Návrh animace digitálního spojovacího pole / Design of digital switching field animationKučerka, Daniel January 2008 (has links)
This thesis describes types and parameters of memories used in communication engineering. The memory is a device which is able to record and to save information for the certain period of time. The memory is used in computers, measuring devices, consumer electronics etc. Main parameters of the memory are capacity, data stream speed, price of bit and time of memory cycle. The first part of this thesis deals with two types of memory – external and internal. External memories are removable media such as discs and magnetic tapes used for information saving and data backup for longtime period. Inner memories – in the form of semiconductive components – are mostly attached to the main panel. There are two types of inner memories – RAM (random access memory) and ROM (read only memory). The memories could be further divided according to their dependence on feeding used for memory saving. Types of memories used in switching exchanges are also mentioned in this part. The next part discusses the scheme of T switch for the first level of European PDH E1. The space switch and the time switch T belongs to switches used in digital switching exchange. In this part, the T switch, in particular the switch TR with controlled reading and the switch TW with controlled writing are described into details such as its parameters and methods of control. Furthermore, the calculation of call memory and control memory extant in E1 and E2 hierarchy are presented as well as the memory reading time and writing time of T switch in E1 and E2 hierarchy. The result of this thesis is a design of digital switching field animation that consists of four T switches. All operations, which are used in building linking of digital switching field, are shown in this animation.

Horizontální transfer mitochondrií a jeho význam v karcinogenezi / Horizontal transfer of mitochondria and its role in carcinogenesisNováková, Anna January 2019 (has links)
Mitochondria are essential organelles as they produce most ATP to support cellular activities, synthesize critical metabolic factors and are involved in lipid and phospholipid metabolism as well as calcium signalling. The oxidative phosphorylation (OXPHOS) system, present at the inner mitochondrial membrane, plays role in regulation of cellular metabolism and survival of cancer cells. Recent studies show importance of OXPHOS in growth of cancer cells via regulation of the de novo pyrimidine synthesis pathway. Dihydroorotate dehydrogenase (DHODH), a flavoprotein localized in the inner mitochondrial membrane, converts dihydroorotate (DHO) to orotate within the de novo pyrimidine synthesis pathway, generating electrons that are transferred, via redox- cycling of ubiquinone, to complex III (CIII) of respiratory chain. Since DHODH is functionally linked to CIII activity, impairment of respiration results in reduced activity of DHODH and pyrimidine synthesis. Therefore, mitochondrial damage or mutation in mitochondrial DNA (mtDNA) leads to decreased respiration, cancer cell proliferation and delay of tumour growth. As a compensation for damaged mitochondria, horizontal transfer of functional mitochondria from donor somatic cells to the mitochondria-damaged tumour cells was demonstrated. This...

Kvantitativní a kvalitativní rozbor spojek ve vybrané dětské literatuře / Quantitative and qualitative analysis of the conjuctions in the selected children's literatureRybáková, Jana January 2018 (has links)
This thesis describe distribution of conjunction in the first seven books "Diary of a Wimpy kid". It compare and analyse those conjunctions with its usage in school lessons (through one part of a Czech national corpus - SCHOLA2010) and with text from students (through a corpus SKRIPT2012). I compare also the situation with conjunctions distribution in the textbook for 5th grade students named More vlast je v Evropě. It also research how and which one of multiword conjunction are in these texts used. It also shows, which conjunctions are used like a first member of the sentence. This thesis may analyse, which conjunctions hears, reads and uses a fictitious 5th grade student. It should be connected with a school. This thesis ignore a language situation in the family and medial communication. Analysed books may enrich students vocabulary, because it contents huge number of multiword conjunction. The most used conjunctions in books and students text are "a", "že" and "ale". The textbook contains huge number of "a" and "i".

Palladiové katalyzátory deponované na nových silikátových materiálech / Palladium catalysts deposited over novel siliceous supportsKřečková, Pavlína January 2013 (has links)
Title: Palladium catalysts deposited over novel siliceous supports Author: Pavlína Křečková Department: Department of Inorganic Chemistry, Faculty of Science, Charles University in Prague Supervisor: prof. RNDr. Petr Štěpnička, Ph.D. Supervisor's e-mail address: stepnic@natur.cuni.cz Advisor: prof. Ing. Jiří Čejka, DrSc. Advisor's e-mail address: jiri.cejka@jh-inst.cas.cz Abstract Keywords: palladium; deposited catalysts; siliceous supports; C-C coupling reaction. The aim of this work was to prepare a deposited palladium catalyst from Pd2+ and twodimensional zeolite ITQ-2 bearing ≡SiCH2CH2CH2NHCH2CH2NEt2 groups at the surface. This catalys has been evaluated in the Heck reaction between n-butyl-acrylate and brombenzene to give n-butyl-cinnamate. Influence of the reaction temperature, the solvent, base and hydrate water on the progress of the Heck reaction was investigated. This work also deals with the possibility of recycling the catalyst and, due to its nature, with the quantity of leached palladium into the reaction mixture. Furthermore, the work describes differences in morphology between the fresh and a recycled catalyst.
