The aim of this study was to estimate how different filling materials affect the mobilization of pollution residue in remediated soil. The aim was also to assess criteria that should be fulfilled for the soil properties of these filling materials. The study was partly based on target value calculations where the impact of varied TOC, hydraulic conductivity and porosity affected the mobility of toluene, trichloroethene, benso(a)pyrene and arsenic residue in the soil. An evaluation of the potential mobility of soil pollution residues where filling materials had been used was carried out for five different locations in Sweden. Soil samples were collected before remediation of contaminated soil, and afterwards when the fillings were restored. Sample analyzes were made for TOC and soil water. The results from the study show that the TOC and porosity content in filling materials has a significant impact on the mobility of soil pollution residues. Filling materials with less TOC than the remediated soil will contribute to an increased mobility of organic pollution residues to the air, surface water and groundwater, whilst lower soil porosity, or rather lower soil water content will contribute to an increased mobility of airborne pollution residues. The results also show that in Sweden the use of filling materials with both lower TOC and soil water content is common. To avoid an increased mobilization of pollution residues from remediated soils, filling materials should contain TOC and soil water equals the contents in the remediated soil.

This master´s thesis is focused on evaluation of the current state and business performace of company Remarkplast Group a.s. using the Balanced Scorecard. The theoretical part defines the concept of business performance and methodology of the Balanced Scorecard. The analytical part describes the current situation of the company and based on acquired theoretical knowledge analyze the financial, customer, internal proceses and perspektive of learning and growth. At the conclusion of the thesis, is a proposal for the implementation of the BSC concept to company. The strategic goals and scales with target values are proposed to help Remarkplast Group a.s. to improve its overal performance in the coming years.

This master´s thesis evaluates the performance of the LAC, s.r.o. company. The theoretical part of the work introduces both a system of performance measurement and also the key principles of strategic analysis. Following this there is an introduction to the company, and to its business activities, together with an evaluation of its current status, utilising strategic and financial analysis. Based on the outputs of the analyses that were carried-out, the analytical part of this thesis presents the design of the Balanced Scorecard method. The final part of the work discusses a proposal for the implementation of a Balanced Scorecard in a corporate environment, with the aim of increasing the company performance and facilitating its future development.

This thesis consists of the theoretical part with detailed company introduction and its activities as well as strategic and financial analysis on the basis of which it was possible to set the Balanced Scorecard proposal to develop the company's performance. assessment and prepare the overall implementation proposal.

The aim of the diploma thesis Evaluation of Company Performance is to propose the implementation of the Balance Scorecard for selected company CZECHmetal spol. s r. o., which aims to increase the competitiveness and performance of the particular company. The analytical part is devoted to the introduction of the company and the services offered, the design part will be elaborated on the basis of strategic analysis outputs. Strategic goals are set out in individual perspectives as well as benchmarks that accompany target values. The thesis sets out strategic initiatives that lead to the achievement of the objectives previously set. The conclusion contains the risks and benefits associated with the implementation of the model in society.

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na měření efektivnosti procesních inovací ve společnosti Red Hat Czech s.r.o. Práce je rozdělena do tří částí. První část práce se zabývá teoretickými poznatky. Ve druhé části se jedná o představení společnosti a pochopení interních procesů a systémů firmy. Poslední část obsahuje návrhy na zlepšení tohoto projektu, které vychází z analýzy současné situace společnosti.

Tato diplomová práce představuje návrh a implementaci řídicího systému známého jako Innovation Scorecard, který byl zaveden a aplikován v rámci společnosti Red Hat Czech s.r.o. Účelem bylo vylepšení současného modu operandi společnosti se zvláštním důrazem na zlepšení vývoje a implementačních procesů softwaru. Hlavní zaměření práce je především na měření toho, jak úspěšný byl jakýkoli navrhovaný inovativní způsob práce. Diplomová práce je rozdělena do tří částí. První část obsahuje základní znalosti, které jsou důležité pro pochopení konkrétního tématu výzkumu. Druhá část diplomové práce popisuje společnost a umožňuje tak pochopení interních procesů a systémů v rámci firmy. Třetí část obsahuje související návrhy, jak zlepšit vnitřní procesy. To je založeno na analýze s hlavním zaměřením na to, jak společnost v současné době funguje.
