This thesis handle with the ecological status of Smržovka stream, respectively handle with change of the ecological state of stream due to urbanization. Smržovka stream, concretely the right tributary of significant river Kamenice Jizerské hory Mountains rises in the Jizerské hory Mountains protected landscape area, which is almost intact due to water pollution and gradually flows through an urbanized area with a relatively high level of infrastructure and sources of pollution. For the ecological status assessment of stream were used the following three indicators: hydromorphological mapping, physico-chemical water analysis and evaluation of biological components of makrozoobenthos in terms of saprobity. The work provides information on water quality in the stream with that this unique data can be the basis for the study of other small streams that spring in urban mountainous areas.

This thesis discusses the issue of securing safety of the state with emphasis on the institute of so called states of crisis in the constitutional law of the Czech Republic. The first part deals with states of crisis in general, outlines the basic theory of states of crisis as institutes of law, historical and international context of regulation, as well as on a generally security oriented context. The second section is dedicated to individual states of crisis, namely the state of danger, state of emergency, state of threat to the state and state of war. The thesis contain the basic description of the state of emergency, its sources of law, the method of its declaration all of the states of crises and discusses institutes common for all, or most of the individual states of crisis. Last section of this thesis focuses on further methods of safety ensuring, in particular with connotation to Article 43 of the Constitution of the Czech Republic. For example the regulation of the dispatch of armed forces beyond the territory of the Czech Republic and the residence of foreign armed forces in the territory of the Czech Republic or the regulation of crossing and flying across the territory of the Czech Republic. Diploma thesis is focused on the design of prestressed concrete membrane from the lightweight concrete. The concrete membrane is in the interaction with the bearing steel structure, which one is supported. I did only one variant of the solution, which was optimized. The goal of the design was determined the initial state of a membrane and ensure to in the end of design working life was the membrane in the compression state and the cracks couldn’t appear. The structure is modelled in the main (longitudinal) direction as a spatial frame in program ANSYS 17.2. This tool enables to perform analysis of the construction stages. The rheology is calculated manually and supplied to the model as relative strain. The whole structure is checked for ultimate limit state and serviceability limit state according to valid Eurocodes. Transverse direction is modelled by shell elements in program RFEM 5.12. Construction stages and global behaviour of the structure were analysed. The checks have been calculated manually and control in program IDEA StatiCa. The attachments of the thesis are drawings, visualisation and schemes of construction stages.

This master's thesis deals with methods and care possibilities for road alleys in the Havlíčkův Brod district. The issue of road vegetation is more discussed nowadays. The literary research of this work offers brief history of the planting along roads and summarizes its importance and legislation. Furthermore, it focuses on the choice of woody plants based on environmental conditions, ways of planting, growing and subsequent care. The thesis also documents the condition of vegetation in selected sections of roads I/34, II/348, III/34766, describes the cultivation and suggests alternative solutions of vegetation restoration, including the budget. Already finished revitalization for road III/3482 from year 2010 is evaluated. The alleys are presented on almost all communications in the Havlíčkův Brod district. Proposed method of care can be easily applied to other alleys as well.

The aim of this diploma thesis is to evaluate inter-district disparities in South-Moravian region by means of analysis of demographic development in time period from 2002 to 2012. The thesis is focused on the structure of population and vital statistics (mortality, birth rate, abortion rate, marriage rate, divorce rate, migration and population increase). The development of mortality, birth rate, average population up to 2015 is predicted using methods of analytical compensation of time series. This thesis includes the theoretical part where characteristics and terms related to a process of demographic development are introduced followed by the practical part with the analysis of demographic development in districts of South-Moravian region.

This thesis deals with the evaluation of the technical condition of cars. Introduces legislative conditions for evaluation of technical condition of cars. Summarizes theoretical basis for possible failures of cars and their causes, sorted by individual functional groups. The practical part applies theoretical basis on the specific experiment and describes the principle of the methods utilized in the evaluation and compares it with the other methods, which can be also used for this operation.
