Design nanostruktur založených na klastrových sloučeninách bóru ve vodných roztocích / Design of boron cluster-containing nanostructuresin solution

Fernandez Alvarez, Roberto January 2020 (has links)
Thesis The main objective of this thesis is the study of boron cluster compounds in solution, their interaction with polymers and the formation of nanostructures. Most of the work was focused around cobalt bis(dicarbollide) (COSAN) but the incorporation of carborane into polymers was also studied. The idea was to close the knowledge gap around the way COSAN aggregates and continue the line of the laboratory in leading this topic. Therefore, we performed in-depth analysis of isothermal titration calorimetry curves to determine the aggregation number at concentrations around the critical micellar concentration (CMC). Thus, the aggregation number obtained was an improvement over previous data obtained a much higher concentration. The use of acetonitrile as a cosolvent in the micellization process helped formulate a model describing how C-H bonds in the COSAN micelles are directed towards the inside of the micelle. Furthermore, COSAN was used as a model drug for loading nanocarriers composed of hydrophobic core and charged corona. The importance of this work relies on the creation of guidelines for drug loading into similar polymeric vectors in order to determine how the nanocarrier will be affected. With the help of coarse-grained simulations, we determined that changes in the hydrophobicity of the...

Rozvoj sebehodnocení v rámci formativního hodnocení u žáků první a druhé třídy základní školy / Development of self-assessment within formative assessment of primary school pupils

Vandělíková, Jana January 2022 (has links)
The diploma thesis deals with the development of self-evaluation within the formative evaluation of primary school pupils during the first and second grade of primary school. The theoretical part is divided into four chapters. The first chapter characterizes the period of younger school age. The second chapter deals with the characteristics of evaluation and assessment with emphasis on school assessment, its goals, functions, types and risks. The third chapter introduces us to the concept of formative assessment and its key strategies. The final chapter focuses on the pupils' self-assessment. It describes the concept of self- assessment and introduces us to important factors that need to be taken into account when implementing self-assessment activities. The research part describes the research objectives, research questions and data collection methods. It characterizes the research sample in terms of school, class and pupils. It focuses on the description and reflection of the six established self-assessment techniques and the subsequent analysis of the development of self-assessment skills. The aim of the research part was to systematically develop the self-assessment skills of pupils for a period of six months; reflect on their work and analyze the progress of pupils in this area using the...

« Just be yourself » : exercices spirituels et physiques dans le cinéma de Gena Rowlands et de John Cassavetes

Dupuis, Guillaume 08 1900 (has links)
This master thesis discusses the work of film actors in the cinema of John Cassavetes, especially through his collaboration with actress Gena Rowlands. Throughout the writings of authors who examined the subject, I explore the relation between the actress and the ancient philosophy, spiritual exercices and techniques of self. I also study how Cassavetes’ direction creates a theater remediation in his films. I explore the thoughts of Hannah Arendt, Nicole Bronze, Ray Carney, Stanley Cavell, Michel De Certeau, Michel Foucault, Pierre Hadot and Siegfried Kracauer as a way to understand better a film theory approach that considers the work of film actors as a form of expression of its own, and as a source of inspiration for the viewer that can see actors as exemplary figures.
