6 Abstract Thesis title: European legal regulation of cybercrimes in a comparison with the legal regulation of cybercrimes in the USA The diploma thesis deals with the legislation of cybercrime and cyber security of the United States of America and the European Union. The introduction defines the basic concepts and important moments of history of related legislation and discusses key policy documents adopted in the transatlantic area. It also presents the politics of these two units and their key legislation and describes the international Convention on Cybercrime. Selected documents are subsequently compared and evaluated in the context of legal terminology, technological development and application of regulations in practice. The thesis is concluded by the basic steps of transatlantic cooperation on issues of cyber security. The conclusion summarizes the lessons learned by comparing documents, particularly international emphasis on ratification of the Convention on Cybercrime and adequate levels of awareness of cyber space, and highlights some terminological inaccuracies. K DIPLOMOVÉ PRÁCI V ANGLICKÉM JAZYCE Strategic Management of the Education System in the Czech Republic Antonie Ondrouchová ABSTRACT The aim of this thesis "Strategic Management of the Education System in the Czech Republic" is to analyze and critically evaluate strategic management at various levels of the education system of the Czech Republic; suggest recommendations for further research. Thus, the thesis answers question on the state of strategic management at various levels of the education system of the Czech Republic. The theoretical part defines the term "strategic management", which is generally characterized by determination, process, tools, meaning and obstacles in its application. The following chapter deals with strategic management in the education system, in particular by identifying four levels of management (national, regional, local, school) represented by the relevant institutions. At the theoretical level, education policy is considered to be an indication of directions and content that are embedded in public policy documents. By the method of document content analysis, examples of strategic public policy documents are evaluated at four levels of system management. Research consisting of two parts. The first part concerned the implementation of the Territorial Agenda 2020 and its relation with the economic oriented Agenda 2020 and Cohesion Policy. The second part concerned a more specific part of the implementation process, namely in structures of international cooperation in the Benelux. Using the theory of Europeanization (downloading, uploading, circular and horizontal) an analysis provided insights in the way the Netherlands and Flanders use the TA2020 and previous documents, as well as the VLANED group (a cooperation network of spatial planners from Flanders and the Netherlands) is using the TA2020 in their meetings.

This dissertation is designed as a theoretical research study, whose aim is to explore the possibilities of mapping and development of the community aspect of schools. This field of study is still relatively unexplored. The goal of this dissertation is to outline theoretically the concept of a Community school, and to stress the change of paradigm of current education and focus on how the role of school changes in current society. The dissertation also focuses on theoretical aspects of school perception and current scientific knowledge in given area. The research focuses on the analysis and characteristics of the Community school model. Further goal of the empirical research was to determine whether there is a reliable instrument to help identify the type and quality of a given Community school, identify a basic typological distribution of Community schools in the Czech Republic, identify how individual concepts of Community schools differ in the content and delivery of their curricula, and how are principles of Community schools interconnected with the principles of inclusive education, and in particular with the provision of equal opportunities. The diploma thesis deals with the comparison of regional differences in long-term plans of education development in these regions. The theoretical part begins with the definition of key terms related to education policy, then with the legislative framework for the creation of long-term plans and links these documents to national and European strategic documents in education. In the research part are analyzed both documents, their logical interconnection and relation to national strategic documents and outputs of each part. The main part is focused on the comparison of both documents and their influence on the development of education in the given region. The conclusion of the thesis summarizes the form, outputs and differences of both documents both in relation to national strategic documents in education. There are used methods of quantitative and qualitative content analysis, theoretical-empirical method, document analysis. The main aim of this dissertation is to provide a practical guide for entrepreneurs in the field of structure funds EU, describing of necessary information, which are important in area of project preparation, administration, realization and finalization. This guide should contribute to easier orientation of applicants in the structure funds area, improve quality of submitted projects and in consequence increase amount of drawing from structure funds EU in the Czech Republic.

Task of this work was to make analysis focused on current management of tourism in the city of Český Krumlov, models of other destinations and business enviroment. On basis of conclusion of those analysis were made posibilities of cooperation and comunication between business enviroment and Destination management ČK, and also were accepted specific steps to improve all activities of this organisation. Data gathered through managed interviews showed complex information of state of destination management in Czech Republic and abroad. In following comparation was found out, at what level is currently destionation managememt in Český Krumlov, Analysis of business enviroment defined relations, which can be improved and amplified, with privat enviroment of city. For purpose of creating communication base was designed specific platform Jourfix. As a next step suggestions for better organisation and coordination of activities of Destination management were defined, including its economic calculations. The main purpose was to correctly evaluate actual situation of this subject and to create specific solutions.
