Posouvání osobních hranic. / THE SHIFTING OF PERSONAL LIMITS

Schmidtmajerová, Johana January 2015 (has links)
In this master thesis, creative process and the process of personal growth and their fusion are dealt with. The thesis is opened with associations and continued with thematic exploration up to reflections upon specific encounters and cooperation on theatre performances and other project that I have participated in as an actress. Through the unanswered questions posed in this thesis I constantly remind myself of the fact that acting is a process of constant searching, which, however, does not need to resemble blind stumbling through the unknown and in fact, in my opinion, it should not. In my work, I try to articulate what I have been able to uncover about myself and the creative process as an actress and so develop systematically in my profession, both through work on myself and within a group. I consider feedback to be a necessary step towards professionalism and an important contribution for shifting personal limits. This thesis is concluded with a reflection of my internship at the Portuguese Instituto Politécnico de Lisboa ? Escola Superior de Teatro e Cinema.

Možnost a skutečnost jsoucna: příspěvek k interpretaci Aristotelovy Metafyziky / Two Ways of Being: Potentiality and Actuality. A Contribution to Interpretation of Aristotle's Metaphysics

Rabas, Martin January 2015 (has links)
in English: In the first half of the book Theta of his Metaphysics, Aristotle discusses dunamis as a property of a being. In this sense, dunamis is primarily a principle of change in another thing or in the thing itself qua other, thereby exercising itself in its energeia. In the second half of the book, Aristotle discusses dunamis as a way of being. In this sense, a being is dunamei another thing and in the course of its becoming that thing it changes into being energeiai. The aim of the present thesis is to offer an interpretation of the concepts of dunamis and energeia as they appear in the chapters 1, 2, 6 and partly 7 of the book Theta. The first question is how the concepts of dunamis and energeia in both parts fit together. The problem is posed as follows: Are dunamis in the sense of a principle of change and dunamis as a way of being mutually dependent? Are energeia as change and being energeiai related? Are they not, in fact, two relatively independent philosophical concepts, relative to whether being is regarded from the point of view of physics, respectively metaphysics? Based on the interpretation of Aristotle's statements, the thesis aims to argue that Aristotle starts his exposition with the analysis of dunamis in the sense of a principle of change precisely in order to show the...

Denní snění / Day dreaming

Kaločová, Veronika January 2011 (has links)
Annotation: Kaločová, V.: Day dreaming /MA thesis/ Praga 2010 - The Charles University, Pedagogical Faculty, Department od Art Education This work studies the area of day dreaming in the context of general education as well as visual arts education. It views day dreaming mainly as a device to develop creative thinking, and highlights its contribution to and importance for education as well as for personal character development, pointing out also the negative sides. In this thesis day dreaming is defined within psychology, pedagogy and artphiletics in a way that could be inspiring and contributing for education. In visual arts, dreaming is stressed especially there where painting coincides with poetry, and where it opens doors leading to creation of new worlds between consciousness and unconsciousness. Furthermore, this work deals with so-called "artwork dreaming", as a preparatory phase of artworks. The main issue of the theoretical part is poetics of day dreaming, which, as well as this work, tries to develop personal courage for creative thinking. Poetic dreaming is viewed as the highest, which contrives to stimulate us, harmonizes our senses, and helps us dwell in this world. Konstruování reality ve zpravodajství a vztah k mimomediální skutečnosti / Construction of Reality in News and Relation with Non-media Reality

Jirglová, Dominika January 2019 (has links)
The master thesis is concerned with an analysis and a comparison of two realities that, according to the theory explained in the text, are supposed to be different. The first part of the thesis deals with the theoretical framework through the analysis of the relation between media and reality. Basic approaches focusing on this coexistence through several paradigms, above all social constructivism and social representation, are explained. The theoretical part contains a chapter dedicated to the basics of news and the specificities of the content creation. The practical part of the thesis is first comprised of a definition and of an analysis of the news media reality, based on the declarative statements of its relation to the non-media reality. The same type of analysis is secondly also applied to the non-media or life reality. In order to facilitate comprehension of the topic and of these two realities, the work analyses a case study of a news event. Based on the case study, the practical section leads then to a comparative analysis of the characteristics of both studied realities. The final part suggests the definition of a relation between the media reality based on news production on the one hand and the non-media reality on the other hand. The work examines thus the degree of validity of the...
