The work is focused on finding production affinity of selected typological units, which are the basis for creating management stand sets. The work is based on data processing taken from repeatedly performed statistical operational inventory at the School Forest Enterprise Masarykův les Křtiny - forestry section Borky. In the course of work, three tree species were examined: beech (Fagus sylvatica), Norway spruce (Picea abies) and larch (Larix decidua). On the basis of examination during the height growth and parameters of height growth functions of the the given trees, the significantly similar groups by production affinity were created, separately for each tree species. The resulting groups were compared with the standard system of classification of forest types group to the target management groups. It was created 30 significantly similar groups. None of the groups formed within the three evaluated groups of tree species does not exceed 60% compliance with any management target file.

The diploma thesis is devided into two parts - the theoretical and the practical one. The theoretical part deal with contemporary issues of aphasia in the context of various scientifics discipline and aphasia access. I analyze aphasia classifications, diagnostics, therapy and using of the aids in aphasia therapy. The practical part describes my work - project and realisation of reeducational aid for people with aphasia, which name is Soubor sekvencí dějových obrázků. I devote to detailed describtion of this aid in the final chapter. The aim of the diploma thesis was to widen offer reeducational materiál for people with aphasia in our conditions. The goal of this thesis was to design the support for output breakpoints in the Java language and implement the designed solution including integration into the Eclipse IDE. An output breakpoint represents a location in an output media (e.g. file, standard output or socket) where the execution of program should stop. The location in the output media is generalized as a stop condition - it can be in the form of absolute position, a particular line and a character or an occurrence of a text string. The designed solution is based on observing the classes responsible for output using entry method breakpoints that are a standard part of the Java language. This solution is dependent on a particular version and implementation of JRE because some of observed methods are not a part of public Java API.

The aim of the thesis was to evaluate the state and conditions of the initial phase of the natural regeneration of the European larch. There were nine forest stand groups of 0.06 -- 0.2 ha (small regeneration components) on three sites (FTG 5P, 5K 5N). The density of the growths, height, height gain, age, and damage were measured in the field. Using hemispheric "Fisheye" photography, four photic parameters were observed: openness, direct site factor, indirect s.f. a total s.f. According to the analysis, European larch naturally regenerates on the selected sites successfully. The natural regeneration grows out successfully and shows high density even on sites with low light conditions, while the insolation demands, mainly on the indirect insolation, are gradually increasing at the age of 2--4 years. On the opposite, high level of insolation can have negative influence on the density and further grow out of the natural regeneration on exposed or acidic sites with possible short -- term drought.

My Diploma Thesis describes History of the Professional Folklore Body - The Czechoslovak State Ensemble of Songs and Dances (ČSSPT) from 1948 to 1978 and commemorates it´s (Ensamble) Founder and big name of Czech Culture Mrs. Libuše Hynková. My Work is mainly based on interviews and private archives and files of former members and Founder of the Ensemble.

This thesis is focused on Veselsko-soběslavská Blata, as represented by the folklore group, Blaťácký soubor Ševětín (Blata Folklore Group in Ševětín). It is the only group from the regions of Veselí nad Lužnicí and Soběslav that performs a reenactment of a ``Blata Wedding,{\crqq} - the main emphasis of this work. The beginning portion of this thesis concentrates on the life and culture of the people living in Blata. Additional sections chronicle the history and current state of the Blaťácký soubor Ševětín. Particular attention is devoted to the {\clqq}Blata Wedding,`` as it is presented by the Blaťácký soubor Ševětín.
