharger construction and kinds of air regulation. The practical part of the thesis solves the force load of VNT mechanisms. It was necessary to optimalize the 3D Garrett turbocharger model, create two meshes with different element densities, specify boundary conditions and analyse the results of both cases. A general description of solved problems, comparison of results of force load vanes and propose simplifying and verifying the CFD calculation are included in the conclusion.

Modelování lineárního pohonu pro potřeby návrhu řízení / Modeling of linear drive for control design purposes

Drábek, Jakub January 2010 (has links)
Thesis deals with the design of control of linear drive by taking advantage of connection between tools provided by NI LabView graphical programming environment and SolidWorks 3D CAD system. This work describes the various resources the CAD systems provide for virtual modeling of mechatronic systems and their simulation. Control is designed using simulation tools by utilizing link between NI LabView and SolidWorks, while the invented control mechanism is finally tested on real system.
