Trata-se de uma revisão bibliográfica na modalidade integrativa, enfocando estudos que abordam a temática relacionada à consulta de enfermagem permeada em ações educativas à pacientes com insuficiência cardíaca (IC). Foi delimitado o problema de pesquisa: qual seria a contribuição da consulta de enfermagem visando o controle e gerenciamento dos sinais e sintomas nos pacientes portadores de IC? Os objetivos propostos pelo estudo foram descrever as características da produção encontrada que abordam a consulta de enfermagem baseada na educação em saúde no paciente com IC, e avaliar as intervenções mediante as estratégias utilizadas na consulta. A estratégia de busca ocorreu através do Portal Capes nas bases de dados Lilacs, Scielo, Scopus, Pubmed e Web of Science. O levantamento bibliográfico abrangeu as publicações nacionais e internacionais, de janeiro de 1995 a julho de 2012. Foram identificados 769 artigos, sendo excluídos 739 por diferentes motivos, restando 30 artigos que compuseram a amostra final do estudo. A análise dos estudos permitiu identificar que os mesmos foram publicados com maior frequência pela comunidade internacional (63,33%) e que as publicações se intensificaram a partir de 2003. Em relação à identificação dos autores, 66,6% são enfermeiros, 20,0% são médicos e enfermeiros e 13,3% são médicos. Houve um predomínio de estudos quantitativos (86,6%). As principais estratégias de ensino identificadas e direcionadas à pacientes com IC foram: orientação individual, monitorização telefônica, visita domiciliar, impressos, orientações em grupo e recurso audiovisual. Dentre as principais abordagens envolvendo a educação em saúde e ações de enfermagem à pacientes com IC destacamos a educação para o conhecimento da doença, monitorização dos sinais e sintomas de descompensação, orientação para o uso de medicamentos e educação para aderência de medidas não farmacológicas. Concluímos que a consulta de enfermagem permeada em ações educativas nos pacientes com IC aumenta a aderência ao tratamento, reduz as taxas de morbimortalidade incluindo as reinternações, diminui os custos com a saúde e melhora a qualidade de vida dos pacientes. / This is a bibliographical review on integrative modality, focusing on studies that address the topic related to nursing consltation involving educational actions in patients with heart failure (HF). It was delimited the research problem: What is the contribution of nursing consultation for the control and management of the signs and symptoms in patients with HF? The objectives of this study were to describe the characteristics of the found production that address the nursing consultation based on health education in patients with HF, and evaluate interventions by the strategies used in the consultation. Seven hundred and sixty-nine (769) articles were identified; from them, 739 were excluded for various reasons and 30 articles were included in the final study sample. Studies analysis permitted to identify that they were published more frequently by the international community (63.33%) and that publications had intensified since 2003. Regarding the identification of authors, 66.6% are nurses, 20.0% are physicians and nurses, and 13.3% are physicians. There was a predominance of quantitative studies (86.6%). The main identified teaching strategies and targeted to patients with HF were individual counseling, telephone monitoring, home visits, forms, group guidelines, and audiovisual resource. Among the main approaches involving health education and nursing actions in patients with HF, we emphasize education for disease knowledge, monitoring of signs and symptoms of decompensation, guidance for medication use, and education for adherence of non-pharmacological measures. It is concluded that nursing consultation involving educational actions in patients with HF increases treatment adherence, reduces the morbidity rates including rehospitalizations, decreases healthcare costs, and improves the quality of patients life.

El objetivo de la presente investigación es identificar cuáles son los factores externos que influyen en el crecimiento exportador de las empresas peruanas de tejido de punto hacia la Comunidad Andina de Naciones-CAN del sector textil y confecciones en Lima Metropolitana para ello analizaremos la subpartida arancelaria 6006320000 llamadas “Los demás tejidos de punto teñidos”. En el primer capítulo, se presenta el marco teórico, antecedentes y bases teóricas dentro de los cuales se detalla información sobre teoría del comercio internacional, las exportaciones, sus definiciones, modelos y tipologías, la empresa sus tipologías y el análisis del sector textil en el Perú y su normativa. En el segundo capítulo, se detalla la realidad problemática, el problema, los objetivos y las hipótesis que se encontró en el crecimiento de la subpartida arancelaria 6006320000. Así como también, la justificación de la investigación en curso. En el tercer capítulo, se describe el enfoque de nuestra investigación, el análisis de documentos académicos, determinación de actores clave para la utilización de herramientas como la entrevistas a expertos y especialistas de las principales empresas que exportan la subpartida arancelaria hacia la CAN, así como aquellas empresas que lo importan, por último, especialistas del sector textil. En el cuarto capítulo, se presenta el perfil de los once entrevistados, las categorías y subcategorías de nuestros objetivos, así como la del análisis de las entrevistas y se muestra la difusión de los instrumentos. En el quinto capítulo, después de la data obtenida por las entrevistas, se analizan los hallazgos obtenidos de la investigación a través de un enfoque cualitativo. En este punto, se verifica que los factores que se identifican sean las mismas que nuestros entrevistados expresan; y, además, saber que otra problemática influye en el crecimiento de las exportaciones de la subpartida arancelaria 6006320000 desarrollándose y discutiendo los resultados dándole énfasis a los hallazgos de la investigación. Por último, en el capítulo final, se brindan conclusiones y recomendaciones obtenidas luego de realizar toda nuestra investigación, además de presentar los hallazgos / The objective of this research is to identify the external factors that influence the export growth of large Peruvian companies in Metropolitan Lima that export to the Andean Community of Nations-CAN, for this we will analyze tariff heading 6006320000. In the first chapter, the theoretical framework, antecedents, and theoretical bases are presented within which information on international trade theory, exports, their definitions, models and typologies, the company, its typologies, and the analysis of the textile sector in the Peru and its regulations. In the second chapter, the problematic reality, the problem, the objectives, and the hypotheses found in the growth of tariff heading 6006320000 are detailed. As well as the justification for the ongoing investigation. In the third chapter, the focus of our research is described, the analysis of academic documents, determination of key actors for the use of tools such as interviews with experts and specialists of the main companies that export the tariff subheading to the CAN, as well as those companies that import it, as well as specialists in the textile sector. In the fourth chapter, the profile of the eleven interviewees, the categories, and subcategories of our objectives, as well as the analysis of the interviews are presented, and the dissemination of the instruments is shown. In the fifth chapter, after the data obtained from the interviews, we will analyze the research findings through a qualitative approach. At this point, we verify the factors that we have identified are the same as those expressed by our interviewees; and, in addition, to know that another problem influences the growth of exports of tariff subheading 6006320000, developing and discussing the results, emphasizing the research findings.
