Vícekriteriální rozhodování při výběru zaměstnanců / Multicriteria decision making in selecting employees

Libichová, Tereza January 2012 (has links)
The aim of the work is the selection of individuals or groups of employees using the methods multicriteria evaluation of alternatives. First outline the issue of human resources and focusing specifically on the acquisition, selection and recruitment of employees. Then we move on the theory of decision making, testing of non-dominated solution and calculation of the Saaty's weights. We will describe in detail the methods: ORESTE, WSA, TOPSIS, ELECTRE I, ELECTRE III and Cook-Seiford method for the selection of the expert team. In other parts of the work of the above findings apply to a particular fictional example, carry out a comparison of the methods for the multicriteria evaluation of the alternatives and choose group of 10 candidates, to which we will use the group expert choice for group selection. At the conclusion we summarize the work and we determine the winning candidate or the winning group.

Analýza organizační kultury výrobní firmy / Analysis of the organizational culture of a manufacturing company

Kolářová, Jana January 2011 (has links)
The Master's Thesis is aimed to analyse the organizational culture of a manufacturing company in order to provide sufficient materials for the following decision making of the executive director of the company in terms of its future course. Each method was used while taking into consideration to cover both qualitative and quantitative research approach due to multidimensional character of the studied phenomena. The current state of the topic is included in the thesis. The combination of Denison Organizational Culture Survey and group interview based on Edgar H. Schein was newly applied during the research which may contribute to practitioners considering a similar analysis in their organizations. Main research findings and recommendations are discussed in the end of the thesis.

Skupinové digitální podpisy / Group signature schemes

Smrž, Jan January 2015 (has links)
Digital signatures are widespread in IT nowadays. In some cases there is emphasized the security of signer identity when signing an electronic message. For this type of signature group digital signatures are suitable. In this thesis basic cryptographic functions are presented which are used for group digital signatures. The principle of group signatures is explained, its advantages and nowadays use. Further are explained electronic election and it dis- and advantages. The practical part is a design and implementation of system suitable for electronic election allowing anonymity of voters using group digital signatures.

Zahálení a trest: psychologická studie lenosti / Loafing and punishment: psychological study of laziness

Polák, Jakub January 2010 (has links)
Contrary to our intuitive expectations about a positive group influence on human performance behaviour, there is a vast body of literature proving the opposite. All the research is based on findings of Max Ringelmann who more than 120 years ago proved in the oldest social psychological experiment ever known that people cooperating on a common task tend to exert less effort than what would be their potential. This performance decrement is caused by coordination losses which relate to the very principles of a team work as well as motivation losses. Because of the tendency of people to limit their effort in collective settings the newly discovered phenomenon has been called social loafing. A group influence on individual's performance became also a main subject of this diploma thesis. Compared to a majority of research dealing with the same topic the present one employs a completely new type of interactive task which involves an intensive cooperation of all group members. We have used in our experiment an original simulation where players are in a role of top management in one movie production company and their goal is to make a strategic decision based on the information distributed among all the team members that will bring them the biggest profit. Consequently we have directly analysed behaviour of...

Trénink mladých atletů / Training of young athletes

Broda, Michal January 2013 (has links)
Training of young athletes. The effect of athletic training on a sportsman's personality. Objectives: The main objectives of this work was analysed effect of athletic training in the athletic group from athletic club TJ Jäkl Karviná during their sport's developement. We researched what athletic training have effects on a personality of sportsman and how is structured group by sociometry investigation. Further we evaluated training, tests and functions of training system in these group. Methods: In our work we used empirical methods of pedagogical research. We investigated position of athletes in these group within questionary and sociometry test. For analysis we used all accessible training notations, tests and videorecordings. Results: We came to a conclusion that expertly guideed training has positive influence on the personality development of sportsman and his incorporation to the society. Controlled and planned training contributed to better sports performance and showed up like as positive for stimulation of condition, health state and universal development of human. Keywords: athletic training, sports group, sociometry, control of sport training, group profile, education of athletes

Pilařová, Alžběta January 2018 (has links)
Pilařová, A.: Skupinový portrét v digitální době a jeho zpracování ve výtvarné výchově. [Závěrečná diplomová práce] Praha 2018 - Univerzita Karlova, Pedagogická fakulta, katedra výtvarné výchovy, 87 s The thesis focuses on photography, different kinds of photographic manipulations and viewer's ability to determine how much was the picture edited. On the theoretical and practical level, it deals with implementation of social networks into the fine art classes and its benefits for pupils. The didactic tasks concentrate on a photographic group work. Pupils apply their experiences and they consciously use artworks of other artists as a base for their own creations. The author uses photographic manipulations as a device to create a new image. These images are based on the didactic part; the social network serves as a place where the author meets viewers. KEYWORDS manipulation of photographs, social networks, usage of social networks in class, group portrait, photographing in art class

Odhad parametru při dvoufázovém stratifikovaném a skupinovém výběru / Parameter Estimation under Two-phase Stratified and Cluster Sampling

Šedová, Michaela January 2011 (has links)
Title: Parameter Estimation under Two-phase Stratified and Cluster Sampling Author: Mgr. Michaela Šedová Department: Department of Probability and Mathematical Statistics Supervisor: Doc. Mgr. Michal Kulich, Ph.D. Abstract: In this thesis we present methods of parameter estimation under two-phase stratified and cluster sampling. In contrast to classical sampling theory, we do not deal with finite population parameters, but focus on model parameter inference, where the ob- servations in a population are considered to be realisations of a random variable. However, we consider the sampling schemes used, and thus we incorporate much of survey sampling theory. Therefore, the presented methods of the parameter estimation can be understood as a combination of the two approaches. For both sampling schemes, we deal with the concept where the population is considered to be the first-phase sample, from which a sub- sample is drawn in the second phase. The target variable is then observed only for the subsampled subjects. We present the mean value estimation, including the statistical prop- erties of the estimator, and show how this estimation can be improved if some auxiliary information, correlated with the target variable, is observed for the whole population. We extend the method to the regression problem....

Srovnání vybraných etologických aspektů vybraných druhů suchozemských želv / A comparison of selected ethological aspects of chosen tortoise species

BLAŽEK, David January 2015 (has links)
In this thesis we studied individuals of 4 species of tortoises, often bred in captivity genus Testudo species T. hermanni, T. graeca, T. horsfieldi and T. marginata, in possession of the ZOO Hluboká nad Vltavou. We studied and analyzed their morphological parameters, size measurements, their weight and biometrical indexes, wheather they follow described sexual dimorphism as it was found out in non-captive populations. We also studied and analyzed their food preferences to find out differences between sexes and between keeping individual animal versus a group, by giving them a choice between 4 types of food (the red cabbage, leaves of dandelion and clover, and carrot roots). Sexual dimorphism displayed by different body proportions was most apparent in Testudo hermanni. In specimen from the ZOO of Testudo horsfieldi a T. graeca was sexual dimorphism less prominent. Measured Testudo females from the ZOO were in lowest, approximate and highest values bigger and heavier than males of the same species, which mirrors data from other studies of non-captive populations. Males are quicker to get to and quicker to start eating food than females. Males preffered red cabbage and carrot while the females clover and dandelion. The amplitude of preference change between individual and group experiment was not correlated by individual´s sex, species or size. We found out no apparent hierarchical enforcement from the side of faster or bigger specimen in the feeding process.
