Se zvyšující se dostupností medicínského CT vyšetření a s rostoucím počtem patologických stavů, pro které je indikováno, se redukce pacientské dávky ionizujícího záření stává stále aktuálnějším tématem. Výrazný pokrok v tomto odvětví představují nové metody rekonstrukce obrazů z projekcí, tzv. moderní iterativní rekonstrukční metody. Zároveň se zavedením těchto metod vzrostla potřeba pro měření obrazové kvality. Kvalita iterativně rekonstruovaných dat byla doposud kvantitativně hodnocena pouze na fantomových datech nebo na malých oblastech zájmu v reálných pacientských datech. Charakter iterativně rekonstruovaných dat však naznačuje, že tyto přístupy nadále nejsou dostatečné a je nutné je nahradit přístupy novými. Hlavním cílem této dizertační práce je navrhnout nové přístupy k měření kvality CT obrazových dat, které budou respektovat specifika iterativně rekonstruovaných obrazů a budou počítána plně automaticky přímo z reálných pacientských dat.

This diploma thesis deals with the analysis of the IEEE 802.11ah wireless communication system. For such a purpose, an appropriate simulation model in program environment MATLAB is created. The first part of thesis focuses on the IEEE 802.11 standard. Basic blocks of the transmitter and receiver are described. Attention is also devoted on the brief description of considered transmission channels. The second part contains the description of the proposed and realized simulation model in MATLAB. Individual blocks of the simulation model are described in details. Finally, the obtained simulation results are evaluated and discussed.

The aim of this thesis is to study the possibilities of spectrum calculations, as well as data transfer via USB 3.0 and data saving to a DDR3 memory via FPGA. The focus is also on design and realization of a spectral analyzer with a record of samples to DDR memory expnaded by a narrowband converter using gate arrays. The work is divided into two sections, the first one dealing with the theoretical background. The second part denotes the realization of the design. The result of this work is a signal analyzer in a FPGA controlled from a computer application via the USB 3.0 interface.

This diploma thesis deals with the measurement of wind oscillation waves on reservoirs, especially with regard to the determination of wave properties with a focus on the spectral density. The thesis presents the basics of the theory of creation and propagation of wind oscillation waves, the recherche of measuring devices and a description of the pilot measurement with the processing of measured data in the MATLAB environment using the software tool WAFO. Attached to the CD are sample scripts for data processing from the resistance sensor.

This diploma thesis deals with the topic of the ECG quality evaluation. The theoretical part of the thesis contains an overview of the methods, which were studied and an explanation of the basic principles connected with the quality evaluation of the ECG signals. The practical part deals with the implementation of three selected methods, one of which is the continuous evaluation of signal quality by means of SNR (signal to noise ratio) calculation. The results of these methods are further discussed and compared.

The aim of this thesis is to process data on wave event measurement on hulín lagoon and their evaluation. The data is processed in the MATLAB environment, thanks to which basic parameters such as wave heights and lengths, period and spectrum shape can be evaluated.

This diploma thesis deals with optical and optoelecronic components. The first part of the work describes the optical paths and methods of their measurement. The second part describes the coupler, circulator and isolator. Further described is a laser diode, a photodetector and a modulator. The third part describes the measurement procedure of the coupler, circulator, isolator, laser diode, photodetector and modulator. The measured values are compared with the catalog values.

This work deals with issues of elecroinsulating varnish and composite materials. The general aim is to observe impact of fulfilment and size of particle against measured values.

In this work is presented technique for embedding digital watermark in digital audio signals. Digital watermark must be imperceptible and should be robust against attacks and other types of distortion. Algorithm is implemented for embedding digital watermark using technique spread-spectrum and psychoacoustic model ISO-MPEG I layer I. Robustness was tested for filtering signal, MP3 compression and resample method.

The diploma thesis deals with the analysis of human emotional states. The thesis consists of three parts. The first part is charcterize, the process of speech generating, from phonetic and psychological poin of view. In the second part there are proccesed metods and contextual things.(preprocessing of signal, voice activity detector). For calculation fundamental Frequency it was used metod of central clipping, another used metod is formant frequency analyse and the last is metod of determinatin of nuber of thorns and planes. In the thirt part there are proccesesed results of measurements performed by particural metods. It was scorred five different emotional states: neutral, anger, happiness, sadness and surprise. At the end of this part there are discussed results for each metod.
