Psychická zátěž v herectví / Stress in acting

Bartoš, Vojtěch January 2016 (has links)
Main topic of this thesis is psychological stress of an actor during his performance. Thesis describes psychological stress in general, shows categorization, determines its causes and reactions of body exposed to stress during long and short timeload. Special attention is dedicated to stress management (coping) and to mechanics of its intervention and prevention. Stressing working conditions and actors personality traits that can reduce or increase stress are researched on this theoretical background. Some of most casual stress phenomena are analyzed. Also reflection of the nature and importance of stress in acting is presented.

Stanovení stresové odezvy smrku ztepilého na suché a zamokřené prostředí

Pavlíčková, Jana January 2016 (has links)
The diploma thesis deals with the effects of abiotic stress on seedlings of Norway spruce (Picea abies (L.) Karsten), the impact of water deficit and abundance. In the theore-tical part is described the importance of water in plant, stress and its impact on plants and the cultivation of plants in vitro. Experimental part consists of experiments in vitro. Waterlogging conditions were simulated the medium without agar, drought conditions were created by increasing concentration of sucrose and polyethylene glycol. In the course of experiment were measured plant responses to stress, concentration of ethylene, ethane and CO2 in the culture vessels. At the end of the experiment was measured concentration of O2, quantum yield of photosynthesis, plant growth parameters, content of plant pigments in needles and anatomical changes in the stem and root of Norway spruce.

Možnosti využití antistresových přípravků při pěstování zeleninové sadby

Balcar, Miroslav January 2016 (has links)
Literature research seeks to approach the ecological and biodynamic agriculture, external stressors and anti-stress products in plants. Describing the technology of pre-cultivated vegetable seedlings and species. The practical part is devoted to monitoring the environmental effects of plant anti-stress experiment based on the plots of the Horticultural Faculty in Lednice na Moravě. An attempt was devoted to impact on growth plants after the application of selected products Agrisorb, FERBIFLOR?, EM AKTIV, Kopřiva Plus and Roháček (BD 500). Statistical analysis showed effects on the individual morphological characteristics of plants.

Školní prostředí jako důležitý faktor pro posílení resilience dítěte. / The school environment as an important factor in reinforcing a child's resilience.

ŠICNEROVÁ, Tereza January 2017 (has links)
This diploma thesis deals with the resilience of students in school environment. The thesis is theoretically and empirically based. The theoretical part describes the concept of resilience with emphasis being placed on the most significant theories of resilience and on the resilience of children and adolescent. The specifics of adolescent student´s developement are also described. Furthermore, the work focuses on the concept of stress with detailed attention paid to school stressors. The research part is related to the theoretical part. Via the methods of interviewing and questionnaires, the way student´s resilience affects their school results is observed. In addition, the thesis focused on the teacher´s perception of the issue of resilience. Finally, the most significant school stressors of students were inspected.

Fyziologické a molekulární odezvy vodních organizmů na účinky chemických látek

CHUPANI, Latifeh January 2017 (has links)
The biochemical and physiological responses of organisms to xenobiotic chemicals have been investigated for many years as general indicators of organism health. These markers have been used in the development of the synthetic pharmaceuticals and screening of effects of environmental pollutant on biological systems, and in clarifying their modes of action. Recently, use of "OMICS" approaches has received great attentions in exploring the effects of chemical contaminants at the molecular level and is one of the rapidly developing areas in the field of toxicology. Use of molecular response within aquatic organisms has been reviewed and are considered as early changes occurring in response to chemical exposure. ZnO NPs are widely used and possess great potentials in food industry and agriculture. Their subsequent release into environment has raised concerns about their potential effects on aquatic organisms. Although, the dietary exposure perhaps is the main route to expose aquatic animals to nanomaterials, the majority of studies are focused on assessment of waterborne exposure. The molecular mechanisms inducing their toxicity on biological system even less investigated. The present study was conducted to explore weather ZnO NPs can be accumulated in internal organs of carp, as a model fish, as well as to assess fish responses to the presence of ZnO NPs in the feed at protein, biochemical, and histological levels. Our results showed nor apparent accumulation of ZnO NPs neither major changes in haematological parameters, lipid peroxidation level, and histology of internal tissues. Our observations showed that 500 mg ZnO NPs per kg of feed caused changes in pathways and the level of proteins associated with cell motility, immune system response, protein synthesis, cell metabolism, and cell survival in intestine as well as it affected the proteins related to immune system in serum. Treated fish underwent these physiological and molecular changes probably attempted to adjust to ZnO NPs as an external stressor. These changes can be considered as compensatory mechanisms to maintenance homeostasis which have an associated energetic cost. If energetic demands to cope with stress exceeds the capacity of limit, then organism's health will be negatively affected. In the second part of study, peracetic acid in tested therapeutic doses (1 and 3 mg L-1 in grass carp and 10 mg L-1 in signal crayfish) caused some histological alterations in gills as well as changes in the activities of antioxidant enzyme in treated animals. It seems that the observed changes were not large enough to induce mortality in treated animals. According our observation after recovery period, it seems that those changes are reversible if it is followed by a sufficient recovery period allowing animals to restore their disturbed homeostasis. However, species-specific differences should be considered while treating more sensitive species. Toward establishing a safe application guideline, more studies will be required to investigate the given issues.

Syndrom vyhoření / Burnout syndrom

HOUDKOVÁ, Petra January 2012 (has links)
The thesis is defined by a theoretical and empirical character. Its topic is focused on the term called burnout which affects teacher's profession at the primary school. The first part of the theoretical part is focused on the factors which can cause the beginning of a burnout. The next chapter defines the whole term burnout. The following part deals with the sources of the burnout. This chapter is closely related to the following chapter which is focused on the burnout expression. The particular phases of the burnout process are described in the following chapter. The attention is paid also to the teacher's work and the stress in this kind of profession. The last but one chapter introduces the consequences of the burnout and their influence on the teacher's work. The last part of the theoretical part describes the principles of the psychic hygiene and the tips on coping with stress. The practical part was realized by the help of a questionnaire. The received data serve to the comparison of the appearance of the burnout expressions between the lower primary school teachers and the upper primary school teachers and also to the comparison of these expressions between the primary school teachers and the practical primary school teachers.

Pracovní spokojenost sociálních pracovníků pracujících na úřadech práce zabývající se problematikou osob se zdravotním postižením v systému státní sociální pomoci. / Employment Servis Agency Worker's Satisfaction who are Engaged in Handicap People Problems in State Social Relief

BURIAN, Zbyněk January 2014 (has links)
The thesis is devoted to the topic of job satisfaction of social workers working in the Department of Employment Labor Services and dealing with people with different disabilities within the social assistance programs. The aim of this thesis is to determine how these social workers are satisfied with their jobs, and how this is affected by the workload and by the current work conditions. The thesis is then seeking to identify possible subsequent optimization of working conditions that would result in the improvement of the job satisfaction level of the workers. The final hypothsys were made based on the methodological triangulation, an in-depth analysis of the interviews with the social workers and thier observation and also the burnout syndrom test. The results could be used as a base for an improvement of working conditions of social workers and for identifying the most serious occupational stress factors that occur at the Department of Employment Labor Services and also other office departments dealing with people with disabilities. The research also points out the fact of an extensive number of burnout symptoms among social workers. Finally, this research creates opportunities for further exploration of various topics, especially how to reduce or eliminate the job stressors occurring on the exercise of this profession.
