Bilance uhlíku u prasat

Svätá, Andrea January 2014 (has links)
The aim of this final thesis was to create a model of the pig farm with a closed herd turnover, where the carbon balance was calculated. I counted the carbon balance based on nutrient digestibility coefficients of various feed. Thanks to the feed analyzes I found out the carbon content in feed and the feed rations. The carbon content in the slaughter pigs bodies was found through analysis of the slaughter pigs bodies. Through the analysis of digestible nutrients I discovered the carbon production in the excrement. On the model farm with 1000 sows, 27 860 piglets are born every year, 24 795 are bred and 23 542 pieces are killed. This farm consumes 7025 tons of mixtures of which 34 tons of mixture piglets prestarter (COS1) is consumed, 276 tons of mixture for piglets starter (COS2), 870 tons of mixture A1, 1655 tons of A2 mixture, 3442 tons of A3 mixture, 601 tons of KPB mixture, 63 tons of KPK mixture, 4 tons of KA mixture, 80 PCH and 1 tone of OKAS. Pigs on the farm take 2670 tons of carbon per year, 498 tons sewage in excrements and hold 648 tons of carbon in their bodies. At the same time pigs take 180 tons of nitrogen per year, sewage 33 tons of excrement and hold 77 tons of nitrogen in bodies. For the production of 1 kg of slaughter pigs on a model farm pigs need 0.24 kg of carbon and per 1 kg of edible parts it is 0.36 kg of carbon. From the above data I calculated, that pigs pollute the environment by 2.67 tons of carbon per 1 sow and 0.18 tons of nitrogen per 1 sow. This carbon can benefit plants on adjacent farms, some part may remain in the atmosphere and increase the carbon footprint.

Model bilance uhlíku ("Carbon footprint") na malé a velké farmě

Johaníková, Alena January 2014 (has links)
This thesis deals with load of carbon dioxide on large and small farm, which is subsequently converted by digestibility coefficients of nutrients to the equivalent carbon dioxide. The objects of the calculation are two given farms, located in the Zlín Region. Small farm entertain with 15 pieces of pig sows in a closed herd turnover and large farm breeding cattle herds with a turnover of 100 dairy cows. From the sales of the pig herds on a small farm, I found a total feed consumption, which is 133.5 tons per year, which I calculated the carbon content received from the compound feed, which is 50.35 tons and 3.08 tons of nitrogen per calendar year. Pigs in the feces excrete 8.12 tons of carbon and 0.52 tons of nitrogen. Pigs consume 0.36 tons of carbon and 0.44 tons of nitrogen per ton of edible particles in the meat. To produce 1 kg of meat consumes 0.246 kg of carbon. On a dairy farm income in total 1,645.29 tons of compound feed per year in which they adopt 609.61 tons of carbon and 31.23 tons of nitrogen. In feces they excrete 156.84 tons of carbon and 8.05 tons of nitrogen. In the milk is eliminated 42.78 tons 2.51 tons of carbon and nitrogen. The herd turnover of 31 bulls with the increments 1.4 kg / day 210.53 tons annually consume feed mixtures from which bulls take 71.70 tons, and 3.21 tons of carbon. In feces they excrete 18.09 tons and 1.10 tons of carbon and nitrogen in the meat, at the slaughterhouse is excluded 4.49 tons 0.35 tons of carbon and nitrogen. At the turn of the herd of bulls with the increments of 33.7 1.7 kg / day annually consumes 265.49 tons of feed mixtures from which the bulls take 71.70 tons and 3.21 tons of carbon nitrogen. In feces they excrete 21.35 tons and 1.35 tons of carbon and nitrogen in the meat, at the slaughterhouse is excluded 4.88 tons 0.38 tons of carbon and nitrogen. To produce 1 kg of meat bulls consume 0.248 kg of carbon. In conclusion are recommendations to reduce emissions at the farm which is needed.

Ekologická stopa studentů vysokých škol

Havlíková, Monika January 2016 (has links)
The thesis is focused on the ecological footprint of university students in Brno. The theoretical part of thesis is primary focused on definitions of the basic concepts, such as sustainable development and sustainable consumption and production. Further work deals with definitions of the sustainability indicators and the major environmental problems. Following chapters then describe environmental education and ecological footprint and its sub-folders. In the practical part was conducted sociological research through techniques personal interviews. Their task was to determine the ecological footprint and its sub-folders of university students in selected universities and faculties in Brno. Furthermore, their aim was to explore whether there is context between the individual disciplines of university students in Brno and the impact of their behavior on the environment.

Detekce brzdných stop pomocí spektrometrie laserem indukovaného plazmatu (LIBS) a spektrometrie laserem indukované fluorescence (LIBS + LIFS) / Detection of Braking Tracks using Laser-Induced Breakdown Spectroscopy (LIBS) and Laser-Induced Fluorescence Spectroscopy (LIBS + LIFS)

Prochazka, David January 2014 (has links)
The aim of this work is to investigate the potential of Laser-Induced Breakdown Spectroscopy (LIBS) for identification of visually unrecognizable braking tracks. Identification of these tracks is based on different chemical composition of tire tread in comparison to road surface. The investigation was divided in several sequential steps – selection of suitable chemical element and its spectral line for break tracks identification; determination of the limits of detection and threshold intensity respectively for the selected chemical element; verification of LIBS ability to detect braking tracks on a real braking track. This testing braking track was prepared by exactly defined and described conditions. The detection was performed in two ways – laboratory analysis of tire treads particles collected via adhesive tape and in situ analysis via mobile apparatus. Results of both measurements showed that LIBS is able to detect visually unrecognizable braking tracks. Concepts of the devices capable of routine braking tracks identification for both possibilities were introduced.

Vymezení bolesti a paměťových stop strachu v prefrontální kůře / Delineating pain and fear engrams in the prefrontal cortex

Ludínová, Kristýna January 2018 (has links)
Charles University Faculty of Pharmacy in Hradec Králové Department of Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Pharmaceutical Analysis Candidate: Kristýna Ludínova Supervisor: PharmDr. Jan Zitko, Ph.D. External supervisors: Dr. Manfred Oswald, Prof. Dr. Rohini Kuner Title of diploma thesis: Delineating Pain and Fear Engrams in the Prefrontal Cortex Pain is a complex process associated with activation of various brain centres. According to evidence of imaging studies in humans and rodents the medial prefrontal cortex (mPFC) ranks amongst the brain area consistently activated during painful perception. The mPFC circuits underlies functionally-distinct processes, such as pain, emotional response, decision-making, attention amongst others. However, the precise contribution of mPFC in pain related function remains to be unknown. The aim of the study was to delineate how pain and fear are manifested at the cellular level within the regions of PFC. By employing activity dependent neuronal labelling we tested if cellular ensembles activated in pain and fear behaviours within the mPFC are distinct. We investigated a potential use of activity-dependent DREADDs (Designer Receptors Exclusively Activated by Designer Drugs) expression in order to test for the functional role of PFC ensembles in pain and fear behaviour.
