This diploma thesis deals with sport marketing - specifically with marketing strategies comparison of professional and amateur football clubs. Forms of commercial communications are described and specifics of sport marketing as well, then there SK Dynamo České Budějovice and FK Olympie Týn nad Vltavou presented including their marketing strategies. In frame of this work there was performed survey focused on perception of the club among it's own fans. The results of the survey were also compared with results of survey from bachelor thesis of the same author - the aim was to assess the influence of amateur marketing department of FK Olympie Týn nad Vltavou on perception of the club.

Title: Presentation of partners on Petr Čech's football school 2010 Objectives: The objective of this dissertation is to evaluate the partners' presentation at Petr Čech's football school 2010. The is work trying to come up with the recommendations for organizing company SPORT INVEST Group, how it is possible to strengthen the partners' presentation and how to get a tool to maintain old partners and acquire new partners. Methods: The main method is interrogation by questionnaire. Work uses also observation and interview. Data obtained from these methods result in the SWOT analysis. Results: The dissertation shows that the most important thing for the connection to really work is to activate the sponsorship. The approach to the partners' presentation must be innovative. The aim is also finding of public awareness of those activities and their financial analysis. The first part is dedicated to the theory of Sports Marketing, second part of thesis is about specific marketing activities in sports of the three insurance companies, Česká pojišťovna insurance company, ČSOB Pojišťovna insurance company and Kooperativa insurance company. This part deals with the reasons of supporting the field of sport, its use, success and future. The third part is a research of public awareness of sports marketing of Czech insurance companies. The last part contains a financial analysis.

Title: Wilson Tennis Center Marketing Activities and Their Innovative Approach Objectives: The objectives of my masters thesis is giving the suggestions for improving the company current situation for the upcoming years, based on information from my analysis. Methods: Methods of my approach to this research were analyzing the data from my quality research, identifying the strentghts and weaknesses of the company. Based on these methods I suggested these major improvements fot the overall improvement of the company situation. Results: The research has shown that the biggest strenghts of Wilson Tennis Center are: advanced material equipment and large spacious facility, well air - conditioned solid structure building of the tennis facility, high number of tennis courts etc. The most common weaknesses people in my research were mentioning were the overall attitude of the restaurant staff, lack of social and sports events for the overall client base - recreational client and kids, lack of well, propriately a sufficiently illuminated courts. The main suggestion from me is to create a new public relations manager position who would be able to and responsible for the new changes to be implemented. Title: Marketing of selected Czech football league clubs Objective: Analysis and comparison of the marketing activities of selected Czech football league clubs and proposition of measures that would lead to the improvement of marketing activities, with an emphasis on marketing communications. Methods: PEST analysis SWOT analysis Porters five forces analysis Marketing research - qualitative method - in-depth interview - quantitative method - questionnaires Results: The results of evaluation of the marketing of selected Czech football league clubs showed significant differences in the quality of marketing activities between clubs. In some areas, such as websites, printed materials, clubs perform well. In others, such as, social networks or programs during breaks, they do not. Despite the lack of financial and human resources some elements are made with precision. I also tried to propose some measures that might lead to improvement and streamlining of marketing activities of clubs and that would be realistic even at third league level. These recommendations are mainly in the field of internet communication, accompanying programs, competitions and events that may increase the interest of viewers and partners of the clubs. OBJECTIVES: The diploma thesis examines the strategic management of a nonprofit sport organization, respectively long-term planning of association Vraťme dětem pohyb, z. s., goals are to characterize the organization and its products and to make a strategic analysis which will include an analysis of the internal and external environment as well as a comprehensive SWOT analysis of the organization. Strategic objectives and areas will be determined on the basis of the found information and will be subsequently solid in the proposal strategic plan of the organization. METHODS: This diploma thesis is concieved as applied research, a combination of quantitative and qualitative methods will be used for its purposes. Sports have become economic activity. Marketing, especially marketing communication has played an important role in its shift from pure nonprofit basis to more commercial character. The thesis examines development of communication in one of the sports, athletics (track & field) in the Czech Republic (CR). In terms of narrow approach to marketing in sports it focuses on these subjects - Czech athletic federation, meetings in the CR, Czech athletes. It analyzes level of communication, suggests solutions to improvement of athletics` status in the Czech Republic using promotion. It is one of the first sources of marketing communication in given sports branch.
