Abstract The superdeformed is undoubtly the frontier of any research about the construction of atomic nucleus. We employ Projected Shell mode¡]PSM¡^to simulate superdeformed for calculating Hg isotopes in the A~190 region¡Aand find the experiment result is perfect match to the theory¡C The result of the experiment confirms that under the even-even situation¡Athe self-spin accelarate kinetic moment of inertia¡AOn the other hand¡Aunder the situation of odd-even nuclei¡Ait would manifestblocking¡Aand cause the kinetic moment of inertia to be a constant¡C
