This diploma thesis deals with construction and technological preperation of administrative, commercial and residential complex in Prague – Quadrio. The object consists of 6 seperate buildings connected to each other. There is combined underground under buildings, consists of four basements. The first and second underground, ground floor and the first floor are used for shopping mall. On the other floors, there are offices. The D-object is residential. In combined underground is a subway exit and its technology. There are also parking places for cars, supplying and technical facilities of the building. The construction and technological preperation consists of technical report, technological instruction, resolution of the building organization, time binding, occupational healthy and safety etc.

The subject of the final thesis deals with constructional technological project of structural work of building E, F, G and undeground garages, which belong to complex of building „Letňanské zahrady“ in Prague. The thesis contains time and financial plan, itemized budget for substructure, technical report, site equipment, machine assembly. The main part of my thesis consists of the technological prescription for foundation slab and construction of carcass substructure „white tank“.

The diploma thesis solves the construction technology project of sports complex. The aim of the thesis is rational proposal of construction and resources. The thesis contains plant building site, technological instruction, budget, time schedule, control and trial plan, design and assessment of lifting mechanism and machinery used over construction, contract for work and safety report. Part of the thesis is specialization in sports surfaces.

The final thesis deals with structural and technological background for the construction of multi-functional building in Brno-Štýřice. The aim is the optimal design of contruction progress and necessary resources. This thesis contains construction-technological report, technological instruction, construction site layout, machinery and lifting configuration, design of transport and supply routes, safety work organization, measures to protect environment, building costs, time schedule and inspectional-test plan.

The content of this thesis is the construction technology project construction hall for the production of veterinary drugs Tekro in the village Nová Dedina. In this work addresses the project site equipment, scheduling, technical regulations, inspection and test plan, a study of the main technological stages of the building.

The diploma thesis contains chosen parts of the building-technological project for the building of a house with a nursing service in Budweis. Further on the thesis contains a technical report, a detailed time plan of the main building object and its budget, a project of the organisation of the building site, a checking and testing plan, the principles of the maintenance of the green roof with a half-intensive vegetation, a contract about the work, a plan concerning safety and dangers on a building, a thermal-technological appraisal of chosen construction and the schemes of the methods of construction. Part of the thesis are also technological instructions for three types of roof housings on two different carrying constructions, their comparison and the best option chosen for the realisation.

The subject of my diploma thesis is the technology of steel production hall and brick administrative building in the komplex of Kabeltechnik compalny in Mikulov. Thesis deals with design of construction site, construction and technological study of construction of steel manufacturing hall, items budget according to project documentation, financial and time planing, proposal of suitable mechanical assembly including lifting mechanisms, safety of work, environmental plan and monitoring and test planing.

The subject thesis's topic is the technological implementation of rough upper construction's extension of the company BÖHM's polyfunctional space to technological shop floor located in district Červený Kříž in city of Jihlava. This thesis contains (includes) the implementation of the building's framework made up of ferroconcret and steel construction. The thesis namely includes the solution of the construction site equipment, the situation of the construction with the transport routes solution, the technical report, the technology study of the major technology stages, the bill of quantities and the itemized budget, the suggestion of the main lifting device, the evaluation of the main finance funds for building's construction, the technological instruction, the technical report of the construction site equipment, the schedule of work suggestion of the machine system, the control plan and test plan.
