Politický boj plebejů v letech 494 až 287 př.n.l. a jeho odraz v ústavě římské republiky / A political struggle of plebeians between 494 and 287 B.C. and its reflection in the Constitution of the Roman Republic

Žůrek, Jan January 2013 (has links)
This thesis is concerned with a particularly interesting period in the history of the Roman Republic. The period is called the Struggle of the Orders. The epoch is characteristic by turbulent conflict of two social groups competing for political, economical and social rights in the ancient Roman state. The most prevalent source among others for this thesis is work by historian Titus Livius Patavinus, Ab urbe condita. The study is divided into three chapters, taking into account the different phases of the struggle. The aim of this work is to describe and analyze the critical points of the patrician-plebeian political fight and also illustrate how the struggle affected the constitution of the Roman Republic. The first chapter deals with a several problems in the early Roman Republic: public land, creation of two important plebeian magistrates - tribuni plebis and aediles plebis, oldest agrarian law, plebeian assembly, importance of the Law of the Twelve Tables and Valerian- Horatian laws. The second chapter focuses on Canuleian law, introduction of consular tribunes, case of Manlius Capitolinus and its consequences and finally describes Licinian Sextian laws. The third and final chapter of this study analyzes debt situation of that time, laws of Publilius Philo, Ovinian law, Ogulnian law and concludes with...

Časově rozlišená spektroskopie světlem indukovaných procesů

KUZNETSOVA, Valentyna January 2017 (has links)
This Ph.D. thesis is devoted to the study of the photophysical properties of photosynthetic pigments. The brief introduction to the field is given in Chapter 1. In studies presented in the thesis, femtosecond pump-probe spectroscopy was used to determine the relation between the molecular structure of carotenoids and its spectroscopic properties. The experimental and data analysis methods are described in Chapter 2. Chapter 3 addresses the investigation of the effect of isomerization on excited-state dynamics of the carbonyl carotenoid fucoxanthin. In Chapter 4, the different response of carbonyl carotenoids to solvent proticity is used to estimate the structure of an unknown carotenoid from Chromera velia. In Chapter 5, spectroscopic properties of the S1 state of three linear carotenoids were studied after excess energy excitation in the S2 state. Chapter 6 presents a femtosecond spectroscopic comparison study of Orange and Red Carotenoid Proteins binding different carotenoids.

Integrální reprezentace operátorových algeber / Integral representation of operator algebras

Penk, Tomáš January 2013 (has links)
By a representation of a C*-algebra A on a Hilbert space H we mean a morphism : A → L(H). After summing up neccessary knowledge from the theory of Banach and Hilbert spaces and C*-al- gebras we show that for every C*-algebra a representation exists. We describe its structure detiledly and we focus on examining cyclic representations. We find out that cyclic representations relate to the state space. Because every state can be expressed as an integral with respect to an appropriate measure on the states, in is possible to assign a measure on the state space to each cyclic represen- tation. Therefore, we investigate connexion of a representation with this measure as same as with the corresponding state. This leads us to the definition of an orthogonal measure. We find out that its properties relate with certain subalgebras of L(H). At the end we show that for a separable C*-algebra it is possible to express a representation fulfilling suitable assumptions in the form of a direct integral. 1

Kvantové kritické jevy v konečných systémech / Kvantové kritické jevy v konečných systémech

Kloc, Michal January 2013 (has links)
Singularities in quantum spectra - ground state and excited-state quantum phase transitions - are often connected with singularities in the classical limit of the system and have influence on other properties, such as quantum entanglement, as well. In the first part of the thesis we study quantum phase transitions within the U(2)-based Lipkin model. The relation between quasistationary points of the classical potential and the respective singularities in the spectrum is shown. In the second part, a system of two-level atoms interacting with electromagnetic field in an optical cavity is studied within two simplified models (non-integrable Dicke model and its integrable approximation known as Jaynes-Cummings model). The behaviour of quantum entanglement in these models is shown with a focus on the vicinity of the singular points.

Metoda stanovení struktur početních stavů populací spárkaté zvěře

KROUPA, Robert January 2019 (has links)
The diploma thesis deals with the determination and expansion of numerical structures for Cloven-hoofed game ie. for roe deer (Capreolus capreolus), red deer (Cervus elaphus), fallow deer (Dama dama), sika deer (Cervus nippon), white-tailed deer (Odocoileus virginianus), mouflon (Ovis musimon), chamois (Rupicapra rupicapra) and wild boar (Sus scrofa). The social structures of female game numbers for different sex ratios have been developed and can be used in different types of breeding. Based on the model cases performed, it has been confirmed that, with a limited number of individuals in the population, the number of youngsters and the number of adults decreases in nature at the sex ratio in favor of females due to spontaneous game reduction. As a result, the average age of adults is reduced, and younger years are getting into reproduction. Another negative aspect of this unbalanced sex ratio is the increase in cloven-hoofed game and related damage and intraspecific stress. In addition, for some game reserves, if the sex ratio is increased for males, there are problems of a similar character, which are being overcome by greater losses in heat fights. This creates additional economic damage. Model cases have shown and confirmed that, with a limited number of game and around a balanced gender ratio of 1:1 to about 1.2:1 in favor for males and 1:1.2 in favor for females, there are no problems with population control because it is predictable. Once the gender ratio is wider, basic problems arise and that is poorly breeding. These wider gender ratios are on one side and the other unnatural in nature and therefore carry many problems.

Reprezentace stavů programu / Efficient Representation of Program States

Jančík, Pavel January 2017 (has links)

Teplotní závislost triplet-tripletního přenosu energie ve fotosyntetických světlosběrných komplexech / Temperature dependence of the triplet-triplet energy transfer in photosynthetic light-harvesting complexes

Vinklárek, Ivo January 2017 (has links)
Toxic singlet oxygen can be populated by the quenching of triplet states of chlorophyll (Chl). In photosynthetic light-harvesting complexes (LHCs), the gen- eration of singlet oxygen is prevented by a photoprotective mechanism based on an energy transfer from Chl triplets to carotenoids, which occurs via a Dexter mechanism (DET). The temperature dependence of the DET was studied in three selected LHCs by means of transient absorption spectroscopy. The emphasis was on a chlorophyll a-chlorophyll c2-peridinin-protein complex (acpPC) of Dinoflagel- late Amphidinium carterae. The results obtained from acpPC were compared with those for LHC-II from pea and chlorosomes of Chloroflexus aurantiacus. All three antennas exhibit high efficiency and fast rate of chlorophyll triplet quenching by carotenoids at room temperature, which prevents the accumulation of Chl triplets. The fast rate of quenching persists at low temperatures (≥77 K) in the case of LHC-II. However, the efficiency of the Chl triplets quenching is lower as proved by a detection of long-lived Chl triplets with a millisecond lifetime. These triplets were assigned to peripheral Chls that are not neighbouring with carotenoids active at 77 K. A similar population of long-lived Chl triplets was detected in the acpPC complex. In acpPC, the rate of the...
