Žákovská komunikace při skupinovém řešení problémových úloh v matematice / Pupils' Communication when Solving Problems in Mathematics in GroupsČmejrková, Kamila January 2007 (has links)
Cooperative group work presents further tasks for students in addition to solving the assigned problems themselves. The students are forced to formulate their suggestions and approaches and defend, substantiate and explain them to their partners more than when they are working independently. When working cooperatively, the students create and reconstruct their relationships to one another. Cooperation in a group can give the students room to acquire new skills not only in the area of mathematics, but also in the area of interpersonal communication and social relationships. The aim of this thesis is to identify features which are characteristic for communication in the cooperative solving of problems and to determine whether communication in the group influences the process of problemsolving, and if so, how. The basis for the analysis was a corpus of transcripts of conversations between students which took place as part of an experiment. In this experiment, elementary school students of homogeneous ability between the ages of 13 and 15 worked on solving logic problems in small groups. The students' task was to solve an assigned set of problems and to explain their ideas and approaches to each other in such a way that every member of the group could understand the process leading to the achieved solution. Sociální vztahy a synchronizace ve stádech přežvýkavců - vliv na pastevní chování / Sociální vztahy a synchronizace ve stádech přežvýkavců - vliv na pastevní chováníŠárová, Radka January 2011 (has links)
This thesis addresses the relationships between beef cattle (Bos taurus) group behaviour on pasture, social dominance and individual characteristics such as body weight and age. The thesis is based on three studies performed in a herd of female beef cattle. In the first two studies, GPS collars were used as the main data-collection method, while the third study relied on an extensive dataset of cow dominance relationships. The first study focused on activity synchronization. We assessed whether cows similar to each other in body weight or in reproductive status were more synchronized and whether the timing of activity switches was determined by specific leading animals. We found that the body weight difference in a dyad of animals had a negative influence on their mutual synchronization. There were no leading animal initiating switches in activity. The second study focused on the role of dominant animals in group movements of the herd. There were positive correlations between dominance status of an individual and several measures of leadership during movements, namely the position of the animal at the front of the herd, more direct and shorter trajectories and higher alignment with nearest neighbours and with the whole herd. These results show that herd movements on pasture behaviour were...

Kolektivní (skupinové,hromadné) žaloby a řízení o nich / Collective (group, mass) actions and their tryingBenko, Jan January 2018 (has links)
Collective (group, mass) actions and their trying Abstract With regard to both global and national developments, it is necessary to respond to the societal changes brought about by it in the field of private law. One of these changes is also the mass of legal relationships consisting of the existence of a large number of almost identical rights and obligations between one or more entities on the one hand and thousands and millions on the other. In practice, new problems arise, such as overloading the courts, enormous costs of proceedings, recurring evidence, and so on. And these problems represent challenges that intitutes of collective rights protection, generally reffered to as collective actions, has to cope with. These include group action, representative action, test-case action, public group action, and so on. The prototype of all these actions is U.S. class action with deep historical roots, which has become the most used and the most famous. Also, in many other countries of the world and Europe, collective actions have been introduced in various forms, often inspired by U.S. class action. Collective protection of rights has been unresolved topic without the prospect of a comprehensive legislative framework until recently, but now the situation is different and the civil procedural law will be...

Možnosti ovlivňování posturální stability u seniorů / Effect of excercise on postural stability parameters in senior's ageKratochvílová, Hana January 2017 (has links)
Title: Effect of excercise on postural stability parameters in senior's age Objectives: The aim of this study is to assess the effects of a regular group exercise on specific parameters of postural control in seniors. The intervention was composed based on a literary review and consisted of strength, flexibility and balance exercises. Methods: The sample consisted of nine women older than 65 years. To evaluate the differences in selected parameters of static postural control before and after intervention the pressure plates RS Footscan® Balance 7.6 second generation (RSscan International, Belgium) were used. Results: All og the measured parameters of static postural control improved, particularly when standing without visual control. The results can be helpful in planning of preventive exercise programs for seniors. Key words: Postural control, seniors, group exercise, balance exercise

Lhaní a manipulace volebních systémů / Lying and manipulation in voting proceduresKapusta, Matyáš January 2016 (has links)
This thesis focuses on the phenomenon of strategic manipulation in collective decision making, i.e. situations where it is beneficial for certain members of the group to derive from their sincere preferences in the voting process. This manipulation complicates the process of collective decision making, leading to situations where lying becomes a successful strategy that some mambers of the group can use to gain an advantage over others. In the thesis, examples of strategic manipulation and a summary of up to date research in the field of social choice theory are included. The main objective is to create a simulation model that can be used to quantify the probability of a successful manipulation. A Monte Carlo simulation using this model is performed on ten voting procedures. Analysed procedures include the most common and intuitive ones, more sophisticated systems created by experts of social choice theory and the most modern attempts to improve democracy by Karel Janeček.

Rituální prvky v praktikách nezávislých distributorů Herbalife / Ritual elements in the practices of Herbalife Independent DistributorsZemanová, Aneta January 2018 (has links)
The diploma thesis called "Ritual elements in the practices of Herbalife Independent Distributors" is focused on the manifestations of Randall Collins' interaction rituals on the example of multi-level marketing company - Herbalife. It tries to answer two questions: answer two questions: What does the Herbalife Independent Distributor community hold together? What motivates them to work, when everything is voluntary at Herbalife and they do not have a competitive driving force there? The connecting mechanism of the multi-level marketing structure and interaction rituals are practices of organizational culture. The most important are the physical meetings of members in which interaction rituals take place. By living interaction rituals, Herbalife members produce emotional energy, by which they empower the symbols of organization and the sense of group solidarity. Positive emotional energy has an impact on the cooperation of distributors with the organization, and it affects also their effort to achieve common goals.
