Konstrukční nábytkové spoje kompozitních materiálů na bázi dřeva s plastem aplikovaných pro výrobu nábytku

Máchová, Eliška January 2017 (has links)
The main aim of the PhD thesis is to determine the influence of moisture on the me-chanical properties of furniture construction joints. The influence of moisture was examined in two groups of joints: glued joints along the length and corner joints with glued and mecha-nical fasteners. In both groups of tested joints, the joints were made of DTD, plastic and a combi-nation of these materials. Construction joints are tested for two environments with ap-propriate weather conditions, that the interiors of residential and public buildings - an envi-ronment with conditions t = 23 ± 2° C, WR = 45 ± 5 % and humid environment with condi-tions t = 23 ± 2° C, WR = 90 % (bathrooms, laundry rooms, swimming pools). Two types of mate-rials were selected, which were examined separately as well in their mutual combination. In the case of joints glued along the length, the load carring capcity of glued joint was determi-ned with two types of adhesives: epoxy and polyurethane. The highest values of strength were achieved with a material combination of plastic - plastic and a humidity of 45 % and 90 % using the PUR adhesive. The influence of moisture on the stiffness and the load carrying capacity of the joints was examined in the corner joints. In the case of corner joints, the influence of moisture on the mechanical properties was not confirmed , the decisive factor is influence of the bonded materials and the position of the fasteners.

Posouzení možnosti použití kamenné dýhy na opláštění konstrukčních materiálů

Lipták, Jan January 2014 (has links)
Abstract Author: Bc. Jan Lipták Title: Review of the possibility of the use of the stone veneer for constructional materials sheathing The aim of the diploma thesis was to review whether the stone veneer is suitable or comparable material for sheathing constructional materials. The beech veneer was used for the comparison. Firstly, the history of the veneers and the decorative veneers manufacturing are described in the theoretical part. Then it is focused on the stone treatment, its history and the manufacturing of the stone veneer. The next part of the thesis deals with the methods of the stone and beech veneer testing: bending strength tests, glue strength tests, humidity and density assessing and tests of the surface working resistance to a falling small ball. Further, results of measurements are presented in form of tables and graphs. The results proved that the stone veneer is comparable to the beech veneer that reached better results in bending strength. The stone veneer is better in the glue strength. The density tests pointed out the higher density of the stone veneer. The humidity is influenced by the density and the stone veneer samples were of lower humidity. The tests of the surface working resistance to a falling small ball did not recorded notable differences, the degree of the damage was assessed to be of the level 4. The last part of the thesis comprises the discussion, conclusion and literature references.

Study of the effect of composite elements on bonding strength of composite board

Okcu, Oktay January 2015 (has links)
In order to make a composite board in any scope, the main question about quality specification is how we can make it stronger. We studied the elements and parameters included in a composite board such as the materials and combinations of them, or how to combine them. Then we designed a suitable experimental test to measure the bonding strength of the boards. We tried to choose the most applied materials in the wood industry, and sourced them from two countries i.e. Turkey and Czech Republic. The result and Conclusions of this research is useful for who they want to enter in this industry or who are trying to have competitive advantages by searching for a better way of manufacturing the raw materials e.g. composite boards, or the products of decorative and wood appliance industry.

Návrh a optimalizace dřevěného nosného systému jednoduchého halového objektu s rozponem 13 m. / The design and optimisation of timber structure of simple hall with span 13 meters

Fáber, Jiří January 2016 (has links)
The goal of this Thesis is to design a wooden supporting structure of a production hall based on requirements given by an investor and to compare possible design solutions. Theoretical first part of this thesis describes wooden structures in general, especially specifications of wood as a building material, basic designing rules, various types of material joints and constructions classification. In second part of this thesis two draft designs were created with RSTAB and TRUSS4 software and the optimal solutions is presented. Valid Czech and EU standards were followed in design creation and calculation.

Vliv lisovacího tlaku na pevnost lepeného spoje / The influence of compression on bonding strength of glued joint

Trinklová, Karolína January 2016 (has links)
Thesis is dealing with PVAC dispersion adhesives. Main objective of this thesis is to assess the influence of compression pressure on strenght of glued joint. For research were used two kinds of adhesives. Secondary task was also determine if one of used glues suits to normatively appointed denominations of classe of durability D3. Speciments were made according to norms ČSN EN 204 a ČSN EN 205, than they were gummed by selected glues using different compression pressures and exposed to appointed conditions, which corresponds to classes of durability D1, D2 and D3. Finally there were determined strenght of glued joints according to the same norms and evaluated the influence of compression pressure. Results from all measurments were registred per tables and graphs.

Návrh konstrukce stolu pro konkrétní zahraniční firmu

Chochola, Stanislav January 2016 (has links)
My diploma work deals with the dinner tables issue. This work is based on the cooperation with particular foreign company which is situated in Norway with regard to contract owner's requirements. The theoretical part deals with the historical development, typology, universal requirements imposed on dinner tables and the survey of the current situation of the market. The practical part describes a proposal of construction, technology of production, assembling, packaging, transport and price. At the end of this part is a proposal of possible adjustments because of the consumer's individuality. The work include also samples and prototypes of table's construction, the drawing documentation included.

Porovnání pevnosti konstrukce jídelních stolů bez lubů a průhybu horních desek

Pipíška, Tomáš January 2016 (has links)
This study aims to verify the stiffness of the structure and table top deflection. According to the research five types of tables with different structural design were designed. The drawings for these tables were drafted and tables were tested in the Furniture testing laboratory. According to current standards, a horizontal durability test was conducted and subsequent detection of stiffness, test of vertical impact, table top deflection and table legs variation by Eckelman. In conclusion a draft to improve the stiffness of the structure of tables and minimize table top deflection was developed together with drawing documentation of the proposed solutions. Management of the company in which they were produced tables contemplates the application of the various design principles in the production of tables without frame.
