Trénink mladých atletů / Training of young athletes

Training of young athletes. The effect of athletic training on a sportsman's personality. Objectives: The main objectives of this work was analysed effect of athletic training in the athletic group from athletic club TJ Jäkl Karviná during their sport's developement. We researched what athletic training have effects on a personality of sportsman and how is structured group by sociometry investigation. Further we evaluated training, tests and functions of training system in these group. Methods: In our work we used empirical methods of pedagogical research. We investigated position of athletes in these group within questionary and sociometry test. For analysis we used all accessible training notations, tests and videorecordings. Results: We came to a conclusion that expertly guideed training has positive influence on the personality development of sportsman and his incorporation to the society. Controlled and planned training contributed to better sports performance and showed up like as positive for stimulation of condition, health state and universal development of human. Analýza neformálních sociálních vztahů v procesu učení na pracovišti / Analysis of Informal Social Relationships in Workplace Learning Process

Modern approach to process of workplace learning is called The workplace learning concept. It is defined as an interaction between person and his/her workplace. This approach redefines conservative classification of profession education and brings new insight on the process of permanent learning inside company in defined workplace boundaries. Primary objective of this diploma thesis is to verify dependencies between informal employee's relationships on a workplace and process of their learning. Informal relationships analysis is done via sociometric questionnaire and qualitative interviews with chosen employees who represents each hierarchy levels inside organization. Empiric evaluation was executed in three different industrial oriented Moravian companies in three administrative regions of Czech Republic: South Moravian Region, Zlin Region and Moravian−Silesian Region.

Title: The benefits of outdoor course for social relationships development in school classes Objective: The aim of the thesis was to examine how the outdoor course focused on teambuilding and social relationships development influences the structure and quality of social relationships in adolescent school classes. Methods: The research sample was created by 211 13 years old secondary school students (128 girls; 83 boys; average age 13.3±SD years) who participated on a 6-days outdoor course. The course was designed using the principles of dramaturgy to meet its objectives - let the students get to know each other and their teachers better, induce positive social relationships, a cooperative atmosphere, a sense of trust and safety in the class. The students filled in the questionnaire before the course, straight after the course and 3 months after finishing the course. It was a combination of preferential record, sociometric questions (choosing classmates for a birthday party and deserted island), B3 test and two open-ended questions mapping the preference of programme resources. The goal of this diploma thesis is to map the issue of social integration of students with Asperger syndrome into a regular class of elementary school. The theoretical part is based on analysis of publications related to the topic. It deals with the description of the Asperger syndrome diagnosis and its symptoms, the concept of integration, mainly the integration of a student with Asperger syndrome, and the issue of classroom climate and the possibilities of its diagnostics and development. The practical part is based on the theoretical part. In it, the author focuses on the analysis of social status of integrated students with Asperger syndrome. Sociometrical techniques are combined with projective method and both are supplemented with a questionnaire for teachers and qualitative methods, primarily interviews with teachers and observation in class. Změna třídního klimatu po odchodu žáků na osmiletá gymnázia / The Change of Classroom Climate in Czech Elementary Schools with the Departure of Students into High-Track Schools

The aim of the dissertation is to compare the psychosocial climate of the classes between the 5th and 6th grades of Czech elementary school. In the train of pupils' leaving into the high- tracked schools there are significant organizational changes in the classes of the 6th grade. This theme includes the phenomenon of the early tracking, when some pupils can leave the mainstream of education (elementary school) and start attending the high-tracked schools (multi-year gymnasium). The aim of our study is to contribute to the research, that with the departure of students into high-tracked schools the psychosocial climate in the classes of the 6th grade unequivocally exacerbates. We are also interested in which specific students are accepted into high-tracked schools, and whether they are effective classroom leaders and socio- metric stars. In our study, we also find out the classroom positions of students who are continuously educated in the 5th and 6th grades of the elementary schools and their classmates, who have come as new students into the classes of the 6th grade. In the theoretical section we introduce the foreign and domestic researches which were conducted on the association between tracking and classroom climate.
