The presented thesis deals with the evaluation of the ecological status of small watercourse Meredský creek situated in Central Bohemia. Meredský creek springs in the village of Záborná Lhota, runs through the village of Chotilsko and behind the village of Čím empties into the river Vltava. This creek is affected by the urbanization, in the catchment area there is continual livestock grazing and there are several bigger water areas and smaller ponds situated on the creek. The landscape is completed by the mixed and coniferous forests and meadows. The evaluation rate of the pollution was determined according to the selected physical and chemical indicators of the water quality directly in the flow or evaluated in the laboratory conditions, biological status was determined by the community of aquatic macroinvertebrates (saprobity index, ASPT index, BMWP score, Margalef´s diversity index) and hydromorpohological status (average status) was evaluated too. The final ecological status was evaluated according to the Czech State Standard 75 7221 and requirements given by the environmental quality standards. Concentrations of ammonia, total phosphorus, nitrates, chlorides, dissolved oxygen were accomplished as not meeting environmental quality standards. According to the saprobity index, ASPT index, BMWP score water quality is average. Meredský creek reached the 3rd Class of hydromorphological status. According to the chemical status final ecological status is established as not meeting the requirements of the environmental quality standards and general measures leading to the better ecological status are suggested.

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá možnostmi zjištění stavu všech replik ve FreeIPA infrastruktuře. Na úvod práce jsou vysvětleny důležité pojmy jako FreeIPA, FreeIPA infrastruktura a replika. FreeIPA server se skládá z několika součástí, které budou popsány podrobněji.  Nástroj navržený v této práci využívá SNMP pro sledování stavu služeb běžících na FreeIPA serveru. Nástroj má dvě základní části, kterými jsou konfigurace SNMP agenta a uživatelské rozhraní.

The aim of this thesis is to summarise the legal framework of states of crisis in legal order of the Czech Republic, to point at the main shortages and provide possible solutions. The thesis is divided into five chapters. The first chapter firstly takes a closer look at the general conception of states of crisis defined by legal theory. Then follows the topic of states of crisis and their functioning in ancient Rome, England till the 19th century and in France and Germany during the last 150 years. The second chapter is focused on the types of states of crisis which were known in the previous Czech legal orders. Attention is mainly paid to the state of war and declaration of war. The next part deals with the other historical states of crisis, such as those which arose originally from Austrian Emergency Measures Act, till the legislative proposals antecedent to current Security of the Czech Republic Act. The third chapter is firstly defining current legal terms and analysing states of crisis which are regulated in the Czech legal order. The text starts with the state of danger and then proceeds to the state of emergency, state of threat to the state and to the state of war. The main subject of the thesis is a characteristic of organic farming. There is a description of organic farming, reasons for the beginning, its main principles and aims in the several chapters of the thesis. There is also a legislation of organic farming in the Czech Republic and the European Union. There are products of the organic fading, whole food, its characteristics and marking described in the next part of the thesis. The last part of the thesis is focused on natural conditions for agriculture in Southmoravion region, level of organic farming in the Czech Republic and in single regions of Southmoravion region.

This diploma thesis was carried out in the town cemetery in Trutnov. It includes literature review regarding this topic. Woody species, their health status, location in the cemetery and dendrologic potential assessment had been described in detail. To simplify the project, the area was divided into two parts called "North" and "South". The database of discovered defect crown, stem and root base defects for each woody species has been created. Plans for follow-up care have been drawn up. The plans propose management in the cemetery in the case of reconstruction or without. The results are presented in graphs and tables.
